This place is hands down the best interlock company out there. Hector the owner is awesome. From Day 1 he was Super cool about everything. Fast installs, fast calibrations, and most important he uses the BEST breathalyzers I've ever come across. There really small and easy to use. There's no sucking in, humming and then blowing bullshit like I've seen in some of my friends. Super simple just blow for like 3 seconds and it's good to go. I did have a couple problems with BUDGET the company that actually manages the interlock account(and deals with the Dmv and your monthly fees etc.). But every time something popped up Hector went to bat for me and helped me out during the entire 12 months I had mine in. Don"t use Arizona Interlocks LLC or Budgetiid LLC. I got my interlock installed for $50 at another shop and I think I'm in the clear with Arizona Interlocks... WRONG. I received emails from their third party billing company (yeah that's correct, it's as sketchy as it sounds) saying that Hector and his company installed my device that day and that I would be facing legal penalties because I never got my device serviced. So now my driving privileges are in jeopardy because of either Hector's lack of competence or his desire to screw people out of their money. This company was such an appalling experience and if I even hear a stranger on the street mention that they're going to get an interlock installed by them, I will go out of my way to tell them not to. It's pitiful what Hector is running over there. Hector is a great guy, easy to work with and he helped me out big time.

I have been the unlucky man to get a DUI but that is not the least of your problems. My ignition was acting funny after the installation but I called Hector and he had me come in the day I called and he fixed it for me with no charge and not only that but tried for a hour to help me fix my horn so I could pass my road test at the DMV, also didn't charge me. This is the best place to go for an interlock if you are unfortunate enough (or stupid enough) to end up needing one.. such as myself. Anyways, Hector really is the best- the other reviews are def true! I was hoping they were when I chose this place after reading the reviews.. and sure enough- Hector really is a great guy. He is very genuine and down to earth, he will answer all of your questions and he will truly go out of his way for you. He waited for me for at least an hour one day when I HAD one day left to take it to be serviced before the car wouldn't start anymore and like usual, I waited until the very last minute and he didn't even act inconvenienced at all or anything-- even though I know it was a huge inconvenience for him. Hector is the man! This process is obviously not fun to go through and everyone who has to do this is automatically in "the red" emotionally. Hector makes this as relaxed and as easy as possible. He always answered my questions and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. He even stayed late for me on the day I was able to remove the device so I could be done with it ASAP. I personally referred three of my friends to him and would recommend to anyone who has to put a device on their vehicle to use him as well. So just a quick recap of my experience to hopefully inspire those to not wasted time with another interlock another interlock company. Getting a DUI has been the most horrible experience because it's expensive, time consuming, and inconvenient. 2 years and I'm still dealing with the MVD and getting my license back...thousands of dollars later. So I did my research, looking at reviews on Yelp, and not only are all interlock companies pretty much the same...but most companies I've heard are money hungry scum bags and are incredibly unpleasant to work with...now I'll stop my rant to advise you, save yourself the headache and trouble and ditch the other companies and just go with Hector! He is a one man operation and he is ALL ABOUT taking care of his people. If you don't have a push starter car (newer model), Hector doesn't charge an installation fee! It's $75 a month plus tax and he is upfront with you about everything to make sure you can have the minimum time served with your interlock to save you money and avoid the hassle. Go with a good local friendly company who is not money hungry verses saving a few extra bucks to work with an asshole. read more

I am very blessed to have found a company to help assist me with the stresses of a DUI. Arizona Interlocks not only provided the best customer service but also installing/servicing my interlock device was at my convenience. My scheduled services were quick and not a burden on my work schedule that I could have my interlock device serviced during my lunch break which worked perfectly with my busy schedule. Hector is super friendly and trendy that having an interlock device was not as embarrassing as I expected it to be.
