The girl working reception was super nice and helped me pick out pretty jewelry. She was friendly, helpful, and honestly got me excited for my appointment. Unfortunately, the piercer was the complete opposite. She had an attitude from the moment I sat down. When I corrected her that I was getting both traguses pierced and both of my 3rd lobes, and that I didn't want my tragus jewelry used for my lobes, she immediately seemed annoyed and told me I should have said something sooner. I had literally just sat down. What do you mean "sooner"? I was trying to clarify everything before we started, which seems pretty reasonable when someone is about to put needles through your ears. The whole appointment felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking questions and making sure everything was correct. Sorry for wanting the right jewelry in the right piercings. The lack of communication was honestly frustrating. There was no warning before the needle, no "ready?" no "take a breath," nothing. Every piercing was a surprise. A simple heads-up before each one would have gone a long way. She also never explained aftercare. Apparently there's a QR code somewhere, but nobody told me where it was or that I needed it. If aftercare is important, maybe point people in the right direction instead of making them figure it out afterward. The frustrating part is that the piercings themselves look great. She clearly knows what she's doing when it comes to the actual piercing. But customer service is part of the experience too, and this felt cold and dismissive from start to finish. When she finished, there wasn't even a goodbye or a "you're all set." I left feeling more relieved that the appointment was over than excited about my new piercings. Receptionist? Great. Piercings? It was very clean and sanitary as I watched the lady change gloves, sanitize and use sterilized equipment in between each client. Their prices are very fair with a large jewelry selection. It was nice that they had a QR code to scan for after care. Their online waiver was a very simple process. As a heads up, minors are required to bring a birth certificate with parent and ID. Yeah, I recommend no one comes here for anything honestly. It seems like every single piercing I get here, they either get infected, or reject. Regardless if you get uncharged for "titanium" or stainless steel, I end up having to take them out. 2 eyebrow piercings, had to take them out. Finally the third time, on the right - seemed like maybe it was gonna heal - nope. Went into the shop to get a shorter bar, piercer squeezes the everlasting fuck out of my eyebrow... for whatever reason. Now I have a infected eyebrow piercing and need antibiotics. I am extremely good about aftercare, but it never matters here. Cheap jewelry, bad piercing practices and not sanitary, hence the price. The employees have always been nice I guess, don't come here. I got my nipples redone here a few days ago. Knocked off a star bc one is a little crooked (not worried about this, it could've just been the way i was sitting and truly idc) and I'm also just a little bit worried that one end of one is pierced just a tiny bit too far back on the nipple. It's making the ball sit into my skin gently rather than on top. I'm waiting it out to make sure there's no issues, or that the ball doesn't go deeper, otherwise I'll return back for assistance. Other than that, Kit Kat was great! The other nipple is pierced great and looks fantastic! She was super cool and calm, made me feel comfortable. I was in and out of there in probably 10 minutes. I actually really loved the quickness of it all. I was going to get the basic surgical steel bars, but then Kit Kat helped me understand why titanium would be better especially because i have scar tissue from having them done before. I didn't feel pressured like she was trying to upsell me and i was very happy she told me that. I appreciate when professionals insert their personal recommendations. $80 out the door cash not including the tip i left. Super affordable i love it! The lady at the counter I didn't get her name sadly but she was also awesome. Told me about their in house cleaning solution for $10 and that was a done deal They probably thought i had a stroke or something bc i went in right after half my face was numb from the dentist, but they were still so kind to me anyway! Very weird. The customer service is lacking. My piercer acted like I was a bother and ignored me completely until I sat down in her chair. Even then she didn't want to make any conversation at all with me. Not a very comforting environment, seemed like I'd get stabbed in the face for reasons other than a piercing. Lol. Plus she gave NO aftercare instructions, the most important part of getting a piercing I was completely stiffed and had to research on my own. 2 stars not 1 because the price is fair. This place is the absolute best! two years after getting my nose pierced here, tonight I accidentally pulled a stud ring out during a shower. I tried for like half an hour to get it back in and just couldn't. After panicking, watching YouTube videos, and crying.. I decided to call to see if they could be any help over the phone.... I wanted to get just a simple tattoo outline and a belly button piercing. Belly button piercing went fine, but my tattoo did not. First of all, some of the lines are not straight or even look the same. Both sides should look the same and they don't. One hand has knuckles and the other doesn't... One side of the book has a different pattern of lines than the other side. The nails are messed up and aren't the same shape on each finger. If you're going to offer tattoos you should be good with at least simple line work. You should also have some kind of portfolio as a professional tattoo artist. Not happy and now I'm going to have my original tattoo artist who I should have let do this tattoo in the first place fix this tattoo somehow some way. read more

Got two piercings here for relatively cheap; wanted to check out shops around PHX. So to shorten this complaint -Unsanitary, same needle used, not cleaned in different areas of my body - No gauze or things to stop bleeding, they used a paper towel -Piercing placement was SO off. My tragus was pierced so off it went IN through the center but went OUT the corner. Bleeding uncontrollably and irritated until i could get it out. My hidden helix was positioned so wrong i thought they used a curved bar but it was really a straight but positioned so wrong it looked twisted. -Also the receptionist had no idea what piercings went where and i had to show her myself. I shouldve turned around just at that. -Also your a tattoo shop, but you used an AI to do your artwork for advertising. That in and of itself shows a lot. Thanks read more

Went to get a helix piercing with my friend I have two others from a different place .. I had so much pain and swelling for days and didn't understand why it was hurting more than my others had . Eventually figured maybe the bar was too short for how swollen my ear got. When I was able to deal with the pain and remove it to switch for a longer bar I realized the hole isn't straight thru I tried thru the front and the back of the piercing and it's to painful to go all the way thru with the earring, and won't go thru straight in...Wouldn't be back for another piercings here. read more

Went here to get a belly button piercing, their piercing Procedure was completely unsafe and unsanitary. Was not allowed to sit down, the piercer took a total of two minutes piercing my bellybutton. They don't provide a table so if prone to fainting it could have been extremely dangerous. The piercing was done completely wrong and I will have permanent scarring. The piercer took 2 minutes for the whole process, I was not marked at all and due to this I was pierced in the completely wrong spot and will possibly now have to pay to get the skin removed where they messed up. read more

The female was the piercer for my mom and not only did she pierce her nose wrong but caught attitude because another piercer paid an extra $10 for a stud for my mom. My mom had to go back to the shop today March 2nd because the nose stud was stuck inside of her nose and not only were they rude but the female piercer yanked out her piercing and refused to redo it nor a refund. My Mom had to be put outside the shop because of this female piercer. Cheap work. Cheap jewelry and poor service. You get what you pay for . Save your $10. Now I know why the piercing price is so cheap. I don't know, spun of the moment.. I'm not sure. I've dealt with plenty in my life but this is definitely one I will remember. The piercer didn't know jack, red flag. No information was given. The length of the jewelry is too short. The bar shouldn't be so damn tight against my fresh, raw piercing. It's obviously going to be swollen, there wouldn't be any room for it to properly heal. I will give it a few days and we'll see.
