Updated August 2024: Arizona Organic was acquired by Northwest Exterminating in the last year. Acquisitions are tough, so I tried to be patient, but service dropped off a cliff. Communication was the biggest factor: before I had direct contact with my tech and he would send a reminder text the day before and would let me know if we needed to reschedule for any reason. Post-acquisition, there's no direct communication, everything is via phone or their portal (which I couldn't log into and was directed to call in for tech support.) When I did call, they didn't answer. It's 2024; I don't have time to play phone tag with a pest control company or sit on the phone troubleshooting a portal that doesn't work. Beyond that, in the last four months, I've had three scheduling issues. In May, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to come. They didn't communicate about that day's service - instead, they sent another reminder for a day the following week. I didn't unlock the back gate because I thought it had already been completed. So they just sprayed the front. In June, I was out of the country and left a voicemail letting them know to skip service that month. They called back and left a voicemail saying "we got your message, how can we help?" I figured "skip my service" was self-explanatory, so I didn't call back and waste international minutes. They showed up anyways and sprayed the front. Finally, last week they let me know on Friday that the tech ran out of daylight on Thursday and they were rescheduling me for next week (solving the mystery of what happened in May.) Adding insult to injury, they send a ton of reminders via email, text, and voicemail. Annoying, but fine... if you actually show up on that date. It makes it glaringly obvious if you have to reschedule. To me, it sounds like they're either over-scheduling their techs or not communicating appropriately, resulting in techs finding locked gates and having to revisit properties later on. And to be clear, I had no issues with the tech or quality of work. It just went from an easy, mostly hands-off process to a mess of technology that made things worse. read more

I have been a customer of Arizona Organic Pest and Termite Control for well over 10 years , as was my mother. During that time, Dan has been our assigned expert technician. He is professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He has advised me about how to eliminate crickets and scorpions from my yard and patios. I have followed his advice, and it has worked! If I ever have had a problem with pests, in between our scheduled appointments, all I have had to do is text or call Dan and he comes over to take care of the problem. Most of all, I appreciate that Dan pays attention to detail and takes the time necessary to thoroughly check my property for spiders, scorpions and cockroaches. Once he even effectively removed a wasp nest! I really love the products the company uses because they are very effective and they don't harm the environment or pets. We have used AZ Organics since 2005. We originally hired the company because we had small children and we were concerned about bringing harmful chemicals into our home and yard. While I questioned the efficiency of using organic substances to address bug problems, they proved to be just as effective as the harsher chemicals used by other companies.  Fortunately, several years after we started using the service, Dan became our main contact. We seemed to have yearly ant infestations and with one call, Dan arrived to eliminate the source (usually a large anthill somewhere in our yard) and provide the tools to address residual ants inside the house. When we had other issues like wasps & bees, Dan arrived within hours to take care of them. Now we are in a new home and he recently visited to do an inspection and identify areas where we might be vulnerable to pests. For us, Dan has been the face of AZ Organics and we are so grateful. We have been using Arizona Organic for a few years now and are so impressed with their service. We had been using organic pest control products on our own, but were not having success. We even had ants invade our house- so we decided to call in Arizona Organics and it has made a huge difference! Dan was exceptionally responsive. He had already extended his normal work day for regularly scheduled clients, but added us at the end of the day because we had discovered an ant invasion when we returned from Flagstaff the night before and had to go back to Flagstaff that night.
