I got them to agree to it again and they sent me a contract, which did not have the agreed upon price. I had them re-send it and after the correct one was signed, I emailed to let them know what the pick up and drop off points were. The day before the event I got a call that their office did not have my signed contract, even though I had a receipt sent by them for it, and they did not have my pick up and drop off points, even though it was emailed to them. After everything was sorted, the bus was late to arrive day of and never called me but wound up calling my back up number fifteen minutes later. Then the driver told me that I had to pay the remainder (480) in cash right there, which was never communicated to me. I thought they would charge the card they had on file which was used for the deposit. They were lucky we were going to a pricey event so cash had been collected from everyone, otherwise I would have had to go to a bank to get that much in cash. The driver then wound up missing our drop off point and we had to pull it up on GPS and direct him to it. Would never use this company again. Sure they price matched, but the discount was not worth it.

Here's why: -First, they were able to accommodate a very last-minute request for our group (I literally called at 1 pm on a Friday and needed to be picked up at 9 that night), and Allen (the owner) had us set up with a great bus within minutes. On top of that, the price they gave us was phenomenal! -Second, and this was something I really appreciated, was the amount of communication that took place before the job. About two hours after I booked, the driver called me to confirm all the details for the night, and told me I could call him anytime that day if we needed anything for the bus. He also called me a half hour before arrival and arrived EXACTLY when he said he would, which was awesome. To top things off, he even stopped at a store beforehand and stocked the bus with ice for our drinks...nice touch. -Upon arrival, we were all blown away with how nice the bus was. It was a 24 passenger and had an incredible sound system, touch-screen DVD player, wet bars, lighting and plasma TVs. The bus was absolutely spotless too. And, before we left, the driver came back and showed us how to use the stereo and everything else. -Throughout the drive (we cruised around the city for a few hours), the driver took us on excellent routes and handled the bus flawlessly. Everyone's ride was very comfortable. And any request we had, he accommodated. A true professional. Overall, I give LimosAliive an A++. While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Nothing like the laser light show in the photos that's on the website. I wish I had taken photos of the empty dirty bar areas, with no ice that was also supposed to be provided.

We scheduled a party bus for my sister in law's wedding with a party of 14 people. We fit comfortably in the bus with room for a few more. The bus arrived at all of the locations at the scheduled time and got us to our destination. The bus driver was flexible and very easy to work with and was able to make last minute accommodations that weren't part of the original itinerary that was submitted. The bus itself was your standard party bus, with a pole in the middle, a cooler in between the seats to house your liquor (not included in the price), and a radio that operated via USB cord or Bluetooth to play whatever hits that your heart desired. Vamp Life also had very reasonable rates compared to others out there. I definitely recommend them to anyone out there in search of getting their party hooked up with a set of wheels.

Vamp was the first and only one that contacted me within an hour to get more details. They were so quick and so easy to negotiate with that I had no idea other vendors had contacted me. Very clean, and had very nice! It had a cooler, a pole and the ability to play your own music. We got a one eay hour ride and it was worth it.
