Updated August 2024: Arizona Organic was acquired by Northwest Exterminating in the last year. Acquisitions are tough, so I tried to be patient, but service dropped off a cliff. Communication was the biggest factor: before I had direct contact with my tech and he would send a reminder text the day before and would let me know if we needed to reschedule for any reason. Post-acquisition, there's no direct communication, everything is via phone or their portal (which I couldn't log into and was directed to call in for tech support.) When I did call, they didn't answer. It's 2024; I don't have time to play phone tag with a pest control company or sit on the phone troubleshooting a portal that doesn't work. Beyond that, in the last four months, I've had three scheduling issues. In May, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to come. They didn't communicate about that day's service - instead, they sent another reminder for a day the following week. I didn't unlock the back gate because I thought it had already been completed. So they just sprayed the front. In June, I was out of the country and left a voicemail letting them know to skip service that month. They called back and left a voicemail saying "we got your message, how can we help?" I figured "skip my service" was self-explanatory, so I didn't call back and waste international minutes. They showed up anyways and sprayed the front. Finally, last week they let me know on Friday that the tech ran out of daylight on Thursday and they were rescheduling me for next week (solving the mystery of what happened in May.) Adding insult to injury, they send a ton of reminders via email, text, and voicemail. Annoying, but fine... if you actually show up on that date. It makes it glaringly obvious if you have to reschedule. To me, it sounds like they're either over-scheduling their techs or not communicating appropriately, resulting in techs finding locked gates and having to revisit properties later on. And to be clear, I had no issues with the tech or quality of work. It just went from an easy, mostly hands-off process to a mess of technology that made things worse. read more

I was looking for an organic solution for pest control. I thought this company was the one. Unfortunately they offer organic treatment on a monthly basis only. We don't need a monthly treatment. We wanted just a quarterly service. So if you're not needing a monthly service, they won't be your choice. read more

I used them for close to two years. Bugs just kept coming. When I asked for a respray after receiving four to five bugs a day for a week I was told: " we can't get every single bug"...really? That's not what I was asking for. I think it's ridiculous to talk this way to a customer. Don't patronize people. They don't like it. Also, telling me that your paste " lasts 100 yrs" when I see it crumbling in the corner from two months ago sounds like a crusty excuse for not wanting to spray or work inside the house. Especially when you remind me over and over again that you are "usually only an outside the home service company." Even when the company started with treating inside and out and never told me anything differently. Telling me you also had to "switch your entire schedule around and that you'd be getting home late to accommodate me" sounds to me like: "I don't want your business anymore."
