Was able to get a very last minute appointment for a Travel Massage. Staff were extremely nice and even though I was going for a quick (aka cheaper) massage, I was treated no different than anyone else. I was able to use all the amenities for as long as I wanted, like the sauna, salt cave, and hot tub. Plus, the massage itself was lovely and just what I needed! Lots of free water and tea, plus some light snacks. The locker room for women was also filled with anything you might need like makeup wipes, feminine products, etc. Most importantly, this spa was extremely CLEAN! I was so impressed actually seeing staff cleaning at some points, and the results speak for themselves. Loved it here and would love to go back next time I am in Vegas! read more

I had a great full body massage with Diamond The spa is really big located on the 6th floor of the Linq hotel- easy to get lost when using the amenities as everything is hidden behind curtains for privacy It is a co ed spa so glad I knew that ahead of time as in the relaxation room there was men in there too You can use the spa amenities before and after your treatment They don't have much but for the price I thought it was great They have a hot tub, steam room and salt cave They offer a lot of products in the women's bathroom like hairbrush, toothbrush, hairdryer , makeup wipes etc all free , it's nice if you shower after as you can get ready for the day Lots of choices of flavored waters, tea and small snacks in the relaxation room This spa is good value for money compared to other very overpriced spas in Vegas Service was excellent from start to finish and 20% gratuity is included so your choice if you want to add extra tip read more

Okay; hear me out. I have never been to the LINQ hotel before but my flight to Vegas kept being delayed so instead of loosing a day at a more expensive hotel we changed our reservations to stay here for one night. The room was okay but what I want to talk about is the hidden treasure that is the SPA. When I tell you this was one of the better spas I've ever booked! It was like walking into a spa in Napa. It was beautiful. Everyone was so nice and my massage was freakin amazing!! We upgraded and received complimentary champagne. We sat in the salt room, relaxed in the steam room, caught up with our lives in the jacuzzi, then showered and dressed to run the city!!! Will forever be on my Vegas to do list!! read more

A break from the everyday grind! Cousins trip! We did the facility experience and really enjoyed our time there. It did start to get crowded, which is something the spa should think about and possibly limit so many within a certain time frame. Some of the showers within the women's room didn't get hot enough water and some of the jets are getting clogged due to the hard water that Nevada has. Not at all the fault of the nail tech, she was friendly and did a nice job, it just didn't feel super luxurious for the amount of money, and they charged a 20% service fee and asked for gratuity. I wanted a massage and relaxing spa experience for my bday and found the Linq spa, and through my research, found that it has some of the most decently priced services on the strip. I also noticed they have daily specials, however wasn't able to take advantage of them this time. The option to do a day pass was also nice so my partner was able to use the amenities while I got a massage. The spa itself is pretty nice, with great amenities in the women's locker room and robes/slippers for you to wander around in. The layout was a little confusing at first since there are 2 sides, one designated 'men's locker room' and the other 'women's locker room', each with a spa, steam room and Himalayan salt room which are all co-ed. Only areas not co-ed are the locker rooms obviously. One of the spas was not working that day so it was turned into a cold plunge, good thinking on their part. While we came on a Wednesday, the spa was actually pretty crowded and sounded like there was a large group, leading to it being louder and less relaxing than expected. However when I got out of my massage it had cleared out. I'd say the area I liked the most was the lounge that had a high-tech water machine with lots of different options (went for berry flavored sparking water with vitamins) as well as their signature tea, water and snacks. The lounge also houses lots of salt lamps and lounge chairs which was a great way to kick back and relax. My 50 minute restoration mind & body massage was excellent and just what I needed. Heather was very friendly, attentive and took my areas of concern seriously and came away feeling refreshed. Came here today for a 50-min deep tissue massage. Heather was my massage therapist and she was incredible. I've been dealing with a seriously stubborn knot in my neck and I've also had to travel for the last two weeks straight - safe to say that hasn't helped at all. Anyway, I was in a ton of pain this AM and so I booked my appointment online and got seen within a half hour. I didn't take any pictures of the Spa at the LINQ but it was really nice in there. In an another review, I gave the Linq 2 stars. But the Spa is amazing and worth checking out. Look out for the weekly deals when booking. I got the "My Way Monday" treatment and got to spend pretty much an hour in treatment. Joey, the men's attendant, is very friendly and knowledgeable about the facility. He gave suggestions and tidbits about what the amenities help with. Dexter, was with me during the treatment and he was fantastic. It was my first massage ever and he explained everything very well and kept me comfortable the entire time. read more

The staff were great, don't get me wrong but this was my first time going to a spa after having my baby and was hoping for a great experience...unfortunately that did not happen. The nail polish products they use are not good and seem cheap. They said I got a complimentary drink such as wine or champagne...oh but it comes in a plastic solo cup. For the money I pad here, I wish I would have just got my mani/pedi at home instead of here. We booked massages in the morning on a weekday (around 10am) and there were not too many patrons inside so early in the day. We were able to get changed into robes and enjoy 20 minutes inside the Salt Cave before being escorted to the massage rooms. My masseuse, Patricia, was really sweet and professional in her communications. She made sure to ask for feedback on the pressure and would give me a heads up whenever she was going to place a hot towel on a certain area. I left feeling super relaxed after the much needed attention to my stiff shoulders. The Spa also has a steam room and jacuzzi which we did not try this time (as we had forgotten to bring our own swim suits). Big shoutout to Joseph for making us feel welcome and giving us a tour of the facility. We had a great time at the Linq Spa and hope to return the next time we visit Las Vegas! read more

This is a very long overdue review from February 2024. My sister had bought me and her a spa day here at the Linq for my birthday. Honestly hands down, the BEST massage/spa experience I've ever had. I was pretty hesitant since it was the first time I ever had a male masseuse and wasn't sure how comfortable I was going to feel. We checked in a little early so we can enjoy the spa amenities. We were given a brief tour of the facilities and everything was clean and modern. The area is shared with both males and females. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to hang out in the salt room as it was packed. I did spend a small time in the steam room and we just stayed in the jacuzzi until it was close to our massage time. There was water and hand towels around the amenities area. The waiting area had snacks, drinks and daybeds while you wait for your masseuse to grab you. My masseuse was suppose to be Jason but Dexter arrived. Honestly Dexter was AMAZING. He was extremely friendly, gentle, and made me felt extremely relaxed. He communicated with me through the process and asked questions I never been asked before such as areas he should avoid or focus. I did mention to him that I had a blister on one of my foot below my toe. I was hesitant when he got to that area but he was SOOO gentle and careful that it was relaxing and never felt any pain. We communicated over his work, travel, my plans/stay, our tattoos. I didn't want the experience to end. He made my fear for male masseuse go away and appreciate that he made me felt comfortable. I'm actually so upset with this place right now. I just left after paying $140 for a manicure and pedicure. It was the first time I've been able to take time for self care in months. After the pedicure sat for a few minutes I was told I was good to go and the nail tech went to slide my sandals on. I asked if we could wait a while longer to make sure they were dry and she said yes, that only my big toe needed to dry more. 5-10 minutes later I go to leave she slides my shoes back on and I walk back over to the Flamingo. I get into my hotel room, take off my sandals and the polish on my pinky toes is gone. I'm very non confrontational and hesitated to even call but it was so expensive so I did. The guy at the front desk was so rude and condescending. He literally asked if I had ever had a pedicure before multiple and belittled me for leaving in a rush (which I did not do). I told him I was told that I was good to go by the tech and he said it's not their responsibility and the only thing they could do is repaint them. People can't always come back, I have plans that have a time on them. I felt so disrespected by him. The nail tech was very nice, but this experience makes this place not worth it. I've never been talked to like that by a front desk staff before. Don't go there. I only gave two stars because the tech was lovely to talk to. read more

Such a relaxing way to spend a hectic week in Sin City. We were staying at the Linq hotel so wanted to take advantage of this to use the day spa. I was more interested in a day spa pass for the salt cave, sauna, and whirlpool- and not for the services (nail, facial, massage etc), so checked out the pricing and one day pass was $35 which was a great deal to me. Even better, with our rewards status, I got 50% off my day pass, which means, yes, I did the day pass 3 times on my 5 day vacation, HA! TGIF massage at The Spa At The Linq this morning was totally relaxing. Carolyn provided just the right amount of pressure in all the tight muscles. Im not usually a talker, but she and I had pleasant experiences in common which added to the enjoyment. The spa desk was a little hard to find; but once checked in, I felt completely confident that this rivals the Ritz Carlton spas I've visited. We wanted the "spa experience " and opted to try here instead of a normal nail salon. I'm not too sure how this is supposed to be "better". There wasn't much of a massage like we are used to. We were told to wait about 25 minutes before putting shoes on. Went back to the room and ended up waiting an hour but turns out that wasn't enough time because the polish was ruined after wearing shoes. There was also a service charge I wasn't informed of until it was time to pay. I feel like they should tell you that on the phone. For the price this is a good spot. I had a really amazing facial that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The facility is really small and there's no sauna. The steam room is nice and there's a jacuzzi and salt room too. I debated lowering a star because of the odd and off putting male attendant who kept interrupting offering cold towels and water. Everywhere I went he kept offering and it was annoying and disruptive. He even at one point announced that he needed to come into the women's locker room and asked if everyone was decent. My friend and I did a couples massage. It came out to $220 each, including gratuity. The massage was 80 minutes and it was AMAZING!!! The spa is worth just hanging out in if you have a day to spend. The shower is fantastic with 3 shower heads, and all the amenities are clean. They provided a hair brush, and even all the hair stylers you can dream of like a curling wand, straightener, etc. I want to mention one lady who worked there, I believe her name is Elba, she made my experience feel extra cared for.
