We were referred to this shop by our trusted autobody place for a replacement windshield 13 months ago. It is a top of the line windshield brand, paid for by our insurance. The windshield cracked about 7 inches on its own and he accused us of the damage, he said that we adjusted the review mirror so that caused the crack. I would never recommend nor do I trust him because his business card states, "Lifetime Guarantee" and the manufacturer states lifetime guarantee which he refused to honor. Poor quality, poor workmanship, poor service (kept our car for 1 week for calibration), after they replace the windshield. Edward Longo of ARG gave us his business card when we took it there 2026 to check on the warranty. At that time ARG never declined that they replaced it after the accident. This was the only shop willing to help us out with our toy hauler window. We had a leak in the trailer both side paneling and possibly a window. I took the window/framto 4 other shops that couldn't help. ARG took the job with no hesitation. I dropped the disgustingly dirty and over siliconed window frame and removed old glazing bead off and they called me a few hours later with their quote after inspection. It was reasonable cost for parts and labor. they gave us new tempered tinted glass, cleaned the frame and resealed the leaking spots and placed the glazing bead on. This was an insurance claim to replace my windshield on my Mercedes convertible and Chris was so proactive in going to bat for me as the insurance wanted to replace with after market glass instead of original factory glass made for Mercedes. So, we're driving down the street in our motorhome and, suddenly there's a loud tha-tha-tha-tha-tha-tha. Must be a flat tire, right? Nope. The seal around the top of the windshield has come out and is smacking against the glass! TaDAH! ARG to the rescue! Yes, they can fix it. Yes, they can fix it when we get back to San Diego. So, we duct tape the gasket into place and set the appointment. When we arrive they grab the ladder and inspect the loose gasket; we're in luck. There's no damage to the glass and they just have to reseal the gasket into place, which shouldn't take long. But, next time, they suggest, we probable don't want to use duct tape on the glass and paint. When we arrived this morning to pick up the coach, it looked PERFECT! That windshield has never been that clean....even in the hard-to-reach top corners....and on the INside too! Thank you so very much Team ARG!!! You made our next trip even better! read more

I had my windshield replaced here from the recommendation of my car dealership. The cost was $100 less the where my insurance recommended and the customer service was great. About 7 months later, we had some torrential rains and my car flooded at the front drivers side. I found the source to be near the top corner of the windshield. I took my car back and they helped me figure out what the problem was...which actually had nothing to do with the windshield at all. My sunroofs "drain hole" was clogged. I failed to get the guys name that helped me, but instead of saying it was not their problem and sending me on my way, he cleared the blockage and tested it again. He explained everything and let me be part of the process. He was not arrogant nor condescending, when he knew from the beginning what the issue was. Had a broken 3rd panel window that I didn't get fixed for a VERY long time because I had been quoted at least $300 for the glass alone. Chris has his installer come to my work to replace the window when the installer noticed that I could have a problem due to rust around the window seal the installer recommended I bringing the truck to the shop so I ended up driving to shop and dropped my truck to them. Just wanted to give a shout out to ARG for being an honest and upfront business. I have a scratched passenger window that is annoying but not detrimental to the function or visibility out the window but I thought I maybe should have it replaced. I was told via email the price to replace the window but was also told to stop by the shop to see if Chris could buff it out at all. The scratch didn't completely buff out but it improved the appearance and pretty much made it unnoticeable to anyone who wasn't aware that the was a scratch on the window. They said if you want to replace it, let us know but you're all set if you're happy with it. No hard sale to replace. They ordered my glass same day. I had an appt the next day. Very knowledgeable staff. I wasn't sure if I should get the glass from BMW. She explained that BMW does not make their own glass... long story short, saved me money. I waited in the waiting room and was surprised to be able to pick up wifi so I could work while I waited. My rear window looks much better without a softball hole in it. They explained to leave my windows cracked and not rip off or wash my car for the next 24 hours.
