    Pistachio Orange Blossom Latte

This cafe is located inside of Air Guitar which is a really fun building in general! So much to see inside! My friend told me about the Steadfast Coffee location in Mesa so when I saw we had one in Gilbert, I was so excited! The baristas there are always so nice and the lattes are so unique and tasty! Will def be back!

Located in the Air Guitar store, the coffee shop is near the back. I arrived around 9 AM, not too busy and was able to place my order easily. I tried the iced Pumpkin Pie Latte from the fall menu. Good flavors but lacking that coffee taste. Next time I'll ask for 2 shots. I also tried their slated caramel latte, this was better. They have plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your cup of coffee. I'll be back!

I came by Airguitar yesterday for the Proof bread pop-up, but because they didn't have coffee (just very good breads), I went inside to finally try Steadfast. I had been to their original location in Eastmark (absolutely DARLING), but I was happy that they were opened closer to home. They were busy, but the two baristas absolutely slayed the rush. I ordered their seasonal June latte - the Jasmine Vanilla. It was SO GOOD, but I love jasmine anything. Great service, great coffee!

Steadfast Coffee is located inside Air Guitar, a convenience store, in Gilbert. They have another location in east Mesa. Other than Steadfast Coffee, there are other food businesses in Air Guitar, so you can grab coffee and a meal! Steadfast has coffee and pastries. Some of their drink specials sounded good, but I opted for a regular latte. I thought it was fine, nothing special. If I go back, I'd like to try one of the specialty drinks! This seems more of a grab and go place, but there's also some seating inside Air Guitar if you want to hang out for a bit.

Tried Steadfast coffee for the first time this weekend and it was delicious! I was torn between a few lattes and I ended up getting the date and cinnamon latte with almond milk! It was delicious! We topped off our coffee date with breakfast tacos, I had the egg, cheese and potato and it was super tasty! I loved that they crisped the potatoes to golden brown before making the taco. The green salsa was perfect! We will be back!

Honestly was not a fan of the coffee here. No one was working when I showed up and ended up waiting about 5 min until someone arrived. Looks like they were short some supplies so I guess they went to grab some. I ordered a cold brew, which turned out to be super bitter. I always drink my coffee black, but I had to add some sugar and milk when I got home.

If I could give 10 stars on customer service alone I would! From smiles, friendliness down to the perfection of my cold brew. I asked for just a tiny splash of half and half and she knew instantly I want to taste my cold brew. Look at the color- perfect. The vibe I hear is great. You can sit and sip and enjoy some company or walk and shop the store. Located in Air Guitar this location is fun. Do yourself a favor and stop here. If you're lucky you'll see what great customer service and delicious drinks are all about. My daughter loves matcha and her matcha latte was perfect. My cold brew again was made just how I like it and no acidic aftertaste. I'm only bummed they don't offer heavy whipping cream here. This stop was a total win!

Nicely located inside the Air guitar. Steadfast coffee is delicious. The customer is excellent.

I loved my visit at the original Steadfast Coffee location in Mesa, so I was super excited to hear they opened a new spot closer to me! It's located inside Air Guitar at The Epicenter, which is one of my favorite stores in the Valley. They're a great fit for the area, and I've already been there twice. Both times, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. During both of my visits, I got my usual honey cinnamon oat milk latte and tried a seasonal drink, and they were both amazing. I also tried the vegetarian breakfast tacos, and they were tasty, especially with the salsa on the side. I would get them again!

The customer service was absolutely awful, but the latte I ordered was good. I did not feel welcome at all. The girls behind the counter were short in their responses to my questions being a first time customer and they weren't very friendly. Maybe it was an off day. I sat out in the seating area and journaled. It was a nice experience minus the interaction. I will be going back to try again and maybe explore the diner.

"Be back in 5" at noon on a Monday and wait around for 20 is an absolute joke. Just go to Light Heart downtown. Worth it.

I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to…read moresay something. I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.

The space is extremely comfortable -- cozy seating, welcoming energy, and an outdoor area that's truly remarkable. It's the kind of place where you can meet a friend, get some work done, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee. Let's talk about the coffee -- because it's extremely well done. You can genuinely taste the flavor in every sip. I'm a nitro, cold brew girl -- always black -- and they nail it every time. Smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. That said, I'm a total sucker for their seasonal selections. Somehow, they always make it hard not to switch things up. The seasonal flavors are thoughtfully crafted and never overpowering -- just the right touch to make your drink feel special. The pastries? Incredible. Fresh, delicious, and the perfect pairing to any drink. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a full coffee moment, you won't be disappointed. Another major plus: the prices are reasonable, and the line moves fast. Even when it's busy, the service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. The customer service is genuinely great -- everyone is extremely nice, welcoming, and happy to help. It's such a refreshing change to experience a place where the vibe is consistently excellent. They also offer their merch, coffee to go, and other home items, which makes it easy to take a little piece of the experience with you. Overall, this coffee shop delivers on every level -- flavor, atmosphere, service, and value. It's cozy, inviting, and full of good energy. Definitely a must-try spot that you'll find yourself coming back to again and again.

The second you walk in, you're surrounded by a romance book-lover's dream. The ambiance feels like stepping into a cozy Hogwarts library. It's warm, magical, and the perfect place to get lost in a book. There is also a vintage-style Photo Booth that will print out two photo strips for $5! I also love the story behind this place starting online and growing into a physical bookstore that now carries such a fun variety of books, plus the cutest hip and trendy merch (hats, book pins, shirts, and more). The coffee is good, and their menu is surprisingly extensive. I ordered the cookie butter latte and was genuinely impressed by both the size and the taste. It sorta tasted like banana, mostly just a milk forward coffee. Just based on personal preference, it was a bit too sugary sweet for me, not as much of that coffee flavor coming through. The cashier was sweet though and even talked about a TV show with me that she noticed on my shirt, which is always nice and welcoming. Worth checking out.

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.
