I spent over $6,600 on treatments at this spa because I was told the higher price included free cream refills as long as I returned my empty bottles. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I only received one refill, but later they claimed that I had already received five refills, which is simply not true. When I questioned this, they told me that the person who sold me the treatment and explained the refill policy no longer worked there. However, I personally saw her at the spa when I went in for my refill, which made the situation even more confusing and frustrating. I feel that I was misled about the benefits that were promised when I purchased the treatment. The information I received was inconsistent, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. This was one of the worst investments I have ever made, and based on my experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA TO ANYONE. The only reason I am giving one star is because there is no option to give zero stars. If there were, that is what I would choose. Very disappointing experience overall. read more

Ladies, I think I just may have found one of the best skin care spas in Los Angeles. I've been really skeptical about the deals on Instagram, but this one popped up for hydro facials and I really loved the last one I had that was a gift. I quickly found parking on the street and stepped through the door. The street disappeared behind me and I was at once in a tranquil space with the most wonderful energy. I headed upstate where Elsa greeted me and we had a nice chat while I filled out the digital paperwork. I was excited to learn their skin expert was there and I could get to see here later. A few minutes later, Emily met me and led me back to a very serene spa room. Her hands were healing and magical as she thoroughly cleaned, exfoliated and hydro cleaned my skin. It was amazing; one of the best facials I've ever had and I could feel in her work that she loved what she did. I was really happy. Once I was radiant, I was led to meet Bella, their skin expert. When you go, make sure you meet Bella and demo this incredible system they have- Eneo Totale, a combo of hand held device and plant stem cell cream mask and a serum. The demo started and I was already happy, the mask was warm and the hand held activated the combo. We did half my face and spent 4 minutes massaging my left side with the mask, serum and hand held device. The change was stunning. My skin was bright, lifted, and smooth. The difference was at least 10 years difference, if not 20. I was stunned. Of course the system was a bit pricier than I anticipated but given the results I was ready to sign up. I found this place as a promotion on social media and thought it would be fun to try. It was advertised as a $70 jawline Lifting treatment. When I arrived I was first taken into a room where someone started doing a traditional facial on me.... I had just had a facial 3 weeks ago and absolutely didn't need it. My face is also sensitive so most of the treatments she wanted to use on me I unfortunately had to refuse so after 45 min of some useless stuff which I did not need I was taken to the back where a Sales girl in a white "nurses jacket " did a 6 minute lifting treatment on my entire face and proceeded to sell me $600 facials! I am beyond dissatisfied and upset for wasting $70 on what I thought would be a nice full jawline lifting session! Definitely don't recommend. It's basically a gimmick to get you in the door just to sell you a bunch of products and services Edit*** I was reading the many many many other 1 star reviews and the owner came and put a comment saying we are so sorry for your horrible eclectic, we don't mean to pressure anyone and we don't give bad service! One of those reviews was from over ONE YEAR AGO!!!!!! Clearly this is exactly how you operate your business! Fake products that don't will and something we can buy from Amazon for $50 where you are selling for THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! I saw an ad online for a discounted facial and signed up. I never had a facial before so I didn't know what to expect. Boy did I find out. The facial wasn't much of anything and didn't really do anything. The lady doing it said she had worked there a year, and came across as inexperienced. After the facial I was taken to a different area and thought this was part of the treatment too. It was more like a timeshare sales pitch. I had to say "NO" 9 times. It wasn't part of the treatment at all, instead it was about selling two hand held devices (for home use) and some creams. While this lady was pleasant enough, she wouldn't take NO for an answer. I felt like I was in a strange movie with no end. Actually the experience was somewhat traumatizing upon escaping their clutches of hard sales. My friend asked me, why don't you just get up and leave after the now obvious 4th "NO"? Well they put some type of goop on half your face in order to prove to you that their magic chemicals and machines work. It's really quite a clever way to operate a hard sales scheme; which is exactly what this is. It turns out this isn't part of the facial at all. They started by saying the facial you had cleans the 1st layer of skin. Now we will clean the 2nd and 3rd. I couldn't wait to escape the clutches of this sales spa. I paid in cash the $70 for the inadequate facial and went for a nice breakfast across the street to recover from the traumatic forced sales experience. The facial was nice and relaxing however it was minimal (i.e. no steam, no extractions, minimal products/services beyond LED light and a cooling mask) We were mislead and told as first timers we would be receiving a complementary 45 min "lifting mask" following our service however that was not the case. We instead sat through a 30 min sales pitch for their "campaign" of facial packages that ranged from $3-$7K. The process of sitting through this was completely unexpected, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Their attempt at building rapport through asking multiple probing/personal questions felt very invasive and disingenuous. If I'm opting in to a promotion that says I'm going to get a facial, including the nonsurgical facelift then I should receive a facial with a non-surgical facelift experience. I walked in, the place is beautiful... and thats about it. When it comes to owning a business and providing service, service is about the customer experience. I did not walk out of there feeling good on a multitude of levels. The integrity is lost when you don't get the service that you opted in for, the guest experience was demeaning and rude, then the guy I was working with ( skin specialist) tried to tell me it was my bad attitude. (That's fascinating) I'm in the beauty industry, I get you'd like to offer other service opportunities and add ons this is NOT how you do it. I'm going to have to shake this one off.
