I received a rate increase notice by mail last month which increases my monthly rental by 50%!! I called the facility today to find out that there is a new manager, Paul, who basically said his hands are tied and I am stuck with the 50% increase. Renters beware ... I would never use a facility again who thinks a 50% increase is acceptable. I will be moving my items out as soon as practical which is difficult being currently out of state.
