I called and was informed to set up an appointment online (Monday). I did so for the following day. The following day (Tuesday) I needed to change the appointment because I hadn't printed out the document I needed notarized. I called and left a message letting them know so, and went back online to change the appointment to the following day (Wednesday). I requested a 10:30am appointment both times. I received no confirmation for either appointment whatsoever, and no call back. Wednesday, no one showed up. I immediately called Paula's 24/7 Mobile Notary Service and they came the same day (today) in the afternoon. I was so shocked at how convenient Arian's services were. I was in a desperate and urgent situation where I had needed a public document notarized but did not know I needed it to be notarized until literally less than 12 hours before it was due.
