opened in Aug 2024. still new inside…read more the good - classes taught by Kristian, Howard, Adim, Leilani, Bonnie, Taiwan (and many others). the variety of classes (I think for adults its about 200 classes per week available to pick from including boot camp, weights, yoga, spin, pilates, barre, you name it they got it). free pickleball also free pickleball beginner lessons! the front desk staff (Tina especially) & really all the staff are friendly. zero gym bro culture. protein shakes/coffee bar the drinks are 10/10, expensive but worth it. the bad - hot yoga room is so hot often people just leave in the middle of class. sometimes near the alpha and GTX equipment there is hair, dirt, etc - they clean the floors all the time but not in the nooks & crannies of the equipment. so best you can just dont look at it lol. the best - KRISTIAN. his class is really tough to beat, highly recommend any class he teaches. he has the perfect blend of attention to form/detail, encouraging, serious, funny but professional, he stays in his lane but also challenges you. a hard balance to find as a coach. but also Howard, Adim. its like having personal trainers without the cost.

They have everything you can imagine: classes, a huge variety of equipment, stretching tables, compression sleeves, massage beds, power plates, a sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold tub, and both outdoor and indoor pools. Oh, and they even have spa services and a café! If I lived closer, I would 100% join. Highly recommend!

It is a great local gym. Staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean. Great selection of…read moreequipment and large supply of dumbbells. I am reading complaints about rates and fees and honestly, mine were very reasonable. Overall I love it here. If I was forced to come up with cons, id say its becoming overcrowded with young males who like to stand around 4 to 5 people at a station talking and posing in the mirrors but to be honest, they are all nice kids and create a good energy. Everyone seems to get along great. I do wish we had more space or could manage the space a little better but again, I love this place. Give them a shot at your business..

My husband canceled his membership beforehand (I think in June), but we have been charged every month since we left. He has emailed and called several times, and now we are basically have to make a trip to see them when we come in to town--not how we wanted to spend time off--to get them to cancel it. They are living up to the cliché. (When I canceled my membership several months before that, it DID drop off my credit card statement, but no one ever responded to my emails or calls. Not a "thank you for letting us know" or "sad to see you go." Nothing. I even tried to return the key fob they gave me. Oh, well.)

This studio is such a sacred and special space for me. Every time I walk in, I feel an incredible…read moresense of peace and closeness to God while I practice. It's not just exercise here--it's truly mind, body, and spirit. The instructors are all so talented, authentic, and kindhearted. They each bring something unique that makes this place unlike anywhere else: * Holly has taught me the power of breath. She constantly reminds us to focus on breathing, and learning to truly breathe has helped me manage anxiety far beyond the studio walls. She also emphasizes form--especially foot and hip alignment--which I know will benefit my longevity and overall health for years to come. * Geneive has this amazing way of making class challenging and fun. She has a "don't slack, but don't stress" kind of energy that leaves me feeling strong, empowered, and proud of what my body can do. * Haley pushes me in the best way. She challenges me to do things I never thought possible after the wear and tear my body has been through--and by God's grace and power, I rise to the occasion. Her classes are always uplifting, joyful, and fun. I've been to other Pilates studios, but none come close to the heart, authenticity, and spiritual refreshment I find here. It's more than a workout--it's a gift.

I want to first preface this review with saying I love the story behind this studio, but it just…read morewasn't what I expected. I don't want this to come off negative but I'm writing this review to give honest feedback. I purchased a class for my little sister and I to start her birthday off with a positive environment (she's new to the area). We are both familiar with pilates as we take classes weekly but I believe every instructor has their own style and this was our first time at this studio. We weren't welcomed by the instructor nor did she introduce herself to us which felt a bit awkward and unwelcoming. My confirmation email also said nothing about needing grip socks (the studio that I frequent doesn't require them as you can choose to be barefoot or use grip socks) so I wasn't prepared to spend additional money to purchase their socks on top of our class fee. There were certain movements that we didn't quite catch on to as fast as the instructor was telling us to move and it didn't seem like she cared to take the time to explain anything, repeat anything, or encourage us. The instructor very much so focused on about three of the other ladies in the class and talked with them throughout the class. It wasn't until I finally just sat on my reformer until one of the sequences was through that the instructor came over and asked if I wanted a modification and by then it was the end of the class and we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I'm pretty dissatisfied with the service and I really wish I would've spent my money elsewhere for my sisters birthday. It's a cute place but to feel unwelcome because we aren't regulars felt really wrong to us. I don't know that we will be back.
