I've been a customer of Alpha Pest Control for the past six years or so, at my last two houses. I'm OCD about noises, and the sound of crickets chirping in my otherwise quiet home drives me absolutely nuts. Thankfully, since finding Alpha that has ceased to be a problem; now all the crickets have died or moved on to the neighbors' properties. As other reviews have stated, Jeff is very friendly and professional, and you can tell he really cares about providing great customer service. (A nice touch is that he sends reminder texts the day before his monthly visits, letting you know the approximate time he'll be there.) We were in need of pest control for cockroaches at our condo. I called a few places and left messages, Alpha Pest Control was the first to call me back. While other pest control places claimed it would take a few treatments to get rid of the roaches, Alpha said it would only take one.
