They asked if we wanted to do some kind of imaging test, which was an additional amount, which was marketed to us as a more in depth way of viewing the eyes instead of dilation. We opted for that but after the test, they said she needed to dilate her eyes. Felt mislead. Went to a different location and didn't have any issues but went back this past June and not happy. My daughter's vision changed .by .75, to which they charged us an additional $139 because of something that her vision wasn't a normal situation. Dr. Gerhard never mentioned anything during the exam but we found out when paying. The two employees couldn't give a good reason as to why and I said I wasn't going to pay. We were already paying for the glasses and contact lens exams. Not understanding why the strenght in vison changing is a reason to charge an extra fee and why nothing was told to us until checking out. Dr. Gerhard went to lunch so never got explanation, just a bill in the mail. Don't recommend at all.

Apparently my medical insurance did not deem them necessary! I have never had to pay for eye care, including when I had cataract surgery. Got whopped with a $68 bill. This group is out for the money only. Performed unneeded tests. Went back for my glasses 4 times before they finally got it straight. So, I paid the $68 to get them out of my life. Now, I just got another bill saying my account was "grossly overdue"!! Can't they get their act together?

I had ordered a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglassses on Oct. 20th and they were supposed to arrive two weeks later (Nov. 3rd) for an epic road trip to the desert southwest. They did not arrive, so I had to drive 2,500 miles without sunglasses. On Wednesday (Nov. 5th) they called and advised that my glasses were ready for pickup. I returned today, but they could not find them. Turns out, they forgot to tint them! WHO BUYS UNTINTED RAY-BANS? So they had to send them back to the lab. Every single pair of glasses I've ordered through Terrezza have been wrong! On one occasion, an optical staff member forgot to include the prism, a critical oversight when that's part of the prescription! Every other time, it been a screw-up by the lab, also owned by Dr. Gene Terrezza. Several weeks ago, I took my wife to pick up her new RX glasses...guess what? No prism on her new lenses either! I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Take your business to a place that values Quality Control (QC), because Gene Terrezza obviously has lost sight of that valuable commodity.

When she finished - I was then ready to see my certified optometrist Oscar H. Corredor, O.D. He made me feel very comfortable and I promised that from now on, I will have my eyes checked every year. I then met with Jean and she helped me with finding the perfect frames. I very much enjoyed my visit with Terrezza Optical from start to finish and my glasses will be ready within 2 weeks!

It is rejected by online vendors who offer more reasonable pricing. Its a negative sphere notation instead of the positive sphere more commonly used and was used in my last prescription. All calls, 100% are screened by a call center that will not even connect you to that CFS Location. They will not accept message s for the Doctor to respond. I've called 5-6 times and left messages in the Medical Records, Operator, etc. without the courtesy of a response. I even spoke after hours to on-call, Dr McKnight, personally and he said he'd have the Physician respond the next day. Nothing. REally never going back to this practice. Terrible.

I have been in such pain for 2 days. Every time I open my eye I have tears running down my cheek and their response is put some cream in your eye and wait till tomorrow. It's been 2 days.
