I got totally scammed bu everyone working in the chandler location. They overcharged me $100 and ive been trying for months to get some sort of compensation but even the general manager, Martin failed me multiple times. Ive been waiting for someone else to contact me for days now and ive had the worst experience there and I cant believe the incompetence of all managers and employees there. Even at the mesa location, they basically told me they wouldn't help me either. The owner should be aware of the behavior of their employees and how they are treating customers!! Its a total scam and its pointless to get help from anyone there. Theres no excuses for what ive been through! Ive been more than compliant and understanding but this is ridiculous!!! read more

I use to be a big fan of Harvest HOC but stopped visiting since the deals they offered lacked in comparison to other dispensaries in the area. I saw they were advertising "great door buster deals" for the grand opening of this location (without actually saying what the deals were ) so I figured I would give them another try. Low and behold the deals they were offering turned out to be bad (just my opinion) and I left the store without making a purchase or grabbing swag. This Harvest HOC is located on the corner of Alma School and McLellan. The parking lot was in bad shape, had no parking lane lines and at best 15 spots to park. The interior of the store however was very impressive and the employees were nice and answered all my questions. If you visit a dispensary, I always recommend bringing cash with you but if you forget or come up short they have an ATM available on site. Harvest HOC does also offer a point system on purchases that you can use towards future purchases. read more

This is pretty much my go-to spot. They're pretty consistent in terms of customer service and products. I don't shop from their WM menu bc I don't believe they update it, plus to place an online order, I have to peruse their website anyways. Prices are pretty fair. The only downside is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of varieties in brands, but maybe that's because I just moved from CA haha. Anyway, I'm glad I can still get my meds. read more

When I went in to get bud I realized I forgot my wallet and had to go home and get it. However they removed the weight from my allotment without ever fixing it. So I couldn't get any more medicine once I had my wallet. I called them to try and correct it and they said they would but they haven't.... Been here numerous times and thought this was the go to spot. Well I mostly purchase Alien labs or connected brands due to the quote on quote high potency of flowers. However I would come in and order night shade and a few other strains, but started to notice the potency and quality of flower would not be the same from previous purchases. I got a few 3.5 containers that had nothing but water leaves and no potency whatsoever. I immediately can back into the store and They tried to offer a 5 buck discount. Horrible way to fix an issue. They are only here for the money and not truly willing to make sure the customer has a wonderful experience. I stopped going to this lame place. There flowers aren't even potent. Bait and switch. I made an order online, which showed a price. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a totally different price and were like "sorry, we can't honor that deal, website must have been wrong". Even after I showed I clearly had completed my order on their own website for that location, with an order number, price .. .they rudely just didn't seem to care (and it is not like I was getting $200 worth of stuff for a penny ... it was merely a 40% off). Had to get the manager involved who eventually made it right ... but experience was way more painful than it should have been. This place is nothing special. Pricing isn't great, neither is the selection. Most of their products not a good value, quantity over quality. I live within walking distance but drive 25 mins out of my way to go elsewhere for dabs. Their edible selection is pretty okay, but I'm really picky when it comes to wax and flower. The good flower they do sell is expensive AF, not worth it. Their dab selection is embarrassing and their specials on wax are usually not great. They used to carry some of the best wax in the state, now I wouldn't waste my money on anything there. Hard to compete with specials from cannamo and MPX at other dispensaries. read more

made a pre order online and got a confirmation saying order is ready at 9pm store closes at 10. we pulled out the money we showed up at 9:45 as we walked up to the door right about to open it. employee comes up and closes the door and locks it and says their closed. someone came out and i let them now we got a confirmation of a pre order and all they had to do was take the money. the still denied us and said they are closed, before their actual closing time. read more
