Store has quality furniture, but one thing I keep coming back for is the fact that my account manager Oren always there to help, answer any questions and to point out any sales available. I don't feel pressured or sold to, and that's how a good sale person that truly looks out for their customers should act. He is very pleasant and personable. On our last purchase he went far and beyond to educate my wife and I on the inventory which resulted in us getting a great deal on 2 chairs. My husband & I moved into a new apartment in October of 2022 &, ever since then, replacing our too-small dining room table (& chairs) has been high on our list of priorities, but finding one that we liked & that fit our space took years. That's why we were so excited to find a set at Arhaus that we liked. This would be my first-ever dining room table/chairs purchase EVER--I'm 54, but have never had a space large enough to merit one--& our first one from a "nice" furniture store. * 05/28: Order placed w/ an expected arrival time of mid-late September * 09/17: Right on schedule, received an email that the order arrived & would be sent to a local delivery hub on 09/24, at which point they would call me w/i 5-7 days to arrange delivery * 09/23: Instead of receiving said call from local delivery hub, we got an email from Arhaus saying that they were "unable to fulfill our oder for the chairs--so, after four months of waiting & confirmation that they were coming soon, we were S.O.L. with no explanation. Naturally, we scoured the internet to find different chairs (from a different company) that would go with the table--or a completely new set to start over from scratch with--but came up short & wound up ordering the only other chairs that matched the table that were literally twice as expensive. All we were offered by way of compensation for *their* error was 10% off the reorder...& that was only after I pressured them. * 09/25: We placed the order for the chairs that were twice as expensive & told that there is no way that they can expedite our order, so we would not have them for Thanksgiving, but *maybe* by Xmas. We also requested that the table they did have be delivered to avoid its going missing, as the chairs had. I was told the table would be delivered 10/03. * 10/13: The company that handles Arhaus deliveries told me that they had the chairs--the ones I'd previously been told were missing--& the table base, but not the table top...in contradiction to what I'd been older on several earlier occasions. The right hand did not know what the left (or even itself) was doing. After contact Arhaus, they confirmed that the delivery company did have the entire table (but the chairs were still MIA). * 10/18: Table that was meant to have been delivered 10/03 was delivered. * 11/12: Arhaus emailed to advise the (new) chairs, which were supposed to arrive mid-December "[had] experienced a delay due to unexpected circumstances," but no information as to how long of a delay was provided. I telephoned Arhaus no fewer than four times to inquire as to the nature of the delay--had the new chairs gone missing, too?--& the new expected delivery date. Each time, I was told they would look into it & get back to me...they never got back to me. * 11/25: Surprise, surprise! The new chairs are ready--I guess they weren't delayed, after all--& were beginning their two-step delivery process. Delivery was scheduled for 12/09. * 12/09: I was given the window of 3:00pm-5:00pm, told my delivery was expected between 3:20pm & 3:50pm & given a link to track the process, which I looked at first at 3:00pm; delivery window was still 3:20pm-3:50pm, but they were on delivery #6 & I was number 8, so I knew that wasn't happening. As time passed--3:20pm, 3:50pm, 4:07pm--& I saw that my window was now in the past & they were still on delivery #6, I called to confirm as to whether it wold still be coming today. Long story long, they arrived shortly after 5:00pm. In conclusion, while I love Arhaus design & quality, I will never order anything from them, again, as they have major supply chain & customer service issues that need to be addressed. Maybe I'm just a gap-toothed hillbilly from WV living in the big city, but it shouldn't take six months & become a part-time job (for the customer) to get a table & chairs. read more

Beautiful and expensive furniture but poor qualit. I purchased a $10,000 bed which was delivered in December 2025, it came damaged. They have attempted to replace the damaged furniture pieces four time, all four times the replacements were damage. Client Services and the store manager have done very little to help resolve this issu. I am waiting for the 5th delivery and I'm unable to reach a manager in Client Service. Extremely disappointed with Arhaus. We purchased a dining table with a wooden base that cracked and had to be replaced twice within months of normal use. This is clearly a design flaw. Despite having purchased a 5-year protection plan, we were told we'd have to pay out of pocket to switch to a metal base to prevent the issue from happening again. Why should we be expected to pay more to fix a problem caused by poor product quality? After reporting the issue to our sales associate, Andria, we followed up multiple times via email and text over four weeks, but received no response at all. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience--both in terms of product durability and customer service. We expected more from a brand that claims to be premium (No it's not). My wife works with a real estate company and has clients looking for full-home furnishings. We've already started recommending alternatives like Restoration Hardware(RH) instead of Arhaus. read more

Second, the help I got from Sam in the Hackensack store (in the Shops at Riverside) was fantastic -- he was super helpful without being pushy. I'd been looking for a dining table and an accent table for a long time, and these were the first pieces I saw that I loved and that didn't look like everything else in every other store. I absolutely LOVE ARHAUS!! I've bought 2 bed frames from them and 3 gorgeous Chandeliers. Their Performance Velvets can't compare to other store velvets, which are all ugly shiny velvets. Arhaus Velvets are a dream. And, their Chandeliers are unique and wonderful! I love them love them love them! Staff is knowledgeable. Only thing is you have to wait 8-10 weeks if you want to special order a fabric, but it's worth it. read more

We really gave her free reign to suggest what she would like to based on our home and family style. She did not disappoint. Etta suggested some things quite honestly we would never had considered (a rug for example that i was really unsure of and now i could not imagine our space without it). She understood that we wanted to spend where it mattered and save in areas where it made sense. Ordered a sofa sleeper on 9/24, was told 6 - 8 weeks. It was delivered on 12/18/24. When delivered couch could not make the turn into the apartment. I called the store and was told I should have measured and it was my responsibility. This is ridiculous since I don't sell furniture and no one told me to measure. The only question asked was if I had an elevator which I do. Somebody should have come here to measure before I purchased the couch. It was a speacial order, and I spent $10,000.00 on the couch and had to spend another $1200.00 to have it re-assembled in my apartment. Bad way to do business. read more

Probably the worst customer service and product I've ever purchased. Bought a grey fabric sectional for over $6k but the slip on covers don't fit. The fabric started to fade and become yellow within a year. The covers will start to droop and become different length's on the bottom and the corner never fit right. We had the best experience purchasing furniture with Andria from Arhaus Hackensack. I met her about a month or so before our moving date and we were still unsure about design. Andria was so patient with me while we measured couches/spaces in store, discussed layouts and planned shipments. My husband had some questions himself and Andria assisted with grace as he asked away! Our sectional, dining room table and bed were all available to be shipped at the time of purchase but we had later received word that the bed wouldn't ship for a few more weeks. I expressed concern to Andria and she elevated the issue and was able to reduce our shipping time to one week. Someone please help the staff....the quality of the goods are there but the employees who work in the store are irresponsible and that is the least. Ask for help and no one is available. No one knows how to multi-task and No one will call you back. I wish I had read reviews before making a $17,000 purchase in October 2021. It's now almost July 2022 and I am still trying to get responses back from anyone we've dealt with directly at this store, assistant manager, manager and the customer service / concierge line. Customer service failed to exist as soon as our sale was made. Our delivery date has been pushed off multiple times with no explanation or apology for the delay. I understand Covid has thrown everything off but it shouldn't impact customer service and communication on order status. It also should not result in pieces being. delivered broken after 8 months of waiting and nobody responding to requests for them to be replaced. We have ordered a number of things from Arhaus over the past few years. Tricia is a great sales rep and really helped us coordinate some lovely furniture. And the furniture is of a very high quality. Most bad reviews seem to be from people mad about the wait times. These people are ignorant to the realities of the world. That's how it is now and it will take time for manufacturers to adjust. There have been quality control issues, like a panel on the sectional where the fabric was installed upside down and it looked shiny, or an ottoman tray with faulty corner joints, or some scuffing on a dresser. However any issue we've had, the Concierge has sent a professional restorer to fix, or ordered us a full replacement piece. However this "Ryder Last Mile" that they work with is damaging the brand. Some forgot booties before walking on my new white carpet, one crew scuffed up the stairwell. And I had to have a bed delivered several times because they either couldn't get it to where it needed to go or outright forgot it at the warehouse because it wasn't in the box. Look, if you're patient about it and work with Tricia, you'll get where you need to be. But it can be like pulling teeth with that delivery company. Love all our Arhaus stuff. It's more affordable than RH and similar quality. read more

My wife ordered this mirror for our dining room. When we got it delivered today, at $299 delivery charge, she realized it was too small. She called customer service to return the mirror. They wanted another $299 plus a restocking fee. I would sooner break it than give them more money! We have bought a table, 6 chairs and 4 counter stools from them over the past few months. Two of the items were damaged and had to be exchanged. They made us send photos of the damages before they would agree to. The furniture that we were replacing was much better quality than the ones we bought at Arhaus. Their customer service and quality is terrible so buyer be ware. Although my review of Arhaus is from online ordering experience, this is the location very close to my Franklin Lakes home. It is a beautiful showroom. That said in my opinion when you place an order for an item such as the Kinnan bed I ordered you party make a decision based on the delivery timeframe they put on the order form. Mine was 11 weeks. Only after calling at 12 weeks did I learn the new timeframe is 20 weeks. To me that is an unacceptable timeframe snd should have warranted a phone call to me. Online representatives are the rudest I have ever dealt with. I never received a call back from a manager before she told me I was an idiot who did not understand there policy of no custom returns and hung up in me. Rest assured this " custom" bed that I picked the 1 of 3 colors that was " custom" is not even in production yet. Our experience at Arhaus was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. Trish, our sales person and an interior designer, provided us with her expertise from choosing wallpaper, furniture, lighting, rugs and art! For the entire four-story shore house. Trish was also able to work in furniture and art that we had kept from a previous apartment and seamlessly worked it into the look we were going for. The rooms not only look gorgeous but are functional and comfortable. Trish worked well with our schedules for delivery and Shamika, the manager, was there for us when any glitches arose. 2/5 stars based on product not sales. My salesperson was very professional and helpful. I purchased the 49" Leyland chandelier. I waited more than 8 weeks for it and It was the brass finish. The links that are used to attach the crystals are black. After I put half of the crystals on I could not not get over the standout of the black links against brass. I went to home depot and purchased the rustoleaum spray and spray painted the links. This delayed me about 2 days. When completing attaching the last 10 crystals I noticed the interior frame was cracked and it is leaning more to one side. I paid $450 for am electrician to install the chandelier and spent 3 days attaching the crystals. Concierge/customer service is closed in the weekends. I am not happy and would not recommend this chandelier for the price. Cheaply made in China and Arhaus failed to pay attention to details on this one. read more
