me and my boys are new to this dentist and I can say it's very clean and everyone is super nice. when I book an appointment they literally are always on time for example our appointment today was at 9:30 am and they came to get us at 9:31 am so on time like last time . and the dentist is very fast and professional she doesn't say much she just gets straight to work. and the assistant are pretty knowledgeable and helpful to everyone . and the bathroom is always clean which I love ! it's a small dentist but every one does what they're suppose too. my only suggestion is better things to watch on the tv but that's about it . we are extremely happy that they remember our names and always give us reminders of our appointments! you won't be disappointed at this dental office at all! me and my kids love it read more

If I could give this place 0 stars this i would SHARIDA has made this experience very unpleasant! Called to schedule an appt to follow up after treatment. Spoke to a manager SHARIDA and she had a horrible attitude cutting me off when I was letting her know of some issues occurring after treatment. she was so quick to speak for and blame me. Sad to have people like her managing an office. She definitely needs to learn customer service POOR at handling issues with patients. Not to mention tried to belittle were funds are collected even when there's been out of pocket expenses I have paid for. Hope they can fix their mistake and as soon as they do we will go elsewhere! I just got off a call with an aggressive/rude person from their office, she could not be reasoned with. I had a few questions about their dentistry, but she was trying to get all my personal information. At the very start, she said if I don't give her my personal information she can't look into all my dental history, then she won't answer any questions. I don't understand this ultimatum, you are completely pushing people away without hearing what they have to say first. I did not feel comfortable giving out all my info and I have the right to do so. And, if my attempt at asking a question was truly not something she can disclose, she should've just said that (she wouldn't even allow me to talk to her) instead of pushing to get my personal information as an ultimatum. This is an incredible dental office. I have had a lot of cavities filled and even a crown in the last few years. I didn't always take the best care of my teeth. I am VERY picky about where I go. This is THE office I will be recommending to everyone I know. Their front desk staff are so on top of everything. I live close by, and they made a note and now call me when they have cancellations and have also let me come in for a filling early. I've never had to wait for more than 2 minutes for my appointments. The dentist is so kind and very informative. I get nervous about new procedures, and I recently had to have a front tooth drilled. It is the most seamless filling in my whole mouth. The ones I had done at other offices are just fine, but I can see a noticeable difference that the ones done at this office not only look better but were far less painful to have done. The dentist is incredibly gentle, always checking that i'm doing ok. The hygienists are also gentle and great at their jobs. Last positive note: they actually have availability! I was seen within 3 weeks of my first initial appointment and in one months time they got all of my dental work scheduled (I needed 6 things done) so efficient, they have taken a huge burden off my shoulders. I really appreciate the staff here. I am such a baby when it comes to the shots but they are so patient and kind. I also had a good experience with the x-rays. I have a bad gag reflex so she used a topical and that helped. She did not try to hurry me and let me recover between x-rays as needed. I am very happy with this place! read more

I am very disappointed with Dr. Ramos. My husband and I decided to come here and we were told we have some cavities which our previous dentist have not mention to us before. Dr. Ramos suggested filling for those teeth. For our first visit, Dr. Ramos was really rough on the cleaning. My husband told me if I want, then I can do the filling first (he got scare of her being so rough on his teeth during the cleaning). I decided to get the filling done for my two teeth on the left side of my mouth. Oh boy, was that a huge mistake! During the procedure, I feel that Dr. Ramos was not sure of what she was doing at all because she keeps having to go back and work on the same tooth over and over again. Plus, she seemed more interested talking with her staff in tagalog more than working on my teeth. She busted my lips a couple times and apologized for it. After the whole procedure, I know for sure I do not want to go there anymore. I don't know what it is but there are little dots of tan residues on one of my tooth (and it's permanent!). It is hard for me to floss in between the two teeth that she did the fillings because it seems like she did not divide my teeth good enough. It is hard to chew on the left side of my mouth now because I feel like my teeth are not sturdy and it feels weird whenever I chew on hard food like nuts. I thought it may just be a temporary feeling and will get better with time but it's not! So now I only chew on my right side. I recently went back to my prior dental place and got another x-ray done again. I asked about replacing some of my silver fillings to white (ceramic). She looked at the x-ray and was telling me which teeth may need a crown because the filling is too close to my root. She looked at the fillings Dr. Ramos done and asked, "what happened here?" I told her I recently got filling for those teeth. She looked at my teeth and said whoever did the filling did not do a good job on it. The teeth were not smooth out. From the x-ray, one of the tooth was not seal all the way at the top so there is an opening where bacteria can get into. Plus, she showed me on my x-ray, there is space between my real tooth and the filling, meaning the filling is not completely molded onto my tooth (no wonder I have that weird feeling when I chew!). My dentist told me if I want to replace my fillings, I should start with that one. I am angry that I have to redo this tooth all over again due to Dr. Ramos poor work. My dentist and the dental hygienist did not mention anything about those other cavities Dr. Ramos said to me, so I'm thinking I did not even need those fillings in the first place. I am really upset I will have to redo the filling for my tooth that Dr. Ramos messed up on. read more

My first reaction was a bad one. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the paint job was horrible! There were places that had clearly been poorly patched. It just got worse. While the dentist was examining my teeth, she was talking to her assistant in "dental code." I was nervous and asked what she was seeing. She told me she'd tell me later. I clearly told her that she was "freaking me out." She said, "Let me finish the exam." As the exam went on, the dentist's comments and mannerisms made me more and more nervous. Her answers to my questions were curt and did nothing to ease my nerves about being at the dentist. I left without letting her clean my teeth... I didn't want her near my mouth anymore! Everything I experienced was NOT DONE to help me. Julie refused to check on my coverage. I had to get DeltaCare on the phone, wait in front of the office while they called Julie, just so I could get a copy of my Treatment Plan. (The Dentist actually charged Delta Care for the entire amount even though I had just paid the $736.) I was told that I needed to pay the $736.00 that day. Probably because I didn't have coverage at that time!! I used Care Credit & Cash. THEY TOOK MANY XRAYS. They wanted to do 2 crowns that day. That would have been $1,472. No way! I left and discovered the Temp. Crown was WAY too Rough. I called the office right away..they're not there on Friday..Demanded a refund..no response to that VM until the next Tuesday. Julie called right after 1, wanted me to come in at 2..When I did go in, a "Pow-Wow" among staff began.. Assistant could not get the crown smooth..stated, "If I do anything else the crown is going to break in half!". Was told I had to have the crown put on by this dentist because it was already in the process. The dentist would not give me the crown to go go another for placement.. The day I did have it put on, another "Pow Wow" ensued. (I wasn't included in either Pow Wow." I was required to sign a short statement that everything was OK with the crown BEFORE it was put on.) Dr. Ramos couldn't get the crown to fit so she filed several bottom teeth, "equilibration." Still don't know the teeth numbers. When I got home I discovered that the back of the crown is so thick it has made my bite unstable. 2 days after the crown was put on, another crown fell off. Requested refund again. I had to go to another Dentist and pay $98 to have that crown re-cemented. Now, 3 teeth on top & 2 on the bottom See the have chipped because my bite is so off. I am attempting to get Care Credit to refund the $467 I charged through them. I have filed a complaint with Delta Care, still waiting for that response. I will also file a complaint with the Dental Board if I don't get the money back. I have had excellent Dental Care my entire life..This is a disaster. What made it harder for me was that the staff frequently and rudely did not speak English, especially during POW WOWS. Be careful about the way they bill. My bill had $736 for other crowns. These crowns were not going to be Porcelain, but Deltacare was charged the greater fee anyway. I now have Delta Care USA through AARP. They pay a greater portion of the charges. I would have to only pay $20 for the re-cement of the crown that fell off. Unfortunately, the Dentist who pre-cemented the crown was almost as bad. She refused to give me a treatment plan and sent the higher fees for Porcelain Crowns I didn't need. If you bought the Zirconia via Julie's recommendation, IT IS NOT PORCELAIN..read the flyer!! Also, I always check the status of everyone's business license. read more

I changed dental care practices after my first visit to Natomas Dental Care on Northgate. A very run down office and they wanted to charge $140 for a filling that I think my dental plan covers. Their explanation was that it was "cosmetic" and therefore not covered. When I phoned my dental plan to ask if this was correct, they tried to call Natomas Dental Care twice while I waited...oddly, no one from Natomas picked up the phone at 2 pm in the afternoon. My dental care plan suggested that I could pick another dental practice which I did that later that evening. read more
