I had looked forward to this event with great excitement, but unfortunately, I left feeling taken advantage of, overwhelmed, and in tears. I purchased tickets through your third-party partner, SpotlightVegas.com. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the event due to a system failure that did not recognize our reservation--even though the purchase had gone through. While we were trying to sort out the issue and find support, we were approached by parking enforcement who issued a traffic citation. Rather than offering understanding or assistance during a clearly confusing and distressing moment, we were penalized for a situation beyond our control. It was incredibly disheartening to feel so unsupported, especially in a space known for innovation, inclusivity, and guest experience. Instead of enjoying the creative energy Area15 is known for, I found myself in tears over a simple outing gone wrong--due to technical failures and a lack of compassion on-site. I urge you to reconsider the use of SpotlightVegas as a trusted ticketing partner and to review the tone and practices of your parking enforcement team. Guests should never be punished for system failures or for trying to resolve problems in good faith. I respectfully request that someone follow up regarding the traffic citation and whether any steps can be taken to resolve or offset this experience. Definitely a place to check out but I wouldn't recommend doing it on a holiday. Four of us went on the day after Thanksgiving at 12pm & it was packed. We didn't book any exhibits ahead because we weren't sure what we wanted to do. Some things didn't have much of a wait but the really popular ones were booked for hours. We basically just walked around checking everything out for a future visit & did the zip line thing that rides around the ceiling. Kinda cool.... You control the speed yourself. It's an interesting place. I just wish it wasn't soooooo expensive. Even with a local discount it's still pricey. read more

This was my first time visiting Area 15 in Las Vegas and it was truly an amazing and enjoyable experience. The venues curb appeal creates excitement for all Patrons standing outside in line waiting to get in and continues once entering inside. Personally, I enjoy exploring "new" experiences/venues that create moments to remember...and Area 15 certainly fits the bill. The vibrant colors, the shopping/stores, the "buzz"...the different "pay for entry" venues within the Area all entice the consumer for their attention. Area 15 has two levels. Go up to the second level for a bird's eye view and perhaps you are brave enough to ride Haley's Comet (an indoor zip line - $18/Adult)! Area 15 is the quintessential psychedelic indoor Mall. Plenty of parking....lots of fun, plenty to look at for everyone. Came out here to go to Omega Mart but there's a lot going on here. Unfortunately my mom was only up for going to Omega Mart, but there are a lot of other things you can do as long as you're willing to spend more money. There are some outdoor games and cool photo ops outside along with rides, restaurants etc. You have to go through security to get inside this building though. It really seemed like there were a lot of bars for this space, but it's options. Their signage could use some work but you can figure out what's going on even if they don't tell you. Easy to get rideshare too and from here. It's very loud with lots of lights going, kind of a cool place to check out. I would recommend researching before you go to have an idea of costs for every activity though. read more

My family took votes on what we were most interested in doing when we got to Las Vegas. Area 15 was at the top of most of our lists. It would be easy to spend a couple of days exploring this group of venues. There is no entry fee into the building. Each exhibit has its own entry price. Meow Wolf is the biggest, so has the highest price, (about $55 per person). We loved it! We didn't go slowly, but spent about six hours there. Comparing other venues to Area 15, (in Las Vegas) the price was not as bad as it originally sounded to me. Meow Wolf is one of the best memories we have of Vegas. I guess it wasn't really my scene and I didn't really know what to expect so I wasn't ready to go into any of the experiences. We went to an employee appreciation party at the Illuminarium It's like a banquet hall just west of the actual area15 building. The venue for the party was nice with a very modern vibe. The food was good but it seemed like they tried to do too much flare to a simple menu. The brisket was good, tender and flavorful but I didn't care for the pasta that the served with it. I didn't like the salad but the chicken and beef sliders were good. The venue was spacious and had some nice outdoor seating. We went into the area 15 building just to explore. I got to say it wasn't what I expected inside. It kinda reminded me of an indoor swappmeet or carnival style atmosphere, where you go in and each attraction is going to charge you differently for that experience that they are offering. Wow, folks. AREA15 is something else. I've seen art--lots of art. Beautiful art, classy art, expensive art. But this? This is ART on steroids. It's interactive, it's colorful, it's HUGE. Everyone's talking about it. They say, "Mr. Trump, you have to see AREA15." So I went. And let me tell you, it's the best. When you walk in, it's like stepping into another dimension. Lasers, lights, colors--it's wild, folks. It's like a rally, but with art. The energy? Tremendous. People are laughing, exploring, having the time of their lives. It's so good, even the art is winning. The exhibits are fantastic. There's one with mirrors--mirrors everywhere. I looked in them and said, "Wow, who's that great-looking guy?" But it's not just mirrors, folks. There are glowing rooms, secret doors, and interactive things that make you feel like a genius. It's like a very stable genius designed this place. The staff? Amazing. Very smart people. They told me everything is "immersive." And let me tell you, I was immersed. So immersed I didn't want to leave. I said, "Can I buy this place?" (They said no.) Attraction in Las Vegas, Nevada... I saw photos and read about this relatively new place in Las Vegas and wanted to check it out... It was rather warm in November at noontime, so we didn't stay long - even though the parking was free. We didn't want to pay and enter the exhibit either, so we just walked around outside and explored the various sculptures. The outside is quite entertaining for selfie enthusiasts and provided many photo ops for us amateur photographers! It was a fun visit! 10-29-22 The above was written last year. Today, Area 15 seemed different. The parking was still free. Entrance to the main building was free, too! There was an admission fee to the various exhibits/experiences/theaters. The shops, cafes, and bars are open for browsing. There were many things to see - and there's an upstairs, also. The next building, Illuminarium, had a theater, shop, and Cafe. The building after that (Building Of The Dead) was closed for a private event. The last building, Lost Spirits, seemed to open in the evening. Area 15 is artsy, cool, and fun! We met some of the most helpful people during our 2 day adventures. Specifically Jasmin at Looper and Kelsey at the ? Desk for separate things. I would recommend this event but some things you should know: 1. It gets warm inside so if your temperature sensitive wear layers 2. It can get crowded so either be aware or go later or earlier 3. There were a lot of VR machines that were broken down so it was a bummer to not be able to do everything 4. If you don't like VR/phone/virtual entertainment this may not be for you 5. The escape room was very fun 6. Omega mart was cool and you can pay an optional fee to have an enhanced experience that adds a story/mission to the wandering 7. Wink world was my favorite thing it was very unexpected; would recommend more than anything else take maybe 10-15 minutes and is very visually stimulating 8. There were broken machines throughout the arcade also 9. The Haley's Comet zip line you are seated in a chair like contraption instead of a traditional harness 10. The lift off was fun but your feet dangle if you don't like heights and that would bother you Would probably rate a 7.5/10 overall but now knowing what I would enjoy doing and spending energy on the other things I would still have a ton of fun doing things here. read more

I went to Omega Mart and I can tell you that it is not cheap. On the outside there are a few sculptures and interactive examples of what you would see on the inside. I love out of this world things. All the weird, space, alien, unknown galaxy what have you's and I'm in! Don't know exactly where my family stands on that but they were all game and some what looking forward to checking out Omega Mart. So I guess you could say "I'm different" as 2 Chainz sings LOL! I didn't quite understand how Area15 worked until I got inside. I looked online and tried to watch some YouTube vids to get the scoops but just read there's diff "experiences'. Basically its like a big warehouse with separate rooms of shops, museums or activities. Or thats how I interpreted it. We decided to go into the Omega Mart which has its own ticketing center near their entrance. Its like an interactive museum. Little did we know, there's a mission of some sort to complete while viewing. So check on that if you have a visit. 1st floor near the entrance is basically their gift shop. They did not accept cash while we shopped there. We checked out some retail shops with many nostalgic/new age toys and another one filled with many diff pops/sodas & taffy you could think of. The other activity we participated in was the Haley's Comet. Unfortunately my tiny mini was unable to ride due to her weight not meeting the minimum requirements. 80lbs is the min weight in order to be able to ride... and she was just shy a few lbs. They have lockers near the queue which didn't really make me feel safe about all my belongings being there honestly. No locks, not really anyone watching them and access for anyone to grab *shrugz*. Anyway, I'd describe the ride as a controlled zipline/paragliding. You're strapped in safe and able to throttle how fast you go around the building above everything. Cool experience really. Our overall experience was a really great one. Family friendly and very new/diff experience. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny depending on what you're interested in doing. Downstairs near the building entrance there is a ticketing office that offers "experience packs" but this was the slightly confusing part... I think Omega Mart and Meow Wolf are not a part of that company. So even though it is a building with diff experiences they are not all affiliated with each other. Pretty cool spot esp if you want to do some indoor activities off the strip. There is a little for all ages to do and see. It is a nice concept. The Meow Mart was kind of odd and confusing. For the price.. yes it is a longer activity and you can take your time exploring but if you are not younger than 25ish or into quarky things, then you will think its odd and a little waste of your $. You would have high haha but you might not make it out of there. The spirits (rum distillery) was pretty awesome and definitely a cool concept- that is definitely more worth it. The arcade was chill too. but the drinks were pretty pricey.. draft beer is $12+.. games range from a quarter to a dollar (0.25 a token). Free entrance, enter a funky neon EDM pumping music overhead. What a fun place! There are shops you can walk in and check it out or buy their fun neon items . There are bars, downstairs and upstairs. Each has a different theme. There are activities you can pay to see and enjoy like Mega Mart, VR games, arcades. So much in one place! There are some other experiences outside of the actual area 15 bldg but within the lot that you can pay to enjoy. We did not do any of the experiences and opted to check it out to see what drew us in. We went to the Continental, the John Wick bar, and my partner loved the vibe and how it matched the movies. We ordered 2 805s listed $10 each. We were told they were $11 each and paid. We double checked the menu but didn't want to make a fuss over $2. Later, we went to the Axe Throwing Bar. Walked in and said while looking directly at the listed price, "should we do an hour for $20 or an hour and a half for $30?" Staff chimed in, "Don't worry, you can add time and will cash out with your server." Great! We had the place to ourselves practically. When we decided we were done, we ordered another round and asked to cash out. It had gotten busier and I watched our drinks sit quite a while til another staff member brought them over. When the bill came, it was $145(ish). And they highlighted "tip" on that amount. We had 2 drinks each @$16 each. $64 plus 20%, done, but no. We were anticipating $40 for each of us to play. It was actually $35 each. I had to ask this time and our server informed me the rate I saw was for youth. Really? This is a bar what "youth" should we have been aware of? And no one said anything when we walked up? I felt like I paid a tourist tax here. I have seen videos about it recently and now, I feel it's something to watch out for, especially in places like this where there is so much to look at. Out of this world experience! This place has it all - food, drinks, experiences, and swag. The entry is free but requires a ticket you can get online in advance. They had their holiday decor setup with lights and sculptures. It was beautiful. There is a full service restaurant inside where we ate lunch. Very cool futuristic decor. We ordered the bbq plate and fish and chips. Food was plentiful and delicious. Drinks were strong. Then, we walked around and checked out the facility which is a massive warehouse with separate rooms for VR, museums, and experiences. There is a cool lounge downstairs and a zip line upstairs. A bar outside as well as other experiences. Winkworld was $22 on Saturdays, and you can purchase Chromodepth glasses for $2.50 but I thought it was better without it. Walking in, I had no idea what to expect but know there will be neon lights. There are 6 rooms that are timed at 3 minutes each. Each room has a cool pyschedelic show with lights, music, and moving objects/shapes. The doors open/close after each show. You'll enjoy it if you're on something lol. Such a cool experience. I came here with my children and they had a blast. It's an area away from the strip but you can easily get an Uber and Uber there. I love this place! I was back for a second visit recently that started with the lost spirits distillery tour. That was super fun and we ended up here for some dinner at the beast and some shopping at wild muse. Lots of cool art and VR rides to try, one of my favorites is the flying suit in birdly. It's a VR flight simulator that puts you in a bird-like position and lets you fly using your "wings" controlled by your hand and arm positions. Super fun! There is still lots that I have not explored and I look forward to returning to try it all! Definitely show up with some time to spend and buy the bundle passes. The individual prices are ridiculous but the passes make it a bit more affordable. Just walking through this place is cool enough, there is so much art everywhere. 10-1-22 An experience made of imagination and things dreams are made of. Doc had gotten tickets for us ahead of time so we joined the line for our 10:00 a.m. entrance time about 15 minutes prior. The security guards were very helpful when my pancake and bacon breakfast got the better of me before the opening hour. One guard escorted us to a restroom next door as we got out of line. Once you enter the building they check your on line ticket purchases then security wands your sides, back etc. You enter what looks like a grocery store but you are free to explore. We headed to the elevator to the second floor and that is where creatively created rooms and open spaces fill you with awe and wonder. Light effects, sculpted walls and intriguing exploration consumes you. Perfect for photo snappers like me who love color and changing backgrounds. Great photo ops if you come with family or friends, Way more spectacular then the search for Snoopy. If you find a spot to sit and watch the dazzling scenery unfold it's much better than Beyond Van Gogh. After you exit the Omega Mart you can browse more fluorescent flowers, gift shops, candy shops or bars. If you want something novel to do during the heat of the day, come here to a world of illusion. This was a cool new spot we finally tried. It's been around town a couple years but we've been busy. It's interesting to find a family place in vegas because some are just so much alike. Bowling alley, movies, arcade etc. We loved the atmosphere. It's a cool spot for families and adults. We walked around enjoying the very cool sights inside and outside of this place. We found photographic moments every five minutes. And we didn't even try everything. We ate at The Beast and shopped around adid the zip line. We want to come back and try more. Like the adult arcade for a date night and try dueling axes. And the golf simulator and wink world with our kids. Don't forget Omega mart. This psychedelic vibe made you just wanna chill. Our food was pretty good. A little overpriced but it made sense for the experience. We are at The Beast and had multiple plates but I recommend the BBQ sampler. On the drive there, I was asking what can I expect and just got snippets of what she read on here. Once we arrived and entered the facility.....it was NOTHING what I imagine. We walked around the first floor and the 2nd floor. Tried to get the vibe of what was going on and try to get a good experience from it. It wasn't happening for me/us. I'd say if you'd want the vibe of how it should be, I suggest being on some kind of hallucinates to help enhance your experience. 2 words! Unforgettable night! This place is an adult playground. There's so much to see, so much to do from the moment you walk up to the entrance you will see unique arts and sculptures. They have now added a full bar at the entrance if you would like to meet friends prior to entering the building. Get your camera ready guys & gals however there's a lot of black and neon lights so your photos may come out looking too dark or too bright or too red but that didn't stop me from clicking away. My gf and I had a girls night out and ended up here. I've been here many times but what blew my mind was the music festivals and rave they have on special event evening. It def made me feel young again. Drinks aren't cheap but typical of clubs or concert prices $15-$20 average. Soda and juices about $8-$10. There's options of places to eat in here so don't worry about being hungry. There's multiple bars, souvenir shops, ice cream shop, Mega Mart and several other activities, some you have to pay for such as the zip line or ax throwing room. They also have a separate building with different events such as Lost Distillery for rum tasting and burlesque type shows. Then there's Alluminarium which I'm really excited about trying. There was so much to see, I think my eyes must have been on stalks as I took in all the lights and colors! If you like neon lights and loud music, this place is for you. Many of their rotating exhibits involve light shows and the like, and the entire venue is surrounded with neon lighting. I've been to the Omega Mart twice, and I love how unique it is, though it's also very weird and confusing. This past weekend, I also checked out the Dueling Axes, the Oddwood bar, and the Lost Spirits Distillery (not actually inside the Area15 main building, rather across the street). All of these experiences were quite spectacular, except for Oddwood which was mainly just a pricey bar, but in a nice setting. The music was enjoyable and energetic inside the Area15 main hall, the DJ even playing the electric violin with the music, which I loved. Their entry is a bit confusing and not very organized. We came by on a Friday night and bought our tickets online for $10 entry, but the ticket guy did not communicate with us that we could just walk in, instead of waiting behind a bunch of people that did not buy their tickets in advance (it costs $15 at the door). If you have tickets for one of the experiences, ie. Omega Mart, then there is no fee to enter Area15. They don't have many food options here, which is the real downside, but for an entertainment venue, they definitely have a lot of options to spend your time with loved ones if you're into art, VR, and/or looking for unique nightlife all under one roof. read more

Wow! Where to begin.....you will be screened (like airport security). No food or water which seems pretty strict. We purchased tickets for Omega Mart. Once you're in the "store" look for the passage to get into the immersive art area. Enjoyed the "infinity" room along with light art. I couldn't handle the strobe light room. You can easily spend two hours wandering around. There is a bar within Omega Mart but don't remember if they serve food. There is no reentry once you leave Omega Mart. There are many entertainment venues within Area15 warehouse....Virtual Reality, axe throwing, golfing, etc. You can purchase day pass or pay for each individual experience. We ate lunch at the Beast. Ordered a Pig Pen Sandwich and Ahi Tacos, both were delicious. Service was quick and wait staff were friendly. read more

If you're looking for something truly unique to do in Vegas, I highly recommend area15. It's filled with so many experiences that are all pretty amazing, from omega mart to virtual golfing, to a rum distillery, to a restaurant by Todd English, there's really so much to do here. One thing I've learned recently is that you do need tickets to one of the experiences inside if you're looking to go inside. Otherwise, you do have to pay for a ticket to enter. And since everything inside costs money to do anyway, you might as well buy a ticket to an experience and enter for free. Parking is really easy and if you're coming by uber or lyft, drop-off is right in front. Parking is also free is you are self parking, which is a big plus. The best way I can describe area15 is it's kind of like EDC inside a warehouse. Black lighting and cool light up photo opps everywhere and tons of different things to experience. It really is such a cool spot. Again, there's really so much to do inside here and I highly recommend checking out Omega Mart, Five Iron Golf (for virtual golfing), and Lost Spirits Distillery. Also, the center bar with the light up tree is also incredible and they have some amazing cocktails. Definitely a cool spot to check out.
