I love the furniture, however I will never buy from them again. They do not stand behind their products. And do not buy the worry free protection...it doesn't cover anything. It's a waste of money. The managers at the store do not return phone calls. However, when you are looking to place the order they are more than happy to talk to you. Bad business practices. read more

This is a 2 to 3 star review. Furniture pieces on January 22 still have not arrived, so I cannot yet comment of the quality. The customer service and communication is poor. I was originally told we'd have our three pieces by sometime in March. OK, six weeks is doable. However we are not scheduled to have delivery until April 30. I received no receipt until I called at the end of March, which prompted me to look up the pieces listed there and discover that nesting console tables had somehow been written up as nesting end tables. Important catch before the wrong thing was shipped across country to my home. Finally April 15 I received a text message that the furniture had arrived in the shipping company's warehouse in LA which is six hours from where we are in Northern California, prompting me to call the store. No returned phone call. Six days later I got another text saying that delivery would be April 30. So our product, which is fully paid, will have sat in a warehouse in LA for over 2 weeks before being delivered. And the total time from order to delivery is over 3 months. Buyer beware - make sure you understand what to expect and don't believe what you are told! read more

I would give no star. The absolute worst experience with a company I have ever encountered. I placed an order online for a Lincoln bed, a mattress and 2 end tables. I waited over 2 months for the bed and sure enough it was delivered and the bed had the wrong parts so I had to refuse the order. They left the mattress because I had all intentions of getting a replacement. I spoke with countless people over the phone; one after another. They told me that they couldn't replace the new bed for another month or longer. Completely unacceptable. I decided to cancel my entire order. They wanted to charge me a fee for the mattress they left and I fought them so they waived it. Now I have a mattress and no bed. I ordered from another online company and received a beautiful and nightstands in less than five days. Since the mattress was for the Lincoln bed that I no longer am receiving; I called to have them pick it up. They refuse to give me a pick up date and want to charge me again for a restocking fee and delivery charge. Doesn't make sense. They have already wasted days of calling and months of waiting. I'm done. Stay clear from this company. read more

My wife and I shopped here for a sectional couch and we had a great experience. Caitlin Martinez was our design consultant and she was wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable and patient--helping us pick fabric for the couch and also for the dining room chairs we purchased because there was a sale! The store is gorgeous and all the personnel are amazing (you owe ME a beer for the review!)--we laughed like old friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and as a man that's a huge compliment! They have no interest for a year when you use their card--great deal! HIGHLY recommend! read more

Avoid doing business with Arhaus on Port Washington Boulevard. They will lie and deceive you to get your order and then lie more after you call them on it. My wife and I recently placed an order and paid for a piece of furniture after expressly being told it would be delivered to the store and ready for pickup the next week. When my wife called to make sure it was in the next week, she was told that the furniture was on the truck for delivery, but the truck had broken down so it would be on the next truck the following week. After waiting another week and hearing nothing, we went to the store. There, we were told by a salesperson that the piece was out of stock and it would take a while to get it delivered. After expressing our frustration, surprise and disappointment, we asked for the manager to call us. We then received a call from Christian, the manager. Christian started the conversation by telling my wife that he distinctly remembers telling me when I paid for the order that the piece would not be available until May (4 months after our order). This was a blatant lie. After telling him this was absolutely false, and that we were told it would arrive in the store in 1 week. Christian then said that we could get the piece in March and that's what he told us when we placed the order. When we pointed out that he started the conversation by insisting that he specifically remembered telling us we couldn't get the piece until May, he backtracked and waffled about what he had said at the time of the order and what he said on the phone. Clearly, he wasn't really sure what lie he was up to. Christian was then very rude, raising his voice and trying to make it as if if we just didn't remember he said it would be in 4 months later rather than in 1 week later (probably because of frustration that he was caught in his lies and realized we were canceling the order). Horrible customer service and, while the furniture in the store looks nice, buyer beware in dealing with this store. I'll never go in again. read more

Place is a joke. Ordered a dining room table and chairs in February....I still don't have them....its June 12th. Immediately after purchase, we noticed the receipt had the wrong color. We pointed it out and asked to confirm, but were told, for some reason that's how the description registers..... it is in fact the color we wanted. Fast forward to May, when it was to be delivered, and we find out that's BS......they have the table in the wrong color. If we want the color we picked we will have to wait to July. They also told me the table was of poor quality so they had to switch vendors (but I can still have the table in the wrong color and of poor quality if I want it now). So what can they do to make up for the error and make it right .....NOTHING. I was told that, because I bought it on sale, that was the lowest price they could possibly sell it for. The service and manager Chris are a joke. They never called us back and could care less if we cancelled the order or didn't. read more

first time in the store and could not have met nicer employees! We were greeted by Angie who assisted us throughout our entire trip at the store. I was looking for new furniture for an apartment and she met all my expectations and was super nice. Allowed me to look around without being overbearing and on top of my mom and I. She answered all of our questions and even helped us get some great warehouse sales! Amazing customer service! One of the pillows that picked out was on sale for $19 dollars and as I was ringing up, I noticed a hole in the pillow at the seam. Without hesitation, Angie offered to sew it herself and for me to come back to the store. I went yesterday and she told me today that she sewed up the pillow for me...free of charge!! Seriously so nice and amazing service you don't see anymore. This store has a nice variety of furniture and definitely would recommend to anyone !
