Without making this review too long, Jodi the manager came over, sat down and gave me real, honest numbers without all the nonsense most dealers do. Her presence is strong and she knows the business. It was late and they were closing so I left and came back 2 days later (my next day off) and she remembered the exact deal and once again, sat down, talked to me and gave me a bare bottom price that ended up being better than I expected. 20 minutes later I signed paperwork, got my new VW and I couldn't be happier. Dropped my car off 2 days before I left the country. Told him to call or text anytime. He called me 3 days into my trip to let me know they're waiting for the warranty company to approve my claim. This went on for days of him saying they were waiting for the claim to be approved. Back and forth nearly everyday in my trip, it was never done. I got back to town and it was never done, my car was never worked on. I gave him a deadline of when I needed my car, I had something very important 2 days after getting back. My car was never worked on until the day before. They worked on it until the day I needed my car back and took forever to get my uber sent to me to go pick it up. I was late to where I needed to be that was extremely important. They're so incompetent. This whole time I never complained, never got upset, told them they needed to get it done. I should've raised hell. And the guy Andy Lammers is extremely condescending. I've dealt with him 3 separate times and they were all negative experiences. Throughout it all, Julia was exceptional. I also want to praise others , technicians etc who were involved in obtaining the authorization for the repairs. She stayed on top of the warranty company, made numerous calls, challenged information that did not make sense, kept me informed, and most importantly, advocated for me as her customer. There were times when I was ready to give up out of sheer frustration, but Julia continued working on my behalf until the repair was finally authorized. What impressed me most was that Julia genuinely cared about what I was going through. She was professional, responsive, compassionate and persistent. I never felt like I was simply another repair order on her desk. BMW of Henderson is very fortunate to have someone like Julia representing its service department. The conversation became uncomfortable enough that the manager later apologized for coming across as though he was trying to influence or manipulate my decision-making. What was especially frustrating was being accused of relying on ChatGPT for my knowledge and questions about my vehicle, rather than recognizing that customers can have their own experience and understanding of dealership sales tactics and service practices. I expect transparency, accurate time estimates, and respectful communication when bringing my vehicle in for service. Unfortunately, my experiences here have not reflected that standard.

I live in Southern California, and when my car developed a problem, I could have taken it to any number of shops near me. Instead, I drove it to Henderson specifically because I wanted Imperial to diagnose and repair it. They found the problem quickly and handled everything with my extended warranty company for me. I didn't have to spend time making calls or dealing with the warranty process. They took care of everything, and all I had to do was pay my deductible. Later, another unrelated issue came up, and once again they took care of it quickly. Most recently, I had a minor issue with the car, and they fixed it as a courtesy without charging me. That kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back. They've consistently been professional, helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I trust Imperial Auto and Truck Service Center enough that I plan to bring all of our vehicles here going forward, including my cars from Southern California. If I'm willing to drive that far to have a shop work on my car, that says a lot about how much confidence I have in them.

Joe was in disbelief, and he immediately had me pull my car into the work station. He discovered that my car had too much oil, and he was concerned that I would damage my car if I drove home. He and his assistant removed the excess oil from my engine, and he even taught me how to determine how to remove the proper amount of oil. Hopefully no one will ever overfill my car again, but I now know how to remedy the situation in the future. Joe was patient with me, and genuinely disturbed that someone had put so much oil in my car that it could damage my engine. I'm planning to get the decarbonization treatment for my engine in the near future.
