Several chips in the liner after a few months, which can be further peeled off to reveal shiny clearcoat. Very little preparation was done before spraying. Manager is willing to sand spots and spray another coat because it was originally done "too thin". I asked it to be stripped and correctly prepped, which was refused. So, they admittedly do half the job, collect all the money, then want to do a half-assed repair. No thank you, lesson learned... read more

LIFETIME WARRANTY IS A SCAM We purchased a lifetime warranty bed liner from Line-X many years ago for my brand new Tacoma truck. Just recently I brought my truck in to have the bed liner repaired under the lifetime warranty. Will at the shop agreed that warranty work needed to be done. He stated he would have to check to see if corporate would cover it, so he would be paid. Corporate denied coverage because the original installer was no longer in business, yet the trademark company "Line-x" is. Will was nice enough and offered to give me a discounted price to re-spray the liner. But he was unable to honor the lifetime warranty services we paid for. We are very frustrated that we paid for a liner that included a lifetime warranty, and the company refuses to honor it. I thought maybe this was just AZ Line-x so I called The Custom Shop and received the same results. The local business will discount a new liner but corporate will not honor their LIFETIME WARRENTY. I cannot recommend this product due to dishonest business practices. There are many other bed liners available for much better prices with similar quality. read more

Good customer service, pretty good product. I think they did one of my trucks a bit thinner than the others but I like this brand better than Inyati. I probably have three or four fleet vehicles with this liner and it usually holds up pretty well. Other than that one little issue, I think these guys still do a great job and have a very good product. read more

Got the bed liner done last year before I deployed and left it in storage. After being home and using my truck to haul loads my friend noticed the tailgate doesn't close all the way like it did before the Bedliner and there's scuff marks on the bottom from where it fighting to close all the way. So now there's a gap when it's "latched". Out of convenience I went back for the Offroad bumper and cab roof to be sprayed and same quality of workmanship received. They also missed a spot that I addressed and they touched up. To make matters worse they broke the inside latch to the door that I didn't notice til I drove home and tried to open it (inside door panel). Too annoyed to even return or reach out about it. Who breaks something and doesn't even mention it upon pickup?! Shitty people. read more

Wow. I don't often give a bad review but I can't think of one good thing to say about this Line-X location. We have been restoring a truck for over a year and took it to them a few moths ago to get the entire inside done in White Line-X. We paid a pretty penny for many coats that were required for the white. So here are the things that went wrong. 1. One guy took directions of what to line-x and then did not pass that information on so the wrong parts were line-xed over our brand new paint job! They were also asked to cover the holes which was not relayed to the person actually doing the work so it didn't get done. 2. They could not get the parts they took off back on because of lining over the rails (that were not supposed to be line-xed) -- so another week added on to the time they had the vehicle. 3. After a few weeks we could see where they did a clear coat and where they did not as our new restored truck was part yellow and part white. 4. We took it back to get them to redo the yellow and we currently have overspray that they cannot get off on our new paint. And its still yellow. 5. We asked to get the wheel wells done while it was back getting the white fixed and they gave us quote for 200. The next day they called back and said that was just for 2 wheel wells (who only gets 2 done?). And for all 4 it was 400. So ANOTHER trip out there to pick it up during the work week because of the confusion. Please do not bring something to these guys that you have spent tons of time and money on, or it will likely be ruined. We are not sure how we are going to fix the overspray at this point and we are not happy with how our restoration looks after all the time, work and money that we have put into it over the past year. read more

Was quoted $5k for new paint, but Justin at LINE-X had an extra set of blue material from another project and did the top (see photos) in blue for under $2k, and I am scheduled to come back and do the lower rockers in their Premium black! FYI, I wouldn't even give this review one star but it's the only way I can leave a review. On 3/1/17 I brought my new 2017 Ford Super Duty with only 30 miles directly from the Dealer to this location on Black Canyon Hwy to have a a sprayed in liner applied. When the application was completed I had noticed and brought it up to the employee's attention that the tailgate aluminium finish panel was creased in several areas. The employee and I had both agreed that the damages on the finish panel were from their own parts stand. The tailgate had to be removed and placed on to the parts stand to properly access the bed for coating. The spray application was inappropriate and below standards since there were several areas on the bed that were not properly coated causing a dry spray dull effect. Also the spray material wasn't coated to the undersides of the bed top rail where you could actually see the original paint that should of been coated with black Linex directly to the top rail. Also there was black Linex material on my rear glass and roof panel that I had to remove with solvent and a clay bar. The employee had noted on MY Invoice and signed by him that the tailgate finish panel damage was done on their parts stand and he would contact the shop owner to rectify the situation. As of today 3/7/17 14:06 Hrs absolutely nothing has been resolved and no phone call voice messages I left recently were returned. I would suggest to all looking to have a spray in liner applied NOT to have Arizona Line-X do this for you. Prior to picking a shop, take the time to look at their Spray Area and lighting scenario since this location in my opinion resembles a dark and dirty dungeon not capable of handing higher end vehicles. A true professional business owner will address any or all issues with a unsatisfied customer but this company chooses not to even care about their own reputation. Trust me on this, I am very particular with all my vehicles and if you are also then don't take your vehicle to Arizona Line-X. read more

Called Tuesday and spoke to Pete at length about what I wanted. Explained it would be difficult to get the truck in during the week with how far away I work. Pete offered to pick up my truck from where I work and drive it to the shop and bring it back when he was done. Truck was done in a few hours and was absolutely flawless. Couldn't be happier with it. Big shout out to Pete and his team at Line-X. Really turned my otherwise crappy week around. If you have a truck, don't even think twice about calling to set an appointment. Wow! This place is horrible. Zero customer service. The guy running it today was a real POS.. not sure what his problem was, but was literally looking for a fight. I was quoted a price before the job started which included throwing out my plastic bed liner. When I went to pay he, in a gruff tone, tried to tack on $40. He and I went back and forth and at the end I decided to just keep it and dispose it myself. When I told him this, he just gave me dirty looks, mad dogging me ready for a confrontation. I'm shocked that after spending $500 plus that I would be treated this way. If he's the owner, he'll be broke within a year. If not, he should be launched. read more

If you are thinking about getting a Line-X Bedliner think again. They do not warranty their bedliners as advertisted. Bedliner was sprayed in at their Glendale Arizona location, some years later it has bubbled up and peeled off in a lot of places. You can actually see the metal of the wheel wells. Talked to their regional manager and because we cannot find the warranty card and that location only saves records for 7 years they will not warranty it. They do not warranty their bedliners for lifetime as advertised. This is our first Line-X bedliner and also our last. We have used Inyati in the past several times and their bedliners have always held up well and have never peeled and bubbled up like this one. Contacted Inyati and they said they would fix it and respray with their bedliner for a very very reasonable price. Pretty sad Line-X will not fix their shotty work, but Inyati will fix it for them. Go with Inyati bedliners they are a true professional company. read more

This is not a review of the Line x product itself but of the lack of professionalism and terible customer service. I took my 11 day old 2015 Ram 2500 to them today 9/14/15. I took my truck to them clean and free of any defects. My truck has only been out of the garage twice since purchased. The bed liner was done well and no complaint there. when I picked up my truck it was absolutely filthy. They told me it was due to sanding the bed, fair enough. When I got home, wich is directly where I went I noticed white dots all over the top of my truck and below the windshield on the plastic below the windshield wipers. They absolutely were not there previous to dropping my truck off. I went back and was told basically it was not there problem. I spoke to the manager on the phone who was very rude and offered me $20.00 for a car wash. I would not recomend this shop to anyone and if you do use them look you vehicle over very closely. The lousy manager could have at least asked me to bring the truck by so we could look at it together. I have been a business owner for many years and can assure that if I ran my business this way I would not have one. read more

Called in the afternoon, they were able to book me for an appointment the next day (the day was booked but they squeezed me in-between jobs). Went in for the most basic bed liner, and it looks immaculate. No damage appears to have been done to my truck. Also, they give a military discount for you Luke AFB persons in the area.
