Awful! We bought a lot of furniture from them and we could not be more disappointed. The quality of the furniture is just not there. 6 months of light use and our couches look a DECADE old already. The leather chairs are also poor quality. Don't even get me started about the terrible quality of their rugs! Every single rug we bought is destroyed from basic vacuuming, traffic and wear- in less than a YEAR!!!!! Don't expect them to jump on delivery either. Our delivery took 4-6 MONTHS and nothing was custom! Oh and the best part was that we had to chuck all the rug pads because the extremely high VOCs in them were causing us unbelievable health issues. Never, ever again. Restoration Hardware is not perfect but it was a MUCH better experience for us. We will be chucking our crazy expensive Kipton sectional in a year or so because the quality is downright embarrassing. They need to make furniture for real lives, not just showrooms. read more

Excellent, Excellent service. We were greeted by Sammaa who really took care of us. We found a leather couch, she suggested a different color and it was perfect. Then a chair, 2 petrified wood tables and a cow hide bench to work as an Ottoman. Great selection of everything here, a tad less money and restoration hardware , better from my lens in most every way. We have a beautiful home with Stockley and Harden furniture and now a very hip/ modern family room. Take the drive to Natick and see it. read more

Wow I'm so surprised by the reviews where they say they experienced racism here! I've been a customer for around 9-10 years and have Never experienced anything like that and I am Asian! I love they're well made furniture and although expensive, it's sturdy and comfortable and you can feel & see the quality. These pieces are made to last! I've always been pleased with the customer service and they've been helpful making decisions around pieces and fabrics while keeping with the price points. Most recently they helped pick out dining room chairs & fabric. I also have a sectional couch that is sooo comfortable, a coffee table and console/bookcase. I appreciate the white glove delivery service (no shoes and actual white gloves). Although I wish it was included when you purchase big ticket items. I've noticed it's gone up over the years. **** UPDATE***** They delivered our furniture today, and apparently their delivery service is just regular delivery. No white gloves, no taking off shoes or shoe covers. Kind of disappointing. Plenty of parking and make sure to go when they have a sale! read more

I have always received a very timely reply in my communications with Robin. She is the absolute best!!! She is very knowledgeable about Arhaus furniture and other design products. She willingly communicates with the Arhaus delivery team to ensure we receive items as soon as possible. We recently needed to return an ottoman as it was too large for our space. Robin arranged for the pickup and kept in communication with us regarding the status of the pickup. My wife and I purchased a kitchen table and chairs here. The table came warped so we had them send us a new top. No issue with this, it happens and they sent the new one. We then received a bill for shipping on one (yes one random) chair that they claimed they replaced. No bill for this mystery chair, but they sent a shipping bill. We called and told them what was going on and they said they made a mistake and would take care of it. 6 months later we got a bill from a collection agency saying that they were collecting on an outstanding debt for this shipping charge. My wife called AGAIN and they AGAIN said they would take care of it. Months later we are still getting calls and letter from collection agents on this charge. I am at the point where I just want to pay the stupid thing so that I never have to call this place again. Their customer service is abhorrent and incompetent. I have to call again this week to see if i can get someone from the store on the line at the same time as the collection agency to confirm that this debt is not owed. I have spent no fewer than 12 hours dealing with this over the last year. read more

Well I got my sofa delivery on Saturday morning however the crew of 3 men refused to bring my 88" sofa up six flights of stairs because it would not fit in the old elevators in my building. My wife and I have worked with Robin Levitt for the past 5 years to redecorate and refurnish 4 rooms in our home. She has been fabulous to work with! She is always so helpful, responsive, and nice. She does a nice job of understanding what our style is and what our needs are. We have bought several major pieces of furniture, accessories, accents, and decor. There have been a couple of items that our family damaged or the piece required repair and Arhaus/Robin has been unbelievable in response and service. All have been repaired by a technician that came to our home or the entire piece of furniture was replaced! For example, we had a chaise ($1250) that a tufted button popped out and the technician could not fix it. Arhaus replaced the whole piece! Who does that? Unreal customer service. I have bought quite a few pieces of furniture at Arhaus and at this shop in particular and was quite excited to see that they had remodeled and expanded their showroom. I came over the weekend to browse and was struck by the coldness of the staff. All seemed too busy to answer basic questions. One shooshed me away, another gave me the clear message that my request was unimportant. I will drive to Burlington moving forward and hope that the service is better. After a positive experience w/ the Home Office Concierge in regards to an outdoor table we purchased a few years ago that completely deteriorated & is therefore no longer on the market, we were offered a "re-select" option at the Natick location. Due to our poor initial experience at this location we knew to call ahead & speak w/ the manager, Suzanne Robin, to ensure there would be no problems & they had tables available to view in person. After several calls she seemed surprised that she had to honor a re-select so we had the concierge speak w/ her directly & it was clear she preferred us to order online. Upon arrival there weren't many outdoor tables to view so we had to place an online order. We were surprised w/ the lack of professionalism, like the table falling apart was our fault rather than a major decay problem already known to the company & solution provided, then a "sorry" after the fact. Employees eating yogurt next to the manager at the front counter. A manager that clearly was not versed in how to use the computer even with the system prompting as could be seen in the mirror behind her & needing assistance from another employee until completion. Nor did she try to up-sell us with perhaps chairs to go w/ our table. We are grateful for a replacement & credit. We hope this outdoor table, although not the style we hoped for, will last & we will never purchase from this location again & will think twice in regards to product quality before ever purchasing from Arhaus again. read more

I've had not one but several bad experiences with the Burlington MA store. As a designer I've brought several customers who spent a large amount of money furnishing their homes. Items have arrived late, damaged and when you call to ask for help, good luck, it's not easy. I thought I'd give them one more chance, which was a big mistake. I purchased a dining room set for my own home, the dining room table and chairs came quickly but was then told the buffet would take up to 3 months to deliver. I was planning on leaving for the winter months and asked if it could be sooner than 3 months, the reply was no. I returned for one week each month and they couldn't accommodate us for delivery during those weeks. When I was returning for good I inquired about delivery and guess what they gave my piece of furniture to someone else who could take delivery sooner. I have never heard of such a thing! I called the manager and left a voicemail to return my call. She never called, after 3 days I called her back and she left for maternity leave. Now that's great customer service. I will never refer another customer to this store and I myself will never shop there. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews (ever), but this one is well-deserved. I'm in the process of moving with very little furniture (at the moment there's a mattress in the MBR). As is true with everything now, my order(s) have been delayed due to the pandemic/ supply chain issues. Barbara, the manager made every effort to see if anyone needed to delay a delivery and wanted to "swap" orders with us. Although that wasn't a success, Barbara offered us a loaner sofa which will arrive shortly after we do. Alas, we will have a place to sit! read more

Robin and the team at Arhaus Natick went above and beyond! I was shopping for a new kitchen table for my newly remodeled kitchen and had trouble finding the perfect table. I was nervous to buy online because I wanted to see the table in person first. Not only did Robin give me great design ideas for the table, but she also offered advice on bar stools and lighting after I showed her pictures of the room. After receiving and loving the table I ordered, we noticed there was a defect with the table top. I went into the store and talked with Robin as well as another manager. They quickly helped me resolve the issue with a new replacement. Their customer service was superb! I will definitely be shopping Arhaus again. They do have some sale stuff in the back of the store. The store is layed out pretty cool and decorated in such a way that you can get tons of ideas. Purchased 4 Cadence Counter Stools a little less than 5 years ago. After about three years one of the legs broke. Called them to see if they would stand behind product as their literature states. While demonstrating some sympathy, they said it it was out of the warranty period and gave me a number of company that could repair it. At the time, I choose not to call to make the repair. A few months ago, another stool leg broke. Called them again to get the number. I explained that another chair broke and needed the number of their repair folks. While I did not request Arhaus fix it, I was, somewhat morbidly, curious if someone would hear that two out four chair broke and check to see if they might reconsider fixing it on their dime. Not one of the 3 people I spoke did. Next step - call the company that Arhaus told me to use to get the chairs fixed. After explaining the situation, I asked where they were located and the rep told me they were in Oceanside. Four hours away. She said she was sorry, they dont make service calls that far away. read more

Bought the Gardner Sectional. It's beautiful. You pay for what you get. One downside is the delivery. Its $150, and Arhaus Natick rep stated that I had to set aside 1 day for delivery, an 8 hour window. The day before the delivery service someone will call to reduce the window down to 2 hours of their choosing. Looks like I'll have to plan an entire day to receive my furniture... wish they could narrow down the window ahead of time so I can plan my life! read more

Avoid! Overpriced mall shop with widely veneered furniture that was of middling quality. Think mid-to-high level ikea level furniture with a fresh coat of trendy paint, but with price tags that were 3x-5x as much! After examining several pieces and their veneering, I was floored to have a sales associate tell me in passing "almost none of our furniture is veneered". She was either bald-face lying or horribly ignorant of the truth. In either case, I see absolutely no reason to subsidize this glorified "trend-centric but cheaply made" furniture store unless you've got a fat wallet and absolutely must have a particular style. For anyone who wants quality or reasonable prices, stay far away. read more

I love there products but the customer service is the worst in the industry. I bought a chandelier and it was missing parts when I received it. 2 months later they send the missing parts. I recently purchased two chairs at the Natick store and have made several other purchases. I have sent four emails to the Natick store and to the general email posted. All have gone unanswered!! My wife and I were looking for something interesting to replace the Ethan Allen furniture/furnishings in our living room. We walk into the store, go over to a sofa we like and started debating which fabric will go with the paint we have. Along comes this staff member, introduces herself, and within 30 seconds inquires 'which town we live in'. Since both my wife and I are not Caucasian, our race-dar starts beeping and we left the place at the first chance we got. It is sad that people willing to spend about 10K on a room's furniture still need a seal of approval from a lower-middle class sales person just because of the color of their skin. Will appreciate any suggestions for a good furniture store within driving distance of Wellesley that hopefully doesn't hire such prejudiced employees. read more

I have furnished most of one house, and now a second home through Arhaus on Speen Street in Natick. Their furniture is superb quality, and what sets them above other furniture stores is the talented staff. Robin has spent hours with us, pulling different pieces together, selecting fabrics, and really listening to how we want to live on our furniture. All the employees are quick to collaborate, and happy to help all customers. I have used the white glove service twice, and am so impressed. On time, professional, and very clean. When the delivery was complete, the room was guest ready! The furniture and fabrics are high quality no will endure real life. If I could, I would give Arhaus six stars! read more

I have no doubt that Arhaus complied with the disclosure laws and this is "our fault" for not paying attention. But we got hit with over $1000 in deferred interest (at 26%) after six months. (The CC company--who confirmed they get A LOT of complaints--cut this in half for us.) I get that retailers and those who play the game love these programs because it looks like free money. But the whole scheme depends on the unwary (e.g. me) and those who get into a situation where they can't pay it off in time. For those, it is another penalty for being in debt that pushes them deeper. IMO the scheme may be legal but it's shady. Reputable businesses should avoid it. At Arhaus prices I should feel like a valued customer, and instead I feel like a chump. Our actual buying experience and the resulting product was pretty good, so 2 stars instead of 1. read more

I had heard great things about this store, so decided to stop in to find a couch for my new condo. I was immediately greeted by a friendly but not pushy staff. They spent time answering questions and listening to what I was looking for. Despite some delivery issues, Robin and Ginny made sure all issues were taken care of. Robin could not have been more helpful throughout the process. (when's the last time you felt this way) They truly care about your happiness and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to be treated with great customer service. I love this store. They carry a great selection of unique hand crafted furniture. The quality is much higher than IKEA or even West Elm. The prices are a little overpriced, but they always have sales and new deals. Sales representatives are very friendly, helpful and trying to do their job as best as they can. This place is terrible. I paid a small fortune for two lamps with a definite date of arrival at the store, but the lamps never arrived. Lamps were misplaced (though no one ever called to tell me this), date of arrival was pushed back another week (to THREE weeks after my order, although they were said to be "in stock"), and neither an explanation or apology were offered. Save yourself a headache and shop at a reputable store that prides itself in customer service instead. read more
