I saw a random post for a RS 7.0 xB somewhere online so I contacted this dealership. Please read the photos I provided as proof. To prevent wasting another ones time, I advice potential buyers to talk to another attendant and stay away from J.R.. He is a lazy and improfessional employee. I got off work half day early and drove from Summerlin to test drive and possibly submit a cash offer. But when I got there, J.R. looked all blank that the car was not on the lot and said: "it was here this morning..." continued to mumble "I thought I saw I saw it a couple of days ago." We went inside the office so he can check the inventory on his phone and heconfirmed it was sold sometime ago. He told me just 3 hours prior to driving to the lot that the car was there. He's been there and knew I was coming but didnt bother to gaze on the lot if the car was indeed there. The lot was tiny and it didnt require a quarter of a mile walk to check. He seriously couldve spin in a circle without leaving one spot to see. I have texted him for two days straight but he didnt bother to check inventory when all it takes is some clicks and swipe on his phone. Employees like him makes a small business look really bad. I am from Hawaii and was honestly looking forward on purchasing a vehicle from them and writing a great review to help out a fellow Hawaiian business/owner. Have visited their FB as well. SMH for having J.R. in your payroll. SMH for not training him well.

Recibí un Honda Accord 2012 de aquí el pasado jueves de marzo. Dos días y medio después, el automóvil se apaga en el lago Mead al salir de un estacionamiento. Casi me atropellan los vehículos que vienen en sentido contrario. Me comuniqué con el concesionario, me hicieron bajar el auto ese lunes. Lo recuperé y una semana después el mismo problema. No puede pasar de 15 a 20 mph. 2,5 meses ese coche estuvo parado. Recibo un correo electrónico de ellos indicando que estaban enviando a alguien para hacer un diagnóstico. Viene con un puente de batería, sin máquina y dice todo lo que podría ser y que volverá. Cuando me llaman me dicen que quieren recoger el vehículo para llevarlo a otro de sus talleres. Lo recogen y lo tienen durante aproximadamente una semana. Entro a recoger el coche, funciona bien. Una semana después, el mismo problema. Los llamo de nuevo, esta vez quieren que le pague al mecánico, pero ¿esta vez me hará un trato? CONFIGURAR MUCHO. No lo entiendo. ¿Por qué su mecánico no lo arregló la primera y segunda vez? Ahora me dicen: "Nuestra intención era solucionar el problema con el vehículo que no arranca ni funciona. Es desafortunado que las cosas hayan sucedido de esta manera. Si decide renunciar a sus derechos sobre el vehículo, puede traerlo. Devuélvelo y te reembolsaremos el importe pagado en tu último pago mensual". Si esto no es un montón de tonterías. Definitivamente voy a denunciar sus traseros a BBB, FTC Y a la oficina estatal de protección al consumidor. Y creo que cualquier otra persona iniciará una investigación. Y seguiré informándolos. had one successful purchase here. The 2 star rating is only for the 1st vehicle that i purchased here, a 2006 Chevy Tahoe. I give no stars for the 2nd. They have different staff form 2021. I got a 2012 Honda Accord from here this past March on a Thursday. 2.5 days later, the car dies out on Lake Mead coming out of a parking lot. I almost got slammed by oncoming vehicles. I contacted the dealership, they had me bring the car down that Monday. Got it back and a week later same issue. Can't go over 15-20 mph. 2.5 months that car sat. I get an email from them stating the were sending someone fto do a diagnostic. He comes with a battery jumper, no machine for a diagnostic and lists all the things it could be and that he will be back. When I do get a call, they tell me they want to pickup the vehicle to take it to another one of their shops. They pick it up and have it for about a week. I go in to pick up the car, runs fine. A week later, same issue. I call them again, this time they want me to pay the mechanic, but he will give me a deal this time around? SETUP MUCH. Im not understanding. Why wasn't fixed the 1st & 2nd time by their mechanic's? I have also taken it 2 mechanics of my own, who suggested a rebuilt motor or to retun due to it being shit. They wouldnt even take my money! Now I'm being told, "Our intention was to work out the issue with the vehicle not starting and not running. It's unfortunate that things have gone on this way. If you choose to relinquish your rights to the vehicle, you can bring it back and we will refund you the amount paid for your latest monthly payment." If this aint a bunch of BS. Im definitely reporting their asses to the BBB, FTC AND State consumer protection office. And anyone else i think will start an investigation. And ill keep reporting them.

After purchasing my 2019 Cadillac CTS, my initial experience with sales was excellent. However, my experience since bringing the vehicle in for service has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication and delays. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment on May 23 and waited about 45 minutes before being helped. I also requested a loaner vehicle but was initially denied and told I would receive a call back from management, which I never received. Over the following week, I made multiple attempts to get updates with little to no response. Eventually, I was informed my vehicle had been transferred to another service location, where it still had not been fully diagnosed days later. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent, and I have been without my vehicle for over a week with no clear timeline for repair or resolution. In addition, I have not received important paperwork needed to register my vehicle, despite multiple follow-ups, and I am still waiting on resolution regarding financing details provided at the time of purchase. Overall, the lack of communication, delays in service, and lack of accountability have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers do not go through the same situation.
