I went to bobs and I went to pc Richard &son, but I ended up as a last resort checking out mattress firm. Rose was the salesperson and she was more than helpful. She was also honest and caring to exactly what I wanted. She showed me what was in my budget, what other possible mattresses I could have if I went up just a little, and also gave me the option to buy returned mattresses. She basically did all the work for me and never made me feel pressured into making a decision right away nor was she pushy. The layout of the room was color coded for soft, medium, and firm beds which made my life so much easier. The Labor Day sale was awesome because I got a queen size mattress with a free adjustable board for the head that is remote controlled, which comes with its own frame and you don't need a box spring. After the shipping fee, it came out to about $1000, which all I did was walk in and lay on some beds and it gets delivered the next day also! Overall, I would recommend going here. read more

We purchased a mattress last month which wound up being a very challenging experience. This experience was made a lot easier by Darren, one of the sales people in the store. For us it was an overwhelming task to try to figure out what mattress would suit us best as there are so many different types. I'm sure we were not the easiest customers but he spent a great deal of time explaining the differences in mattresses and helped us find the one that was just right. We were both blown away by the customer service we received from Mike from the second we had stepped in the door. He took his time, throughly explaining each mattress we had asked to see. Elaine was an absolutely lovely sales rep to work with at this location. She was helping another customer when my boyfriend and I arrived, but she made sure to welcome us and direct us to a couple of beds to try out while we waited. Darren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with selecting the correct mattress for my mom. We needed some special attention to the purchase because it was for someone who is 85 and has trouble getting into and out of bed. Amazing!! I came in with my spouse to pick out a new mattress for our new home and Eileen went above and beyond her duty to make sure we got what we needed. Her explanation of how the mattresses differ was invaluable. She guided us throughout the whole process to make sure we had what we needed. She also went out of her way to set up next day delivery so we wouldn't have to sleep on an air mattress. We walked in one Thursday night shortly before closing. Elaine treated us as if it was 10:00am in the morning and she was going to be there all day. She was very patient as we tried several beds three and four times. There was no pressure to buy, in the end we bought a bed and she was able to have it delivered by Saturday.
