We tried to get the massage chair years ago, but it was too expensive when it first came out, so we waited. It was worth the wait, and Dan gave us the best price. So we went into the store on 7/18. Spoke to another manager who looked in the computer and said it was supposed to hit their warehouse 7/27 but that he would call on Monday to confirm. He did call Monday (7/20) but I was working and couldn't answer he never left a message. I called back on 7/22 and spoke to my original salesperson Danny, who promised he would personally call me and let me know when it was in and set up delivery. I was then told it was going to hit their warehouse on 7/29. Guess what? 7/29 came and went no call from PC Richard's. I called 7/31 and spoke with a manager named Chris who said yes the refrigerator was in and we set up delivery for the next week. I never heard from Danny, my original salesperson who promised to call when it hit the warehouse and set everything up. We will NEVER buy another thing from this or any other PC Richard's. I have never had a worse experience in my life. The lack of communication is what gives this review a 1, I wish I could give it a 0. If we had gotten updates along the way this review would be much different. The lack of communication is what gives this review its low rating.

I have scoliosis and was on the market for a mattress that will help alleviate my back pain, which has increased since the pandemic started in March. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam, who let me test several mattresses, while engaging me in conversation about mattresses, mattress technology, sleep, comfort, back pain, and life. Sam is much more like a sleep enthusiast than a salesman. If you're in the market for a mattress, or if you're simply interested in learning about sleep technology or improving your sleep, I highly recommend going in and talking to Sam. He never pushed a sale on me, never made me feel rushed (and I was there talking and testing mattresses for a long time), never like a customer, and never felt he didn't care about how I'll sleep. My experience felt far more like learning about sleep, comfort, and back support than it did shopping for a mattress. Sam was always happy and interested to talk with me, answer my questions, respond to my concerns, shed advice on how to improve my sleep and back pain, and engage in conversation about quality sleep. When he didn't know an answer, he didn't pretend to, but he still engaged me in conversation and looked for answers. For me particularly, Sam helped educate me on everything that could help reduce my back pain, patiently and diligently, I've had scoliosis since elementary school, and I was not simply looking to buy a mattress. I was looking to learn about sleep technologies (pillows and mattresses) to help improve my back pain and pressure support. I almost made a horrible mistake going for a much firmer mattress, too firm for my weight, but Sam guided me in the right direction and I am getting great sleep and reducing my back pain. I don't give my business to anyone. I gave my business to Sam because he is extremely personable, patient, passionate about helping people improve their sleep, and knowledgeable. Sam has been selling mattresses for 20 years. He really knows his stuff, and not just currently, he knows the history, different technologies, how things have improved, what will meet people's needs.
