I've driven past Aristocrat Roasters several times and never realized it was a coffee shop until I started noticing people walking away with coffee! Once I finally stopped in, I was glad I did. It's a cute little spot that's perfect when you want to quickly grab some Java and a pastry. I had the apple croissant, and it was warmed up perfectly and filled with a nice amount of apples. The prices seemed pretty average, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was also convenient, with several parking ramps across the street and additional parking around the area. One interesting thing I noticed is that there's another restaurant/business located inside, but you wouldn't really know it from the outside since the coffee shop is what's prominently advertised. I'm still not sure what type of restaurant it is or what the name is, so that was a little mysterious Overall, Aristocrat Roasters is a convenient little stop for a cup of coffee and a pastry. Came here from Queen Creek, targeted to make sure we stopped at Aristocrat. Did not disappoint! Great cappuccino and cortado , well balanced and very yummy. We were able to meet Paul as well, and he made us feel very welcome and you could see how invested he still is in his business, even after 10 years. So cool. Very impressed by this hot & new coffee shop! Hubs and I stopped by while in the area. The owner, Paul personally greeted us and took our order. He took the time and patience to share what they're all about as well as go over their drinks. I think it's neat that the coffee shop was named after a vintage saxophone. Aristocrat Coffee Roasters features traditional coffee items as well as their signature Greek drinks, the freddo espresso and freddo cappuccino. I was intrigued by the freddo cappuccino, however, it does require dairy which I can't have so the owner suggested a frappé. It's similar to a freddo but can be made with a milk substitute. I went with his suggestion and my husband tried the freddo espresso. Both drinks were excellent. I really enjoyed my frappé, which was creamy yet light. The space was welcoming and offers plenty of seating. Cool spot! read more

I love a good backstory. We stopped in for a skim milk latte and an oat milk cortado and both were excellent. Situated across from a parking structure is this coffee shop. There is plenty of seating both indoors and our. Air conditioner was on full blast and the music was a vibe. Definitely one of the better coffee shops around town. Super cute location and great service. I stopped by on Saturday morning for a quick pick me up and I am glad I chose this place. I waited in line a few minutes as they were pretty busy. The owner was nice as he took my order. I ordered an iced vanilla chai latte with whole milk. I sat down as I waited for my drink and it was ready after a few minutes. My chai was delicious. It was not too sweet nor bitter, just right. The inside is decorated nicely and plenty of seating inside and out. The fresh flowers on the table are a really nice touch. While wandering around downtown chandler one evening I saw this new coffee shop had opened up. So naturally I had to give them a try. I ordered their freddo capuccino because I hadn't heard of the drink before. I thought the medium sweetness was a good balance to complement the danish I had gotten with it. Location-wise it is a bit out of the way behind city hall. So while it may be more difficult to find it does mean the outdoor seating situation is quieter and overall more pleasant. Really the only bad news was they were still working on getting the pour-overs set up when I visited on 5/1. Hopefully that changes soon! read more

Aristocrat quickly became my new favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. Apparently they've been open for over a year now but the location is a bit off the main downtown Chandler hub so you have to know it's there to find it. It looks like they are working on expanding the inside to house additional small businesses. There's currently a couple tattoo shops in here from the looks of it. That will be exciting the more places move in to form a little community meet up area. The coffee shop itself is very nice and has great decor. The signature drink is the Fredo espresso - a photogenic whipped and layered espresso drink. It's pretty strong too, so it has lately been a go-to of mine. read more

Super cute spot! I met the owner and staff both were friendly! They have trivia and karaoke nights during days of the week and events in the evenings. I didn't try any of the food but we got teas and coffees. You can sign up for rewards and expect nice touch in the mail from the owner. Love the personalization. I will be back! Wonderful new local coffee shop hidden in Downtown Chandler. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The coffee shop is huge and can host large groups of people. I got a lavendar latte with oatmilk and the lavendar and coffee were well balanced. You could taste the lavendar but it wasn't that excessive amount that starts to taste like perfume. I also got a prickly pear hibiscus tea. This tea is unsweetened but the natural flavors almost make it taste sweetened. This is probably the best tea I have gotten at a coffee shop before. Tea lovers, check it out! Finally, I got the coffee crumb cake. It was well spiced and moist. The size was perfect andleft me satisfied. Friend recommended this place and was excited to try it. Will never be back. The building was loud and crowded at 9:30 am and a decent line, that moved semi-quickly. We ordered two 24oz cold brews and after waiting a long time already we were told they were out of cold brew, and offered other drinks. We got our new drinks in 16oz cups instead, no refund for the price difference. The drinks were not good. One was thrown away and the other was choked down. At this point, they had already messed up and we didn't trust them to revise the drinks, let alone in a timely manner. So we left. We also had ordered muffins. They were basic Costco muffins. Didn't taste fresh, they were kinda chewy as well. Left me wondering if they were old or frozen, as I typically think Costco muffins are good. We ordered three drinks and three muffins. Almost $50. Ridiculously expensive not great product or experience. Also they let a puppy that was not in training/a service dog in. I'm all for being accommodating but this puppy's hair was flying all over the place which was kind of gross.... Boujie coffee place with overpriced drinks. We really enjoyed our visit to this hidden gem. It's just off the main drag of downtown Chandler, but it feels like a world away. They have ample patio space as well as plenty of tables inside. It always annoys me when I ask for a cappuccino and end up with a milky latte with barely any espresso served in a to-go cup. It's one of those simple joys in life to be able to sit down with a beautifully crafted cappuccino in a ceramic mug and take time to slow down. My daughter and I were greeted with a smile and a wave (so cute) and there was plenty of seating available to be able to chat comfortably. Was excited to try Aristocrat after seeing a TikTok about their generosity to a newly-wedded couple before their doors even opened! We ordered a vanilla iced latte with oat milk and a vanilla cold brew with whole milk. Both were fantastic! You can taste the difference in the espresso pull and the brew itself. It tasted unlike a lot of the coffee I've had in Arizona. We enjoyed sitting both inside and outside in their common areas that house a bar, salon suites and even a dog park. From the many times I've been to downtown Chandler, I would have never guessed that this building existed behind the courthouse! They also have ample public parking near the govt buildings. The Freddo Cappuccino is where it's at! I believe we were speaking with the owner, though he did not introduce himself as such (he told us if we entered our address into their reward system, he would send us a Christmas card lol), and he was an explaining to us the origins of the drink. It's Greek! I was hesitant because it contained regular sugar and dairy (skim milk) but I wanted to give it a try for my birthday weekend. It was amazing! I really love espresso tonics so I didn't mind that this espresso wasn't very creamy like a latte. I ordered mine medium sweet which was 1 tablespoon of sugar instead of two and drank the whole thing. Usually a double shot of espresso will give me a gnarly stomach ache but this one didn't at all! The food and drinks are WAY overpriced. We came as a party of 5 adults with one small child. My friends ordered two large coffee drinks, and after a lengthy wait the young woman who took their order came to the table to advise them that they were out of the ingredients to fulfill their order, and suggested a replacement. After another wait, they received two smaller size replacement drinks, with no reimbursement offered for either the smaller size or the difference in menu price. The one drink was horrible in taste. The muffins and pastries are from Costco, sold at about 5-6x the price at which they were purchased. This was our first and (likely) our last visit. read more

The art work, the music, the seating areas and the choice of the old school silver service utensils from the vintage box your grandmother had.. is a portal to your past. The customer service is top notch and the staff is so cool. This spot has out door seating and a stage for live music. Oh and did I mention, if you wanna take a YELP at hoops, YES there is a court out back too! So of course I had to meet the owner ; Paul. He is an amazing guy and has the best smile! He shares his love for Saxophone's and his story. He shares his love for vintage serving sets and uses them through out the coffee lounge. Paul has put his YELP'in soul into this spot and you can feel it! This place is awesome! First and foremost, the coffee was one of the best I've ever had. I arrived early and was the only person there. I met the owner and he gave me a personal tour! He explained how the place got it's name (named after his vintage saxophone) and showed me some of the uniqueness of the place that other coffee shops don't offer (like all the cups, saucers and real silverware are all vintage). He has a unique "pour over" bar, a beautiful coffee roaster, and unique jute sacks all on display. They have lots of seating areas, a colorful fish tank, a basketball court outside, and best of all, their own DOG PARK!!! There is a bar in the back that opens in the evening with a seasonal live band, and food (will return to try). I HIGHLY recommend this place! read more

My wife and I saw this place when we had to go to one of the city buildings and thought we should come back and try it. We bought espresso beans and had them ground in the store so that we could brew them at home. We've since gotten our last 3 bags from them and been extremely pleased with them. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. It's obvious that his passion is coffee and it shows in the product. The inside is bright and airy and has a good local vibe. I asked for a water and the water tastes like tap water. I learned they don't have an R.O system and to me, that really affects the way the coffee tastes. The place was dirty and loud. There were sacks of coffee just laying out and a broken espresso machine taking up space at a big table so we had to sit outside (in JUNE), as every table was full. The owner showed us his roasting room which was a mess. I am hoping they are still working out the kinks as I know this shop is new and I really wanted to like it. Even though affogato is not on the menu they have ice cream and will make one for you if you ask nicely. Amazing coffee, highly trained and attentive staff, and an owner who is right there alongside his team modeling what above and beyond customer care and community-building looks like! Bravo, Aristocrat!!! I had one of the best cappuccinos ever. And it was exactly the atmosphere I needed to sit and reflect and write. I often find that I have to choose between great coffee or the right ambiance, as sadly not all coffee shops have both. Not the case at Aristrocrat! They care passionately about coffee and only serve it in the traditional style for that particular drink. I didn't have to explain not to give me a huge cup full of steamed milk in my cappuccino as it's only served in 6oz cup. And I could taste the natural sweetness of the espresso without adding any sweetener! Just how I like it! I will be going out of my way to return to this lovely coffee house. I am visiting, from Seattle, some family down here and have had a hard time finding good coffee places. I was delighted to discover Aristocrat Coffee in Chandler. The coffee is fantastic and the owner, Paul, roasts his own beens onsite. He knows his way around his two Probat roasting machines and his beans testify to that.
