Not if you don't know people who know people. So many options, so many of them disappointments, and all for the same hefty price!  Which is why finding Auto Glass Express a few years ago, and having called on them again last week with another cracked windshield, felt like a sigh of relief. So straightforward, affordable, on-the-ball. So courteous (watched the front office fellow deftly maneuver a demanding pompous jerk and demanding pompous jerk miraculously left satisfied) and so professional.  But honestly, I'm submitting this review for Chiko. I needed my vehicles windshield replaced and reached out to four different window repair shops in the Herndon, Reston, Sterling, and Chantilly area, including Safelite, which surprisingly had the highest quote. As many Yelp users have already mentioned, Auto Glass Express not only responded to my Yelp request for a quote, they gave me a great "out the door" price and they were able to get my vehicle in the same day. All of the staff at Auto Glass Express - Chantilly were incredibly polite and professional. They honored their original quote and even surprised me with a military discount, bringing my final price down further. It's refreshing to see a service that recognizes and appreciates the military. The entire service, from my arrival to the completion of the windshield replacement, took under two hours, which is impressive, since some other places had quoted me up to four hours. In a time where it is getting so hard to find a good repair shop Auto Glass Express - Chantilly truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service.
