We only found out the day before the expected delivery date when we called to inquire about time of delivery. 2) When the table came in there was a missing piece which then caused an additional few week delay. 3) David (?) who I believe is the owner flies off the handle very quickly. We were able to manage him by being courteous but his ability to quickly go on the offensive is very off putting. Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to what my problem was with my serger when it was brought in for repair. Unfortunately the serger had to be replaced. My friends and I took a few classes on how to make pocketbooks. Since then, I have developed a fabric addiction and these lovely ladies are happy to supply my addiction lol.
