do not buy here. i purchased a 2016 ford edge with under 70k miles on it april of 2022 for 25k. took a road trip after a week and car broke down with myself and kids we were stuck for days had to have car towed the rest of the way way and ultimately need a 3k fixed that the warranty company covered still resulting in me not having car for a month. the owner offered me 300 and to sign a contract to basically not call him anymore about car which i declined. i got the car back and still ran shakey. i have recorded calls from owner admitting he has 100k dollar lamborghini that check engine light came on already and needs engine however he still posted the car for sell leading me to feel that the cars are disconnected from battery to rid the check engine light becuase mine came on immediately as i got on the road. however within 6 months the entire engine is blown while car hasnt even been driven 3k miles and wouldnt of required a oil change this soon and claim was denied by warranty to cover due to maintenance of vehicle because there is sludge built up in the engine now im required to pay 8k out of pocket to fix an engine on a care ive had 7 months driven less than 3k miles and that had less than 70k miles on it. all they care about is your money all the bbb complaints are the same they sell vehicles that are rigged to not luminate the check engine light. then they will refer you to justin who looks for ways to place blame on you or the service department that did any previous work. i have many recordings of the owner they try and have you give positive reviews before u leave the lot but wait because record of lots of reviews have the same results with the bad engines they have. beware!!!!!!! read more

An overall good experience with this company until the point of collecting the car. The car itself is beautiful and a great value for money. The service during the purchase was good of which I can't complain. When I went to collect the vehicle a few days later, I observed that the mats which were in the car during viewing were no longer there. Upon inquiring about this, the owner was adamant that the car never had any mats. After a little back and forth he insinuated that I was accusing him of stealing the mats ( which i never said). His attitude at that point was very unprofessional to the point where he walked off, which was a very disappointing end to my car purchase. The three star rating is only a reflection of ther owner's attitude in the end and nothing else. I looked up a car for pricing using TrueCar. When I went to purchase the vehicle, they added hidden fees not disclosed on their TrueCar price. Moving the car from a decent value to over priced. They tried to add a dealer fee as a surface protection product. When pushed on what was being purchased it became clear it was dealer additional profit. Given the last minute surprise add-on of ~$500 I was concerned what else may be hidden in this transaction. read more

I had the pleasure in buying my BMW from this dealership. All the staff were very friendly, responsive, and patient with me. AJ has a wealth of knowledge and he was not bothered with my stupid questions. I was not pressured to buy anything and they layout the contract and purchase very clearly. Unfortunately we had a poor experience with this shady family owned business. I tried to get my wife a clean and safe jeep later to find out this vehicle should have been salvaged from an accident. When I took it to the jeep dealership after purchasing they told me it had substantial damage and suggested I return it to the dealer I bought it from. The repairs that were done were done improperly and lied about. I contacted the selling dealer prior to my 48 hour cancellation time and the lies began. They claimed that I did the damage and repairs and they kept my $500 restocking fee. I would heavily inspect a car if you go here and not trust thier word or carfax. They are a shady wholesaler that pushes junk onto poor customers. They were not easy to work with. read more

We recently bought a car through Ariana Motors. We love our car, and there is nothing wrong with it. We got a wonderful car, for an amazing price! It fits our family perfectly! What is wrong is that we were told that there was a $700 lender's fee. When the bank called to start the process of my loan, I told them what we did as the down payment, and mentioned the $700 lender's fee. About two hours after I told the bank about the lender's fee, I got a call from Ariana Motor's telling me to call the bank back and tell them the $700 was for "a part that was needed to get the car in condition to take home." I am an inexperienced car buyer, so I wasn't sure what was going on. When we mentioned it to my father in law, he said that the lender's fee shouldn't be more than $250. I decided to go through my paperwork and see what I had about the lender's fee. But there was nothing in the paperwork they gave me. My wife posted a review, as I was calling Ariana Motors to get the paperwork. They attacked her. They told her that she had no clue what she was talking about, and that she wasn't even around for the sale. Which they were wrong, she was. She was the one who realized we didn't have all of the correct paperwork. Ariana Motors called me, not about the voicemail I left them, but to talk about my wife's review. We didn't care about the "fair price of the car" or anything. We just wanted our paperwork. I called them on a Monday, and we waited for them to send it to us, until Friday. I then emailed them, telling them that if we did not get the paperwork, that we would be going to the Business of Automotive Repair, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. We just wanted our paperwork. They responded to my email saying that we were threatening them. When I picked up the paperwork, our $700 wasn't used as a lender's fee, the paperwork states that it went towards our down payment. Now I am having to go back through the bank and make sure that everything was recorded correctly. Honestly, the car is amazing. The customer service afterwards though... They are a nightmare to try to get a hold of. read more

First impressions of the place was that it was so clean. The lot also made a really good first impression because of all the gorgeous high-end cars parked there. Hello I am writing this review because AJ and Beheshta of Ariana Motors. In the time of mediocre dealerships and sellers that just want to scam you, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I have not run into two people that care more about what you buy (and if the car is good) than these two. In a time of crooked people there is still an honest used car dealer. Yes I am serious. Everything at their store is nice from the time you walk in until you leave. And do they have nice cars! Oh yes they do. I think AJ loves good cars and it shows on what he has for sale. I don't think I saw one bad car.
