He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.

He stayed with in the budget discussed and gave me additional services, free of charge. Rambling below. . …read more So, I had an issue with an ethernet adapter after installing the latest update from Microsoft which caused two pieces of equipment to lose their connection. I connected with Microsoft support and they spent 45 minutes via chat to having me reboot 4 or 5 times. Then, one tech told me I needed to restore a previous state, said it would take 30 to 45 mins. After 4 hours of restoring, I came to the conclusion it was NOT going to restore and shut it off (even though the screen displayed Do Not Turn Off. Frustrated, I used some other online services, they could NOT figure it out. I reached out to some other local companies on Yelp. They seemed more interested in telling me what their fees are and how much more it could cost (even before talking to me). So, out of a bit of desperation, I start calling companies on Yelp. I connect with Elite Network Service LLC on the phone and Scott asks a few questions and he actually let me talk and tell him what I had done vs tell me what I should do without even hearing my issue. As I go into the ethernet adapter settings and tell him what I've done, what I had been entering, and what was NOT being 'stored/saved' when I attempted to save it, he responds, "It's because of the IP address number (on each machine) was NOT matching the Default Gateway sequence. In a few minutes, he was able to find something so BASIC that EVERYONE missed. My advice for you, call Elite Network Service LLC the next time you have an issue. He helped me without even discussing his pricing. Why? Because he wanted to see if he could help me first. When I asked him what I owed him after he found the solution, he said I could pay his basic fee, which was WELL WORTH IT! So many people represent themselves as EXPERTS and are so PROUD of themselves they do NOT even let YOU talk or explain the situation, because they have already jumped to conclusions. I was so impressed with Scott and Elite Network Service LLC, I got him a Sumarka bottle. If I could give him 10 STARS, I would.

I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.
