Okay; hear me out. I have never been to the LINQ hotel before but my flight to Vegas kept being delayed so instead of loosing a day at a more expensive hotel we changed our reservations to stay here for one night. The room was okay but what I want to talk about is the hidden treasure that is the SPA. When I tell you this was one of the better spas I've ever booked! It was like walking into a spa in Napa. It was beautiful. Everyone was so nice and my massage was freakin amazing!! We upgraded and received complimentary champagne. We sat in the salt room, relaxed in the steam room, caught up with our lives in the jacuzzi, then showered and dressed to run the city!!! Will forever be on my Vegas to do list!!

I wanted a massage and relaxing spa experience for my bday and found the Linq spa, and through my research, found that it has some of the most decently priced services on the strip. I also noticed they have daily specials, however wasn't able to take advantage of them this time. The option to do a day pass was also nice so my partner was able to use the amenities while I got a massage. The spa itself is pretty nice, with great amenities in the women's locker room and robes/slippers for you to wander around in. The layout was a little confusing at first since there are 2 sides, one designated 'men's locker room' and the other 'women's locker room', each with a spa, steam room and Himalayan salt room which are all co-ed. Only areas not co-ed are the locker rooms obviously. One of the spas was not working that day so it was turned into a cold plunge, good thinking on their part. While we came on a Wednesday, the spa was actually pretty crowded and sounded like there was a large group, leading to it being louder and less relaxing than expected. However when I got out of my massage it had cleared out. I'd say the area I liked the most was the lounge that had a high-tech water machine with lots of different options (went for berry flavored sparking water with vitamins) as well as their signature tea, water and snacks. The lounge also houses lots of salt lamps and lounge chairs which was a great way to kick back and relax. My 50 minute restoration mind & body massage was excellent and just what I needed. Heather was very friendly, attentive and took my areas of concern seriously and came away feeling refreshed. All of the staff I encountered were super friendly and contributed to a very good experience.

I will NEVER come back here. The staff were great, don't get me wrong but this was my first time going to a spa after having my baby and was hoping for a great experience...unfortunately that did not happen. The nail polish products they use are not good and seem cheap. They said I got a complimentary drink such as wine or champagne...oh but it comes in a plastic solo cup. For the money I pad here, I wish I would have just got my mani/pedi at home instead of here. If you get regular polish, you'll be waiting 5 or more hours throughout the day to have it dry....and the Gel will only last about a week on your nails

We booked massages in the morning on a weekday (around 10am) and there were not too many patrons inside so early in the day. We were able to get changed into robes and enjoy 20 minutes inside the Salt Cave before being escorted to the massage rooms. My masseuse, Patricia, was really sweet and professional in her communications. She made sure to ask for feedback on the pressure and would give me a heads up whenever she was going to place a hot towel on a certain area. I left feeling super relaxed after the much needed attention to my stiff shoulders. The Spa also has a steam room and jacuzzi which we did not try this time (as we had forgotten to bring our own swim suits). Big shoutout to Joseph for making us feel welcome and giving us a tour of the facility. We had a great time at the Linq Spa and hope to return the next time we visit Las Vegas!

This was my first spa experience! Got the 50-min swedish massage and used the other spa facilities like the salt cave and jacuzzi!! Sooo relaxing and the massage was amazing. My body felt great after. I forgot the names of the staff but everyone was so friendly from the moment I got there. Really appreciate how comfortable they made me feel. I recommend coming here if you're visiting Vegas!!

After the session ended, Kim gave our feet a quick rub down and we were on our way again. Can't wait to do it again.

After looking around the area, this location at the Four Seasons popped up (and if I checked in I got a free glass of champagne with any service... uh, yes please?) It says you don't need an appointment, and when I went there was not anyone available right then, but they could see me within the hour. The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. I sat down and instantly was whisked away, my muscles melted and I sank into my chair and was blissfully at peace. It was more than I am used to paying for a gel manicure, (120 after tip) but I'd do it again in a heart beat... and maybe schedule that massage. Oh, and while I was at it, consider booking my hotel room. Beautiful place!

This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.
