YOU GUYS NEED A CONTINGENCY PLAN! As somebody who does networking for a living there was no excuse for how you handled yesterdays hour plus outage and left around 50 people including myself waiting with no ETA. If your network is down you need to determine if its your ISP, a bad change made at HQ or your branch equipment (ps it wasnt your Ubiquiti wifi as I could see it up). If its your ISP then hopefully HQ provided you w a mobile hotspot you can reroute traffic to (if not then they need to be transparent w customers and let them know it could be hours of downtime bc thats the reality w ISPs... and maybe next time buy a backup line for the future). If its a change made at HQ then you need change management and proceed quickly w the rollback plan that hopefully was included with your change. If bad equipment you need redundant/preconfigured equipment that can quickly be swapped out. The employee who said your IT dept sucks was correct in this case, and I would add that management needs training in how to handle these situations as clearly you never trained for these scenarios (or knowingly decide to just leave people whos time may be worth more than their order hanging). I was embarrassed for you and after an hour waiting decided to give my almost $100 order to your competitor. Note that I say all this with good intent (hence the reason I didnt give you one star) and continue shopping here because of the value. This location is great on the outside plenty of parking. Stations are nice and neat and the staff is friendly. The prices are pretty good lots of deals going on. They have a great selection of everything you can possibly want. The only thing that doesn't flow was the check in. They check you in as your walk in. Management and whoever is responsible for your website needs to fix how promotions are displayed. If a product is shown at a discounted price and has a prominent "BOGO" flag, the reasonable expectation is that you receive two for the displayed price, with the BOGO discount applied at checkout. If the displayed price is already the promotional price, don't also advertise it as BOGO. Present the full price and then show the BOGO discount during checkout. The current presentation is misleading. What made the experience worse was how the issue was handled. When I explained why the website led me to expect a different total, the manager repeatedly argued with me instead of addressing the actual concern. At one point, he even acknowledged that the website was misleading, yet continued insisting that whatever appeared in my checkout was the only thing that mattered. The ONLY thing. He repeatedly asked me to prove what I expected the total to be, cutting me off through the whole interaction, even though my expectation came directly from how the promotion was displayed on your own website. This wasn't about trying to get something for free. It was about confusing advertising and a refusal to acknowledge how an average customer would interpret it. A business should either present promotions clearly or listen when customers point out that the presentation is confusing. The agent helping was fantastic even though he had to stand there feeling awkward af because his supervisor couldn't handle emotion and fact. 2/5 stars on Yelp? Sounds about right. read more

I went with my sister to check out the deals and specials that this dispensary advertised online. It was our first time at this dispensary. I know some dispensaries offer first time promotions but we were not made aware of any. In my opinion, I feel that they are overpriced, especially when it came to their promotions. I purchased the baked Brose live hash resin, which was buy one get one free. The total including tax came out to $27. There are other dispensaries with better offerings and more cost-effective pricing for the same or similar products. I will say the selection was very large, but definitely not worth the up charge. The customer service was good and the girl that helped us was super friendly. 2 years ago I left a great review, after tonight we won't be back. They waisted about 30min of our time. My husband wanted to use his points and the guy tried telling him to get something else. My husband wanted whatever he could get his points for, plus some other things. Tony refused to listen to what he wanted and grabbed something different. When he couldn't ring it in because it wouldn't work with points they called for a manger the manager looks at my husband and tells him it's because it's not the right one in a very rude manner. It wasnt my husband who picked it out, it was the cashier Tony. Then the manager says well we are out of that. My husband said well I want to use those points so what can I get in place since you are out? Manager says nothing, we cant give u something else. Stopped by on Saturday and it wasn't busy as we were the only ones in line. We had our ID's checked and we walked over to the counter towards our bud tender. Once at the counter, we turned around and there was now a pretty big line.... it happened so fast! The bud tender was very friendly and knowledgeable! I told him it was my first time in and he mentioned all the great deals they had going on. The brand that I usually purchase at a different dispensary is not sold here so he pointed me to right direction. I opted for the WANA sour blueberry gummies and they were on a great BOGO deal. I've been here a few times so far and was pleasantly surprised to see so many low rated reviews. My experiences so far have been steller! Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive to walk into this store but was curious if there were alternative options to help me with better sleep. They say quality sleep is the key to recovery, especially as I train multiple times throughout the week, including running, cycling, swimming, and lifting, so sleep is even more important. I was previously buying the off brands melatonin gummies to help with quality sleep, and they weren't that great, where I'd wake up in the middle of the night. After getting advice from a few budtenders, they recommended Gron pearls, which was super helpful as they have a mix of cbd and thc. Also, for transparency, I'm not good with THC, especially the smoke, as it makes me feel sick to the stomach. But these pearls are amazing, the best sleep and no drowsiness the next day. Today's trip, I decided to get more of the Gron pearls, but try a few others to help with daytime benefits. They always have great deals and even a referral bonus, so I would recommend folks try this place out as it's always busy, good deals, and really knowledgeable staff. read more

I'm so over this place. I left a review before (maybe on google) about the cumbersome shopping experience here. Having a VAST selection and relying on the incompetent "bud tenders" to HOPE they bring you what you ask for because you're not allowed to go to sections where people are working with someone. I was told HIPPA laws were the reason. Yet I'm literally standing right next to someone else buying product, and I can easily overhear everything because they're LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Your excuse as to why you don't allow people to go look at your walls is absolutely ridiculous considering that people check out within feet of each other and can hear everything already. So CHANGE THAT! What a BS excuse! Let us SHOP like other dispensaries do! The reason I'm leaving this review today is because I ordered online yesterday because one of my favorite products were on BOGO. I get there when my order is ready, and the "online order" line was literally wrapped around the building. The walk in line was only a handful of folks inside. I walked in to talk to the manager to see what the hell was going on and why this was like this, only to find another man already ripping the manager a new one about this. By the way...all this manager did was stand there and smile, looking absolutely stoned as hell, while this customer had a legit complaint. He didn't seem to care one bit, with his stupid stoner smile. We were told there were 4 people working walkins, and only 2 doing online orders. Why!?! We are responsible enough to have our order together and be ready to get in and out. Why are we in a line that's literally wrapped around the building!?!? Then he turns to me when he sees I'm standing there listening, and I said I was here for the same reason. And with his stupid stoner smile again, he said "well there are plenty of other dispensaries around". Wow! Thanks for that bit of insight Mr. Stoned Manager. I was unaware. But thanks to this managers extremely poor handling of this situation, and his wonderful suggestion to give my money to other dispensaries rather than yours....then so be it. Totally fine to go elsewhere. Only reason I even still came to jars was the pricing. But now, with this kind of service, Jars is no longer worth having my business. My friend who also has a medical card had multiple issues with orders here before and had voiced it with a manger, and that manger said "don't worry, I'll add a little something to your account for your troubles"....guess what your awesome manager DID NOT do? Exactly. Of course he didn't follow through and give my buddy anything. Now my buddy no longer goes here either. You guys need to get your act together and hire people that aren't idiots. So, the product I ordered that doesn't go on BOGO very often, now got put back and I'm SOL on that deal now, and have to wait for whenever this finally goes back on BOGO. So now, your prices aren't even going to keep me coming back. Not when this happens. So over this place. Going to other dispensaries from now on. Tyler was a great Budtender, I placed an online order for pickup through Leafly. Leafly is where I try to shop for the best deals on the products I use and because JARS' keep their profile updated- I was able to take advantage of all the great discounts they had available. Everyone at the dispensary was kind and welcoming, Tyler did a great job, confirming the items from my online order and he went over my receipt with me when he wrapped up the transaction. It was a thoughtful touch, because price definitely matters and I appreciate the initiative to confirm what I have and the pricing is correct. I will definitely be a repeat patron. The selection is great and the deals will keep me coming back. Keep in mind this dispensary closes at 9pm, I'm used to most dispensaries being open til 10pm. The gal said she would get the manager to help me. Very young man couldn't explain it and said "that's just the way it is". I'm 70 years young and know simple math and that ain't correct. It's probably messed up in their computer programming and needs to be corrected. I left the store and went to a different dispensary. I definitely will not be going back to this store again. I love coming here I'll start with that first and foremost. I love the deals and the budtenders are always consistently nice and prompt in giving orders out quick and easy. I'm in and out every time and the prices are amazing. All that being said, the doorman they have scanning IDs in the morning is incredibly rude and always a sour note on my visits here which puts a damper on coming back. Every single time I've visited, especially since they remodeled the store and switched the online pickup line and the in store order lines, he very rudely directs people in ways that make zero sense. "Stand here, no don't walk all the way up there, you're next in line walk up" I have many other friends who also shop and place orders here and they've said the same about him. It's one thing to direct people to where they should be, it's a completely other thing to give mixed directions and then get mad at customers for rightfully being confused and act like they're the problem and not you for being rude and idiotic with instructions. The budtender did not let me pick out the strains of Jeeters. He grabbed 2 and started ringing them up without asking me or showing me the strains and he assumed I only wanted 2. When I asked for more, he didn't seem to want to walk back to where the Jeeters were and instead insisted I get Dusty Diamonds, stating they are better. When I tried the first dusty diamond it ran, dripped wax, and kept going out while I was smoking it. I have purchased from Jars in the past. I don't know why you would use this store though over the Mint on Southern and Mesa Drive. Today I received Gummies at the mint on Bogo. The original price is $45 at the Mint. At Jars the price of the Gummies is $50 and they only have 35% off. I'm an accountant and I frequently watch sales of my gummies to maximize my savings. I have never seen Jars prices on Gummies come close to the Mint.. I hope if you're reading this, you will switch over to the Mint at least for a while to show Jars, they need to price match their stuff if they want to be amazing like the Mint already is. Also, if your medical patient and they stopped carrying what works for you, give them heck about it because if not for the medical people dispensaries would not exist. All of a sudden, they cater only to recreational and don't care whether they carry what we need as medical card holders. So today I was helped by Byron, at the Jars on Jaunita and he was super rude. So I got couldn't remember which strain I liked better than another and went to call my friend to ask, and he said that I couldn't make a phone call at the counter, ok no problem. I told him give me a second and stepped away to ask, which seemed to annoy him. When I came back I apologized and explained why I needed to step away, and he just kinda dismissed me. He seemed to be annoyed at me asking questions about percentages and deals. I just quickly picked something so I could leave, during check out I asked about new patient deals for medical patients, and he said they didn't do anything like that, I said oh you all don't most dispensaries don't. He stated he was pretty sure no one does that, and I told him that they surely did, he then said "no dispensary gives a difference between rec and medical pricing" I told him that's not what I asked him, and he said well I told you three times already what the deals were. At that point I said "ok sir, let's just finish up" and pretty much shut down at that point. He continued to talk about how he didn't t mean anything but he had told me three times and I just kept saying "sir, drop it" I had to say that to him three times before he stopped talking. I stayed silent remaining of checkout. He said thank you have a nice day, but I felt it was snarky. I won't be back.
