Had to chime in on here, there's a couple people that are trying to besmirch the good reputation and good name of Arete. So let me tell you our experience, we've been working with this family for the past 5-6 years on a number of projects, from coffee to ice to burger stands, they have been by far the most professional, best-quality build we have had done, and all just around good hearted people. We have had a number of issues arise over the years, this is typical, anyone who know restaurants know this. In fact a word of warning, this industry is not for the soft. Arete has fixed and helped us with EVERY, SINGLE, ISSUES, we have had on all of our trailers for the past 5 years. & I can not begin to explain how impressive that is. We have 6 operations under Tyson ranch here is Florida. we also have operations now in DFW, guess who's got the contract to supply our vendors? We'd choose nobody else at this pt. If you want to get real feedback, contact a real restauranteur, don't trust a couple bad apples on here with no experience in the game. Arete is the real deal. read more

These guys simply have the best prices, but also their services, and ease of use has been amazing. We've been in the mobile game almost 10 yrs now, and some of our other trailers have exceptional quality and craftsmanship, but the whole process was kind of long and tedious, almost wore us out just having to continuously micro-manage. The quality is maybe a 7.5, which in this industry is pretty good, but I would say the value is easily a 100/100. The customization was really great, we had them set us up with a kegerator cutout. I almost thought it was too good to be true, all customization to the counters is included in the price, so this was great for us because we had specific equipment we wanted to use. Also, the lead time I know is about 5 months or so, that is really not that bad, most places will say 2-4 months, then rope you in for about 6-7 months, so at least they upfront. They upfront and honest, great hard working people, its a family business. I mean what more can we say. read more

Very pleased with Arete and the trailer they built for us. We went with the 14 ft Streamliner, and its as good quality one can expect. I'm still kind of taken back at the price, but when we spoke to this family it became pretty clear who we should go with. We ended up with a cali buildout, meaning we had another affiliated plancheck company do all the licensing for us and install the appliances on the Arete trailer, but Andrew and his team situated the whole delivery and instructed us step by step, so it was much easier of a process than we expected. Between them and the plancheck, its been a great experience, the trailer has ran great in the first year with virtually no problems, which is a miracle in this industry. Have nothing but a great experience working with them. We absolutely love the trailer, it came out bigger and better than expected, and its literally the nicest food truck in Nashville, TN. We will be purchasing again, but a word of recommendation to anyone in process, read through your gosh darn emails, I'm seeing one of these comments, and these people are literally upset from not reading the emails they send out, almost all this stuff is mentioned upfront. We are very pleased with the service here. Our trailer was actually delivered in 4.5 months, rather than the 6 months they estimated, and Taylor was on top of all of our questions same day or next day responses. Every time we requested photos, they got back to us in a timely manner. We rolled out the trailer this past summer, and have been using it daily for the last 5 months, the only issue we've encountered was the door lock, which they sent out a replacement for us same day.
