The guys at I-35 Trailer Store are awesome. I came in with a couple broken wheel studs and a few stripped studs. They had the right replaces in stock and seeded them into my hub perfectly. Go see them if you have axle or trailer repairs. They will hook you up. read more

Updated review.11-23-20 another 5 star experience. I had a leaf spring break on my trailer today. I brought the trailer in and they replaced the leaf spring in under an hour. Back on the road working again. You can't ask for more than that. read more

Went to get an enclosed trailer for my ATV. We thought the 5x10 would be sufficient but once I got the new ATV, it was obvious that it was too tight. Took it back two days later and they refunded me for the 5x10 and sold me a 6x10. Great guys to work with and cool trailers. read more

Not surprised to see the only other review on these guys is a 1 star. I called and talked to a guy named Mike and wanted to get a black 5x8 trailer they had. I offered to give Mike a deposit over the phone to hold the trailer for me and he declined saying that he would 100% hold the trailer for me without a deposit. I got a call from Mike today not to ask me what time I was coming over but to tell me he had sold the trailer to someone else... He did however offer me a silver 5x8 trailer that I didn't want for more money. I own a business and if I treated my customers like this I would fully expect to lose it. These guys don't deserve even a star. I got a new 2015 cargo trailer from them and when I was taking off with it after the purchase. The trailer 2inch hitch latch deal was too lose making the trailer jerk really crazy. I came back around the corner to see if they could tighten it. One of the workers came out and after telling him the situation with the trailer, he went and got a dude called BOB (who I got the trailer from.) BOB came out and started saying that the 2inch ball i hade was too small. And that they couldn't do anything about it. LAZY people... All they had to do is tighten the nut under the trailers hitch deal to secure the 2inch ball tighter. It has been a month now and I still don't have my license plates for the trailer and the stupid trailer is coming apart on me. (The cheap crappy plywood floor is giving up already) And when you call to get updates on the plates!.. You get answer with an unprofessional CS. Oo.. Btw if you expecting to get costumer service when you arrive at this place?!.. Forget it.. It's like they want you to beg them to come out of their SH. -HEADS UP.- read more
