Horrible, HORRIBLE experience at this nail bar. Was on time to my 11 am appointment- confirmed everyone would have a nail tech as we were a larger group. How is it that I waited 2 1/2 hours for a nail tech?... Embarrassing lack of customer service on the managers part, and not to mention, the cleanliness of the spa as well. The only redeeming part was how amazing Jason was, granted the whole situation was not his fault. My mom had GelX for the first time, and her technician, Vina, could not do a french nail on her, which is arguably the easiest design to do. Our appointment was Sunday morning and on this Wednesday she had 2 nails fall off, not putting pressure on them or anything. just popped off. Now they are refusing to refund although the service was not performed correctly. She ended up paying 70$ for a basic gel x and mine cost 110... for a french with chrome. Big scam when you could see a small nail tech for about 50 dollars less. Absolutely disappointing, do not waste your time here unless you're looking for service that lacks and a poor quality set. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I first asked for dip powder nails, and the guy doing my nails said he has a technique that's faster, stronger, and only costs $5 more...I said no. He then said he can't make my nails last long if i'm going to do dip powder and I said I will try acrylic another time, but I want dip powder. He then proceeded to do acrylic on my nails, I asked if it would cost more and he said no. He then proceeded to fall asleep while doing my nails. His excuse was it was a sunday afternoon and he stayed up all night over the weekend. I have never cried from getting my nails done but I absolutely bawled my eyes out and payed $80 for nails that I DESPISED. I was prepared to pay $60 at most but 80?! The guy was very rude and super inconsiderate. Please listen to the other reviews and go somewhere that treats customers like people and not like a piggy bank. read more

She nicked my finger on my right hand and it bled a little but then she got me hard on the left hand and it bled a lot. They didn't have any alcohol or bandaids. I went to my vehicle to get both. I decided to stop the services completely as I was nervous the next cut would be even worse. Went home and got the antibiotic ointment after soaking finger in alcohol. Staph infections happen a lot from nail salon mishaps. Be careful! Needless to say I won't be returning. All nail salons need alcohol wipes, antibiotic ointment and bandaids on hand. read more

I've had pretty good service here for several years. As one reviewer posted, there are hidden charges that they do not mention. Also, when not with a client, the males that work there are very loud and carry on annoying conversations with each other. Quick and a great service. Had nexGen dip. I was not charged extra for silly ad-ons, nor was I pressured into more expensive services that I didn't ask for. The salon was super busy but they were still able to get me in. The tech did a great job, my nails were a consistent thickness and length. The tech also did the service without getting product all over my hands! She cleaned up under my nails and I didn't have to ask! (The last salon I went to had my hands looking like I played in mod-podge! The product was caked up under my nails and along the sides and cuticle area. It was a mess! The salon was called Bellagio.) Terrible! Used to be my favorite place but loyalty is obviously not important to them at all! I had an appointment with the same girl I always use but they said someone else came in and asked for her so can someone else do my nails? Really??!! I'm the one who had an appointment! What good are appointments if you're gonna do this??!! I will NEVER return. I really loved the girl who did my nails but the manager guy needs to take a course in customer service. He's very much lacking to put it nicely. I have been going to Aria for few years and have never had anything but wonderful service. I sincerely believe it is because of my wonderful nail tech Snow. She has been the only nail tech that listens and spends hours to make my nails perfect. I am Extremely picky when it comes to length, width and the cuticles , must be perfect or don't even bother! She is just so detail minded and never fails to amaze me! I brought many friends as new clients to her and they all love her work. She is like family! My 11 year old looks forward to getting her pedi done by Snow and her only! Every time I come here I feel extremely welcomed and taken care of by Snow. The atmosphere is relaxing with soft music in the background, no nasty chemical smells since it's a natural spa, and lots of services to choose from. I have been coming in for awhile now and have noticed that there are weird fees on my receipt. I have no issue with paying the price to get my nails done but it is annoying that I am being charged for my real nails/length and shape. My nails are long and the shape is almond. The pros: nice, clean, "upscale", lots of choices for colors. The techs Ive had for nextgen are really good and fast. Ok, here are the cons: be prepared to be up charged for things you aren't up charged for at other salons. If you want anything but plain, old school square nails, then that's an up charge. Want the corners slightly rounded, "oh, that's coffin shape"...um, NO, it's not. Do your nails extend ANY past the tip of your finger? 1 mm? Oh, that's extra charge for long nails. I get paying extra for special finishes, design, etc...But not what should be standard requests. Aria, please, change your policies/attitude...well, mainly attitude. Maybe then you won't lose yet another (formerly loyal) customer. read more

I've been going here for 6 months now. Facilities, customer service, and services available get 5 but.... Every visit is an odd fee for this or that. Be ready to drop $$ on length, shape, etc.. I.E., I usually get dip nails, and it gets removed so it's dip for dip. The last time I wanted acrylic nails for a wedding, I needed the length. They removed the dip- but charged me for removal. I paid $50 for nails, which is $10 more for acrylic vs if I had just had her do dipping powder on the nail. I feel that since I got an equivalent service, actually more expensive my dip removal should have been free. It's free when you do dip to dip. Then I got charged $15 for the design in the picture but honestly the lines were not crisp as what I wanted. The gold was off. But I'm not one of those people that will insist on perfection. At the end of this visit I paid $75 for normal acrylic nails with okay design. Plus a $30 pedi, plus tips. $115 out the door. Might as well go gelX . I need to find a new place to go because they do charge for many other little things. read more

The service and nail techs were so nice and professional and when we asked for more pressure during our foot massage; and they made sure we were satisfied with our service. Walked in for dipping on nails! No plexi glass partitions & I should have left. Another lady came in after me & should she no partitions & the girl said no & she left. Smart lady! My girl killed my cuticles but did an ok job on my nails. She had a runny nose, got up & went over to counter to blow her nose, DID NOT wash her hands, brought the dirty Kleenex back to our table & laid it next to her cell phone which was across my from phone. Gross, gross, gross. She wore her mask on her chin, not covering her mouth or nose. Her nose was red & she kept sniffling. I was disgusted. I went home & took a shower. 5 days later I tested positive for COVID-19. The very LAST THING I NEEDED. She had long black hair fixed on top of her head with silvery accept colors in her hair. I will never go back there. My husband brought our friends there because it looked so clean. Not anymore! read more

Beautiful place but the most painful nexgen experience of my life. The young man pressed on my cuticles so hard it was up there with giving birth. Well not really but they are still sore and my manicure was two days ago. You can see in the pics my cuticles are inflamed and red. Ouch. read more
