I came in around 9:53 PM... Just several minutes before they close. (I know sometimes that's frowned upon, but I had just gotten off work and I wanted to grab something before they close.) I was immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady in glasses with a big smile who checked my ID and was very kind. She then motioned me in to get in line on the inside. I waited about three minutes and then I was summoned up to the counter and greeted by Brian and Vinny. I let them know right off the bat I get a little anxious at dispensaries just because of all the options. They asked me a couple simple questions to find out what it is I was trying to get and they narrowed down to a couple different options. Vinny stepped away to go grab them, and during that time I was talking to Brian. He went and grabbed another option for me that I might like. They were both So helpful, super friendly, and easy to talk and I'm super grateful that they made my experience Very smooth And quick. Goodish tree but ALWAYS a HUGE line and wait. Mint dispensary is about 10 mins away and they are fast and have good tree and Truelieve on Chandler Blvd is close and they get you in and out. You will wait at Curaleaf Gilbert on average 15-20 mins standing in line. read more

Gilbert is my local shop, the budtenders are usually very nice and are good about spotting deals related to my purchases or answering any questions I may have. This biggest issue with Curaleaf to me is the website/online experience, for example today I logged onto my laptop to look for some gummies for my girlfriend. I went to the laptop because you can't see the info on your phone (size of screen issue) and if you try to get more info on the phone you're re-routed and never get the info you seek. I searched Curaleaf and even my dispensary comes up in the search, I click on it and I'm redirected to the starter page (Welcome to Curaleaf please select your state...and AZ is not even on the dropdown list...makes you want to find a different dispensary) I still can't find the info I was searching for...I usually find what I need or something close (hate to settle), eventually this will probably drive me away when I find a better experience. read more

So I have been a customer since 2020. As usual I placed my order early morning to go and pick up as I do every morning. When I arrive I was told one item was out and they cancel my entire order. TERRIBLE in house products. Find, cura leaf, or Grassroots pre packs are always short a gram to five grams. Their 'amazing' card service if you don't have cash is actually a $6 dollar min instead of $3.50 they advertised saying it's cheaper than the ATM fee of $4.50. I have so many charges and statements of the 3.50 surcharge then a day later another 2.50 charge making it $6 instead of what they tell you. Also the 14g(14.18 is a full half) pre packs are 10-12g and the ounces are at most 27g (full O is 28.35). Then I called to get a refund due to extra charges and nothing happens. read more

I placed an order online for two 1g cartridges which were listed at $42.77 a piece. Literally the only reason I chose curaleaf over anywhere else. After getting the text that my order was ready, I pulled up only to still wait in line for 30-40 minutes behind all those who were still waiting to order. No big deal, whatever. I FINALLY get up to the register, and the budtender is suddenly all confused about my cartridges. He had me choose another, which I said I was fine with as long as they were still 1g and in the same price range. Total comes to over $200. It wasn't until then that I was informed that the cartridges were over 80 a piece. I'll happily pay that if that's the price you have listed, but don't blindside me by charging double the asking price. I was just trying to make a short and sweet trip, with my order that was supposedly ready at 3:30pm, but instead I had to drive all over town in the rain and wait in line at mint for another hour. They had warmers and free tacos, their 1g carts were a much better deal, and their staff was fantastic! But I didn't get home until after 7.
