Our guests all had a blast with the photobooth and everything was worry free from start to finish! While we also had a photographer, having the booth set up was great as it allowed people a chance to loosen up and take some fun photos over the course of the night as the mood struck. And the booth popped doubles of the photos so our guests got to take home a strip, but we also got to keep a strip to help commemorate all the fun little moments that were happening over the course of the night. After the event, Tony also emailed us a link to a digital drop box where we could all access digital copies of all the photos. With the benefit of hindsight I can definitely say that getting a photo booth was a great decision and going with Long Beach Photo Booth was an even better one!

Great customer service. He was responsive, clear, and friendly. We were even able to customize a package for us to do all digital prints only. The price felt reasonable, and when it started sprinkling on our wedding day, they were great about moving the booth inside at the last minute. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, the photo booth attendant struggled a bit with managing larger groups. Their policy says unlimited prints, but not everyone got a copy of the group photos since the attendant didn't always ask how many prints were needed. A few of my friends ended up without photos they were in. After the wedding, I reached out to Hidden Gem hoping to get a couple of extra copies to send with thank-you cards, but I haven't heard back despite following up. I really hate to do this to a small business, but if posting this review is the only way to get my extra photos then so be it. You may see the attached email communications, I tried to be patient and check in at appropriate intervals.
