I stopped by Neda for dinner recently. At the counter, I ordered the Kofteh ($16 plus tax) served with rice and salad, which happened to be a daily special offering. Be aware that they will add a 3 percent credit card surcharge on top of the total (including tax and tip) and they really should post signage at the register about the surcharge. Anyways, I took a seat in the dining area and my food was brought out to me all at once with special sauces including their spicy sauce (green). The Kofteh was comprised of 3 tender beef meatballs (grainy texture) smothered in a savory orange sauce with yellow split peas, topped with potato sticks. The side of rice was a good portion filling up much of the square plate. The side salad had chopped romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes. red onions, and seasonings.
