Like checking to make sure the bolt fully extends into the strike plate and then having the tools needed to drill out enough of the plate to extend the bolt without compromising the door. My lock broke to where I couldn't get in the house! Ari showed up and was able to not only open it and get the lock out of the door. This after I tried and took apart the door knob and spent an hour trying to open it. He had a selection of locks and door handles with him and was able to install a new one for me on the spot! This guy is keeps his word very efficient and professionally to deal with. I had two locksmith come to the house and both could not do the job one said he could but he never called me back to reschedule to do it.
