However, color options were limited at the time - gray and canvas (oatmeal). I tried them on and purchased the Small size as I found the fit a bit larger on my frame. The cashmere crew was comfy and I wore a base layer underneath (cotton long sleeve tee) . I was pleased to grab the second sweater (canvas) on sale. Overall solid shopping experience and good value considering other cashmere brands are on the higher price points. It's nice to own various cashmere pieces from good value buys to high end luxury. Personally, Everlane sweaters are priced just right for those on the fence, you won't be disappointed.

No cats (yet) but they had all the letters, longhorns, hearts, etc. I got bats on each, courtesy Kennedy, the "brand manager". Bats. Boots. Battlestar Galactica. By the way, the drink they handed me told me, "Nice handmade boots- I like the lemonwood pegging" and I thanked it. And then the drink said, "Those have tri-layer insoles, you have good taste," and I was like, "Thanks again". And later my drink said, "Of all the soft premium leathers, I think goat suits you best- you look great" and it freaked me out so I asked why my drink keeps saying all these nice things, and they told me the drinks are complimentary.

I didn't even know there was a store here in Austin. But I also didn't know how old of a boot store Lucchese is; and actually much older than some of the other traditional boot brands. So any company that has making quality products for over a century, well, it has to be quality! It's a small store and I even walked past the entrance as it's a bit unpretentious from the outside, especially when compared to some other nearby boot stores. When you walk in, right away you can see the quality. The colors, the richness of the leather... it all just screams craftsmanship. If you are looking for "work" boots, this is not really the place to come. But instead of rows and rows of boots of varying quality, here you have a nice showcase of nothing but the best possible boots you can ever own. Unlike some stores, they don't pounce on you when you come in the door. They are good at just standing back and letting you look around and when you are ready, there are plenty of sales representatives around to help. I pretty much knew what I wanted and the salesperson, Gabe, showed me a few examples of the Ostrich skin boot I was looking for. It was nice there were a few different styles and colors to choose from. Gabe brought me a few pairs to try on in my size and when you first put them on, it's like putting on a pair of boots you have had for several years. The fit was incredible. Not too tight or too snug but not loose. I walked around with the one boot and was convinced this was the right size. When I put on the other boot, I knew there was no way I was going to leave that store without them. The color was a light brown/tannish color which is nice enough to wear for something more professional, but light enough of a color to just wear with a pair of jeans to anything. Gabe was extremely helpful. No pressure and just made the whole experience perfect. Yes, they are on the high end pricewise, but on the other hand, you are going to have these the rest of your life so think of it that way. And boots like this are never going to go out of style. Great experience and there is no question I am going to be back for another pair once I figure out which type of boot I want next.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile. I had to return some items. I found the salesman to be wonderfully personable, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me. He made recommendations and knew the clothing well. The store was less than full and I found shopping more desirable as I could take my time. Overall, my experience was positive.

With their style has changed quite a bit I was not real pleased with the selection I saw at the store today I was very interested and buying one pair of nice Jeans that were stretched kind of like a yoga pants. Couldn't find anybody to help me look for my size cause it was like a plethora of clothing all stacked up. I didn't want to ruin their display. Sometimes you can find some really good deals in clearance sales. There was hardly no one in the store to assist you you have to look around so I kind of fumbled around the table. And I couldn't find my size they were either large medium and that was it. The displays are very nicely done it's one thing I could say that was a plus. It was clean and orderly I would say that. But as far as purchasing something here good luck! After going through all the tables trying to look for my sizes I decided to walk out. So the only people that are working are the people that are ringing you up on the register. Sorry to say I wanted to give a 5 stars today but that didn't happen did it. Michelle Obama elevated J.Crew as it was one of her "go to" stores. In addition, she and her girls wore J.Crew coats at Barak Obama's inauguration. Quite honestly, until the blogs and social media began highlighting J.Crew it was not on my radar. J.Crew offers in-store pickup for online orders and occasional promotions for Passport members and credit card holders. For example, you could receive an 10%-30% discount for being a cardholder. J.Crew was having a moderate sale. This was another store strike out for me. However, I always enjoy seeing what they have to offer and what is on trend.

Chiké greeted us warmly when we arrived and helped us for over an hour. He usually is at the Dallas Knox Henderson store, and next time we're near there we will stop in because he helped us immensely. There are so many types of fabrics, fits, and colors that it can be overwhelming but Chiké helped my partner with finding the best cut of shirts and pants for her body type. He even helped us put an outfit together with our description of what she already has at home. We were there for a while trying all the things and he would was there every step, chatting with me while I waited and fitting her outfits. And not like "ok I'll grab another size" - but like knew by looking at whatever she had on what to adjust. "Ok so we're gonna need xx" X xx" in short, classic cut... be right back." When we walked in he guessed her pant size exactly so we had a starting point to try different cuts. He got everything ordered and had it express shipped so she would have it in time for her event. I could go on and on because it truly was a great and rare experience. We like the quality of the clothes but will now to return to the brick and mortar for the helpful experience. I bought a shirt from Gomez in Round Rock. It was my first purchase there and most likely my last…read more There are plenty of other stores around that sell western wear Boot Barn, Cavenders, Furia, Tecovas, and Ugarte. I thought I'd try Gomez Western Wear to give a new business a try. The selection inside Gomez was nice and service was friendly. I also saw a group of kids buying shirts for a quincenera. Then, I found a common black button up shirt my dad had liked via our FaceTime conversation (he lives in a different state). I thought I'd get him a new black shirt for Father's Day and because he only dresses up on special occasions (therefore has a limited selection). I ended up sending him the shirt via USPS in a big package around July because I sent it along with some other goodies for 4th of July. Fast forward to August 3rd he wore it to a dress up wedding. At the wedding the buttons started to pop off. That is so embarrassing for not only my dad but also me. I cannot believe something like that happened. My dad is a timid person typically this made it worse. He left the event due to the shirt falling apart and being utterly embarrassed. I've looked the website and understand the unfortunate return policy. Now I know where not to shop. I just hope you all start selling better quality products or offer better return policies in the future because of that I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
