He has emailed and called several times, and now we are basically have to make a trip to see them when we come in to town--not how we wanted to spend time off--to get them to cancel it. They are living up to the cliché. (When I canceled my membership several months before that, it DID drop off my credit card statement, but no one ever responded to my emails or calls. Not a "thank you for letting us know" or "sad to see you go." Nothing. I even tried to return the key fob they gave me. Oh, well.)

We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.
