Not only did he spend almost 3 hours to tune the piano multiple times to make sure it was just right and stayed just right, he disassembled most of the parts, so he can get into the crevices to vacuum out the dust. He reassembled the parts making sure everything was even more secure than before to eliminate all the subtle unwanted "noise" from the piano. I should have went with my gut feeling when he did not show me any proof of previous work on repairs that he's done. There are tons of black spray paint specs all over my keys. The repair was NOT sanded smoothly prior to paint as you can see in my photos. The top part is still a dent but painted over. This is not results of a professional.
