Took my Miata in due to a recall. What I liked was that the mileage was recorded for peace of mind. In the past, I have had my car worked on at a different shop, and I knew it had been driven at some point while it was there. I also liked that a rental was provided because the work being done on the car was going to take a bit longer than anticipated. I didn't have to wait long for the rental. The car was finished within a day, and I liked that they sent me a video walk around of the car. They made sure they were careful with the car's PPF that was installed. We purchased a used car from this place and 13 days later the catalytic converter went out. They told us many stories. Initially I was told they would cover the cost then my advisor went on vacation and I was called and told they wouldn't cover the repair. After many conversations with multiple people I finally got to Oscar he too refused to cover the cost of the repair and told me it was up to their discretion to purchase the vehicle back and they weren't going to buy it back from me. He got on the phone obviously upset that I wasn't happy about them selling me a car that needed 5k in repairs. He said maam you bought a used car with 90 thousand miles he repeated it several times. He made it seem as if it was my fault that they are selling faulty vehicles. He also said there was another instance where someone purchased a car and the engine blew up on the way home. He bought that car back but refused mine. He was telling me how great his employees did and when I tried to speak he said wait a minute and listen. He was condescending, rude, and not helpful at all. My initial quote for repairs was $4669 ish they called me and said they had a deal it would come out to $4418 and that the initial quote didn't have taxes. If you are considering purchasing a used car here DONT!!!!! To me they are scam artists that pick and choose who they want to help. Selling cars that need repairs in 13 days is diabolical. The lack of compassion from Oscar is horrible. He told me that he is running a business and that was his stance. They were very accommodating when I was purchasing the vehicle then they turned into business people and refused to help. I have since found out they are not BBB accredited. Hope this helps I would not purchase a car here . The warranty they give is 1000k miles or 3 months powertrain only. If your car breaks in the first month it's not covered. Typically people drive more than 1000 miles a month so the warranty is useless just another sales gimmick. Once you peel back the layers they do a lot of shady stuff. You just have to pay closer attention Any other company I purchased a car for and if issues arose in 30 days they covered them from Mossy Nissan to Volvo. I guess Mazda dealers just don't care unless you purchase a new Mazda from them. Update 7/26/25 my son took the vehicle to a repair shop for unrelated issues and they said the oil drip pan is fully saturated with oil so it's something that had to be an ongoing problem and should've been detected by the dealership and he advised us to take the car back to the dealership and have them repair it. At first the over all experience was good. I got a used Chevy bolt in April. They pushed the extended warranty. I said no a few times. They said if I change my mind I can cancel and get a refund. I changed my mind less then 2 months later. Only made a n payment so far. They charged me $270 to cancel. It's a extended warranty, I'm still on the basic, came with the car warranty, $25 to cancel. What a joke. Will not go back for the $270 there loss not mine. I'm In the market for another can. Will not go back. $400 payment and that means I paid for some of the warranty I did not use. This review is for Steve S. in sales. I can't review the entire establishment as that would not be fair as I only worked with him. Was very forward with Steven as for what I was looking to buy, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Was very forward with intent to buy, no need for protections / financing / trade etc etc. Steven communicated beyond well, informed me on their exact inventory / conditions etc and sent pictures outside of the online listing. He evaluated the car and condition spot on in his fair and accurate assessment. Drove out from LA to look at the vehicle, it was exactly as he described. Came back a week later (they were waiting on parts) and it was absolutely seamless. No pressure, no scummy sales tactics. No bull. Steven was great to deal with, and actually returned my calls and too wanted to sell a car. I tried other dealerships and actually other sales associates at Hello and didn't get word back I felt like I was trying to track sales people down and follow up with them. However when I got transferred to Steven, he knew I was a serious buyer and treated me as such. About 20 mins of paperwork when I checked out the car, and 40 mins of paperwork and ACH checks etc etc when I came back to pick it up. Not many places can you wheel and deal in under an hour total, but Steven made it happen. This guy should be promoted and given a raise, he is an absolute asset to Hello Mazda group. This is such an amazing dealership. I was looking at buying my first car and was just looking at a car to get a picture and to make sure it was the exact car I wanted to get a couple months down the line, I pulled to the dealership and Danny immediately came outside and made me and my family feel welcome. He helped me from the second we got in the lot to the second the pull d the car off the lot months later. He never pushed me, he knew this car was my dream and my motivation so he took a picture of me in it and told me to look at it everyday, I did and a couple weeks later I texted Danny and said I wanted to next one off the lot. I came in thinking I was going to buy the car but Oscar the general manager asked me first if he was allowed to talk to me instead of just immediately talking to me which made me feel comfortable as I'm 19 and went to the dealership the day of alone so I was anxious but Oscar sat me down and talked to me and helped me realize that their was better options and he helped me with Mazdas first time buyer program and got me a insane deal. Intrigued yet cautious, I verified the new price with the sales representative, who confirmed its validity. Confident, I requested paperwork for purchase, anticipating collection later in the week. However, upon receiving the contract, the price reflected was $24,995, not the agreed-upon $20,995. To my dismay, I was informed that the $20,995 price was contingent on a $4,000 Pre-Owned EV Rebate, conveniently omitted until the contract stage. Despite their assertion that this information was disclosed in the iPacket's disclaimer, scrutiny revealed no such mention. Additionally, the provided a disclaimer referencing a different vehicle altogether, highlighting further deception. Throughout the process, pertinent details such as the rebate disclaimer were deliberately withheld, despite ample opportunities for disclosure. In addition, they buried the $4k into my finance contract as a manufacturer's rebate that I would have had to pay out of pocket like a down payment and would never have be reimbursed. They knew I would not have qualified for the rebate and did not disclose at any time. Buyer's stay educated and beware. Consequently, I endured wasted time, subjected my credit score to unnecessary scrutiny (lost 4 points), and left empty-handed. read more

Talked everyday, even asked if the car was still available because it wasn't on Auto-trader anymore. Was told it was. All I needed to do was sign. Hello Mazda of Temecula has the best service department I have ever used. They are nice, knowledgeable, and I love how thoughtful they can be when you're frustrated with your car. Jason has gone above and beyond to help me with my new car. My Mazda Cx-30 has been great, I've been getting 32 mpg, which is better than I expected. Besides oil changes, I've been in for a few things that just weren't working right. Jason has given me courtesy vehicles while those things have been getting fixed. Since I live far from town, and it's been so much easier to leave my car there and not have to wait. It's never too long of a wait for an oil change though and there is coffee, snacks, and tv, to make the wait more pleasant. So I give high praise and much thanks for treating me like I'm special and that little old me...matters! read more

Unique experience, and I've owned a LOT of cars, and I am a "Car Guy." I'm also a guy who's been a branding specialist for a couple of decades, so I couldn't stop laughing at the name of the dealership... "Hello Mazda...?" OMG. ANYWAY... I told them on the phone when I made the appointment that I needed to have a few issues diagnosed on a car we have. Easy. Scheduled. Done. I showed up and all of a sudden "diagnosing" any "issue" was going to cost "$209" to determine the issue ($209 for each "area" of the car... Brakes? $209. Alarm issue? $209... etc. But then, we'd ALSO have to pay for the issue to be resolved. I have NEVER seen this practice before in my life. Remarkable. So either it's just good old-fashioned greed, or they don't WANT to do diagnostic work. Either way, we won't ever be back, and I'm leaving this review to ensure others know their practices. Here's something funny that I have to share... they have a sign in their service lane as most dealers do, that tells you to remain in your car and a service rep will be out to help you shortly. So after I sat in my car for 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged, or looked my way, I walked inside only to hear some guy talking about where he was going to go to lunch. Bought a CX-30 here back in July and waited this long to review on purpose for a couple of reasons. One to see how I felt about the car. It was kinda an impulse buy. As I traded in a 2 door low to the ground bad for my back coupe for it. I didn't really want to but it fit with my financial needs and came with the luxuries I wanted. After 6 months of owning it I have to say I absolutely love the car. It's pretty amazing. I got a red one with white interior and it was practically loaded. Bose system, heads up display. The works. As far as the sale went I can't complain. I'm 50 years old and it's literally like the 12th time or so give or take I've made a car purchase and I have had way worse but I've only had a couple better. One of the reasons I waited be as in the internet ad they offered a first oil change for free. When I pointed it out in the sale transaction they didn't seem happy they would have to honor it but they wrote it in on the due bill. Happy to say they did honor it and the service department was wonderful. Way better than any of the local Chevy places I was dealing with. Speaking of which I traded in a 2022 Camaro which like I said was not good for bad back. I was very happy with the trade in amount they gave me which was actually slightly above blue book. It was two years old and only had 12k miles with some extras on it though. But they did me right on it. Gave me more the. What I was expecting so I didn't have to argue or finagle with them. The sales girl was sweet. She was new and didn't seem to know much about my cx-30 but liked her job and was still there 5 mos later when I got my first oil change. I had an appointment 5/2/23 at 11:00 am for an oil change. Unfortunately in the late night prior, while driving, something hit my windshield and chipped/cracked driver's side. So when I showed up for my appointment, I explained to Jason, one of the service representatives my situation with the windshield. He gave me a quote to replace it, and informed me all my car service needs would be done today. I didn't expect to get my car back until late evening, SURPRISINGLY he said everything would be done around 3pm. My car was finished and wash by 2:30 pm. Needed touch up paint for our Mazda. All the parts department had were pens, nothing with a brush, and with an approximate cost of $35. I wanted a brush, so I was then told I could go to Vista Paint for automobile paint. That sounded quite ridiculous to me, so I went ahead and called Vista while I was still at the Mazda dealer. Vista said "Absolutely not." Sooo...did the parts guy at Mazda lie to me? Or do they just not know what Vista actually provides? Just very tacky customer service in my opinion, and frankly, Mazda's touch up paint is overpriced. For example, I can get touch up paint for my Lexus, with both a pen and brush attachment, for only $20 from my Lexus dealer; for a luxury car. LOL I don't recommend this Mazda dealer, at least not for parts. read more

Well, just left the mitsubishi dealership in Murrieta after getting ready to buy a car from them but because of the $5,000 in upgrades they wouldn't take off, I walked out. Alexia was our sales girl and finance specialist and what a joy to work with. They had no added upgrades on the sticker and the price was what it was. Her boss came out and really pushed a warranty, gap insurance and a maintenance package that I declined 3 times which he finally got the point. Overall though, very happy with our purchase. Just wish these dealerships would take no for an answer when you tell them your not interested in their markup programs. I shouldn't have to repeat myself 3 times to an adult. I've never received this kind of outstanding customer service from any car dealership before. I can't begin to tell you how welcome I felt thanks to the employees who were part of my journey. I came in with the intention of simply just going on a test drive and discussing my options for trading in my current vehicle, not knowing that I would be driving off with a new vehicle that same day. I absolutely fell in love with the CX-5 2020 Touring. I had a Mazda CX-5 2014 and the 2020 Touring is such a BIG UPGRADE, so I feel spoiled. Having the luxury of CarPlay makes things a lot easier for me, it was one of the features I was eyeballing and wanted to make sure I got. Everything else about the CX-5 2020 Touring is magnificent. Now back to the customer service part of the story. Chris Molina helped me from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. He even discussed details with my advisor on the phone. Being a millennial who has never gone to a car dealership by herself, there were a few things I needed assistance with, hence why I made a few phone calls. Chris was extremely patient, kind, open minded and willing to make me a good deal and ensure I walked away feeling happy. He spent hours figuring out the best plan for me, answering any questions I had, and thoroughly going over the paperwork in a way that made it easy for me to understand. In the end, I walked (mostly drove) away feeling like I just won a million bucks. Chris will do everything in his power to make sure you're happy and fulfilled with knowledge about your new car. He was fun to chat with, and forming a bond with a sales consultant honestly helps takes a lot of the stress away. Jacob, Jenevieve, Jamie and Son were also very helpful and nice to chat with during the whole ordeal. Their patience and willingness to work with me and explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand was greatly appreciated. The buying process was completely stress free didn't seem to care what options we wanted or didn't want. No games or dealer mark ups. My only knock is parts are way overpriced and why I am giving 4 starts. $37.00 for a paint pen when you can get them online for &15? Sadly, picked up a scratch on the front bumper. Almost $1000.00 for a home link mirror and installation? Again, can buy the mirror on Mazda parts for half. I get you need to make money, but double the mark up on parts is a tad excessive and you should be able to do better in this area. Service related costs are typical for Temecula. Intend to do all my services here but the parts department makes it hard to purchase direct from the dealer. read more
