I…read moreactually didn't know who I was communicating with because it was never signed but my emails were always answered and my planner was able to get a point person for day-of communication. As an aside, renting a trolley for any other occasion than a wedding is SO much cheaper but because it's a wedding, it's automatically 3x the cost, which is kind of insane but we got pretty consistent quotes from a lot of different companies and trusted Second City the most based on our reviews. For our wedding day, the trolley was air conditioned (big concern of ours) and big and spacious, as discussed, to house our crew appropriately. The trolley did arrive early / on time but where we took off some stars were that 1) we left the hotel a little later than planned and our photo timeline was tight so we had some panic when immediately upon leaving, our driver took the wrong turn which added 10-15mins to our travel time to our first stop bc of all the downtown traffic and one way streets, 2) he jumped several curbs - when we stopped at our third stop for bar pics and when we got close to the venue and 3) when we got to the venue and circled a bit before it was decided that the streets were too narrow to get through so he'd have to drop us on Clark so we can walk everything in. I feel like drivers should be aware of the stops and already have routes and exits in mind and I felt like both my planner and photographer were having to direct him. Other than that, think good service leading up to our wedding day but it really depends on who your assigned driver is and how prepared they are.

That was definitely the way to go! I appreciated the ease of contact before the wedding day and that David, our driver, arrived right on time the day-of. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was well-dressed and the limo was perfectly clean and well stocked with drinks. My photographer was actually the most impressed since he sees limos constantly when working weddings. He said he's seen many that are dirty, or smell like smoke. David drove well, knew his way around downtown, and had an umbrella over me the moment it started to drizzle. Fabulous service. While the vehicle driven by the owner for our pictures was great, service was perfect, etc., our shuttle service could not have gone worse. The shuttle only operated for about 2.5 of the 4 hours we paid for it to operate. The hours it neglected to service our guests were the hour before our ceremony started and the last pickup of the night after our reception - so the most popular times to need a shuttle (duh). The shuttle was supposed to operate until 6:15, but guests waiting as early as 5:30 were left waiting for a shuttle that never came. When my coordinator called the driver and owner to ask where they were, the calls were not answered and then eventually they told us no shuttle was coming and to tell the 20 people waiting to jump in cabs. Mind you at the point of us calling, our ceremony hadn't started 25 minutes after it should have, as very important guests like my husbands parents were among those waiting. The guests found their way over and all paid for cabs out of pocket, mother of the groom arrived crying to walk her son down the aisle, and everything ran 30-35 minutes behind schedule as a result. Food sat for 30 minutes before we were ready and seated, we had 30 minutes less on the dance floor, 30 minutes less of the other services we booked like the photobooth... you get it, it was a big hiccup. Service at the end of the night was also incomplete - did two one mile trips and went home for the night before our time we paid for, wouldn't answer his phone! Thanks for nothing! For sake of completion I will note that I tried to resolve this with the owner before leaving a bad review, and be reimbursed for what I felt was a fair portion of the $800 we paid for this portion of the services. The owner took no responsibility and told me there were more expensive jobs they could have booked and I should just be happy they showed up at all :) I was refunded a small amount but it was not at all a fair amount given the situation. I'd look elsewhere!

Shortly after, I also discovered tire sidewall damage and required a tire replacement and alignment, costing me over $420 out of pocket, with additional wheel repair still needed. I documented the condition immediately and provided photos and receipts. Despite this, the company denied responsibility and refused to provide insurance information or properly investigate the situation. The valet attendant was also unprofessional and dismissive when I brought the issue up, and I was given inconsistent information about escalation and management involvement. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before and after using this service. However I will be filing a court case to recover cost of damage' for them to not get away with this, most importantly to be held accountable.
