We didn't realize we needed to bring dog food when we dropped off Abigail but Theresa was flexible with providing it. Usually, with the boarding we have done with Altavista and Petsmart, we wouldn't need dog food but at least now we know next time. Theresa also had other dogs there and when we picked up Abigail, we noticed how much calmer our dog was. I think it did her a world of good to play with the other dogs. She followed up immediately when I contacted her from NJ, meet us and our boys on our tight schedule and took expert care of our cats (including medication) twice a day for 16 days. Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included.
