She made it seem like a "package" deal. So I paid. My second appointment was canceled by the owner and I think I missed the rescheduled appointment due to a death in the family. I tried to contact the owner about the remaining appointments or at least get some of my money back but got NO response. Dealing with my son's death just made it difficult to follow through but honestly it should NOT be that difficult to reach a business! I finally gave up! She is so detailed and a perfectionist and when combined that with her talent, her work is exceptional! I have more natural looking brows (my choice) and I get compliments on them, all of the time! My only regret is not getting them done sooner by her. Besides her exceptional work, she is also very honest. Before I left, I asked about booking a different procedure. She could have easily made the appointment which would have cost me several hundred dollars but instead told me that I didn't need it.
