I am a huge steadfast coffee fan. I normally go to their other location but when I am in this area, I'll stop at their air guitar location. They have outdoor and indoor seating here. The staff are always friendly. There is the order window inside but they have an outdoor pick up area if you're sitting outside. I arrived later in the day so all they had was their veggie taco which I am typically a meat lover but this was actually very very good! And the salsa that comes with it was amazing! I love almost all their coffee here but the vanilla one and the lavender latte are my favs!

Located in the Air Guitar store, the coffee shop is near the back. I arrived around 9 AM, not too busy and was able to place my order easily. I tried the iced Pumpkin Pie Latte from the fall menu. Good flavors but lacking that coffee taste. Next time I'll ask for 2 shots. I also tried their slated caramel latte, this was better. They have plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your cup of coffee. I'll be back!

I stopped by at Air Guitar (organic grocery store) and I found this hidden coffee spot just right at the end of the air guitar shop! The offer lots of unique and very creative drinks for both tea and coffee--try it as th e way you like! The staff is very friendly and very helpful and she is happy to help you which one you may wanna try and go for and you won't disappoint. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting areas and very nice sit out which I found it very relaxing, comfortable and feeing a private corner at some points. Come and check it out this charming coffee spot. For me, I will definitely comeback for more.

I came by Airguitar yesterday for the Proof bread pop-up, but because they didn't have coffee (just very good breads), I went inside to finally try Steadfast. I had been to their original location in Eastmark (absolutely DARLING), but I was happy that they were opened closer to home. They were busy, but the two baristas absolutely slayed the rush. I ordered their seasonal June latte - the Jasmine Vanilla. It was SO GOOD, but I love jasmine anything. Great service, great coffee!

This cafe is located inside of Air Guitar which is a really fun building in general! So much to see inside! My friend told me about the Steadfast Coffee location in Mesa so when I saw we had one in Gilbert, I was so excited! The baristas there are always so nice and the lattes are so unique and tasty! Will def be back!

Steadfast Coffee is located inside Air Guitar, a convenience store, in Gilbert. They have another location in east Mesa. Other than Steadfast Coffee, there are other food businesses in Air Guitar, so you can grab coffee and a meal! Steadfast has coffee and pastries. Some of their drink specials sounded good, but I opted for a regular latte. I thought it was fine, nothing special. If I go back, I'd like to try one of the specialty drinks! This seems more of a grab and go place, but there's also some seating inside Air Guitar if you want to hang out for a bit.

Tried Steadfast coffee for the first time this weekend and it was delicious! I was torn between a few lattes and I ended up getting the date and cinnamon latte with almond milk! It was delicious! We topped off our coffee date with breakfast tacos, I had the egg, cheese and potato and it was super tasty! I loved that they crisped the potatoes to golden brown before making the taco. The green salsa was perfect! We will be back!

Honestly was not a fan of the coffee here. No one was working when I showed up and ended up waiting about 5 min until someone arrived. Looks like they were short some supplies so I guess they went to grab some. I ordered a cold brew, which turned out to be super bitter. I always drink my coffee black, but I had to add some sugar and milk when I got home.

If I could give 10 stars on customer service alone I would! From smiles, friendliness down to the perfection of my cold brew. I asked for just a tiny splash of half and half and she knew instantly I want to taste my cold brew. Look at the color- perfect. The vibe I hear is great. You can sit and sip and enjoy some company or walk and shop the store. Located in Air Guitar this location is fun. Do yourself a favor and stop here. If you're lucky you'll see what great customer service and delicious drinks are all about. My daughter loves matcha and her matcha latte was perfect. My cold brew again was made just how I like it and no acidic aftertaste. I'm only bummed they don't offer heavy whipping cream here. This stop was a total win!

Nicely located inside the Air guitar. Steadfast coffee is delicious. The customer is excellent.

I loved my visit at the original Steadfast Coffee location in Mesa, so I was super excited to hear they opened a new spot closer to me! It's located inside Air Guitar at The Epicenter, which is one of my favorite stores in the Valley. They're a great fit for the area, and I've already been there twice. Both times, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. During both of my visits, I got my usual honey cinnamon oat milk latte and tried a seasonal drink, and they were both amazing. I also tried the vegetarian breakfast tacos, and they were tasty, especially with the salsa on the side. I would get them again!

The customer service was absolutely awful, but the latte I ordered was good. I did not feel welcome at all. The girls behind the counter were short in their responses to my questions being a first time customer and they weren't very friendly. Maybe it was an off day. I sat out in the seating area and journaled. It was a nice experience minus the interaction. I will be going back to try again and maybe explore the diner.

I've gone for just coffee and I've gone to actually work and drink coffee, and their split level plan gives customers a fair amount of options for seating, not to mention they also have outdoor seat in available (no thanks in the Summer)! While I've of course had some coffees here that I like better than others I've ordered, I've never had a single coffee here that wasn't truly enjoyable. On my recent visit I decided to order a normal latte, but to switch it up with macadamia milk instead of whole milk, which was suggested by the barista. This was a great recommendation that added a unique flavor to the drink and I honestly think I liked it even better than the normal latte I get! You have to stop in if you've never been. The service is wonderful. Employees are very nice and take time to answer questions no matter how long the line is. When it comes to coffee I'm pretty simple. I like cold brew with cold foam. Their cold brew is extremely bitter and their cold foam is very limited and appears to rotate on the season. They didn't have just a plain vanilla cold foam so I asked how salty the salted vanilla was and was told not salty at all. That couldn't have been further from the truth. It was so unbelievably salty that it made the drink almost undrinkable.

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

I'm a big Cortado guy and they have one prominently on the menu. We've been here a few times and each time my wife's flavored latte is quite lovely, but would it be if it wasn't iced? The service is pleasant, the cafe itself is clean and cute, they have a restroom for patrons. But when it comes to pouring a Cortado, they don't know how to do it. It's just some steamed milk dumped on espresso in a paper cup. Any time a barista puts a cap on your cup (paper cups are generally a bad sign, but some are very good, but still not as good as glass cup poured versions) it's clear they intend to hide the lack of microfoam head, the art itself is how you build this drink. The pastries are great. I've wanted to like this place really because of the story, but if you're really into espresso there are so many better options than Cosita.
