My husband and I came to visit Arizona Tiles slab warehouse on a busy Saturday, where we were warmly greeted by David. After being escorted to the slab warehouse we met Kathy Martines who was so knowledgeable and kind to us. She gave us a detailed map and suggestions on the areas to look for the size and type of slab we were interested in. After looking through their selection, which was a nice and extensive offering, we found 2 beautiful Paramount slabs. I think Kathy was as excited for us as we were, and she thoroughly went over the process to put on hold. We went back again to double check out our choice and Kathy was again super helpful having both slabs brought out and even helped us consider additional slabs and optional combinations. I was at Arizona Tile this afternoon. I had a real challenge that I needed help with. My builder sent the wrong color tile and the installers were there to do their job. Of course I had to make them wait while I got the problem solved. Kathy greeted me as I came in. She's always so nice. My wife and I spent weeks picking out our quartz counter top but after working with the fabricator we later found that the dimensions of the one we picked wouldn't work on our island. Arizona Tile offered beautiful selections that I did not find in other stores. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. We bought 3 slabs of quartzite, countertop and enough tile for 2 small rooms and our fireplace area. Be aware of a pretty high "restocking fee" on returned merchandise. I think it's 20%. Some other stores don't charge anything. I knew about this fee in advance; they didn't try to hide it. But the important part of replacing your flooring is to get what you want. I would definitely check them out before buying. read more

Don't waste your time, Arizona Tile does not want your business. Expect poor customer service, rude responses from staff along with a complete hypocrisy of rules. Apparently my wife is unable to take our infant son strapped securely tight but having another toddler run around the business is approved. It makes absolutely no sense and is borderline discrimination, otherwise there is no other way to justify this type of logic. Not sure who is running the place but if you're considering buying slabs from here, think again. The person who showed the least ability to run a business was their slab manager Richard who kicked my wife out of the store with this ridiculous safety issues excuse after we have visited numerous other showrooms with zero issues. Good luck if you want to invest tens of thousands of dollars remodeling your home from a company that clearly could care less about how they treat their customers. read more

I have been dealing with the exemplary staff at the local ARIZONA tile store for years now, and have purchased multiple thousands of dollars in slabs and tiles for home renovation projects. I felt compelled to mention my latest encounter where two of the showroom reps went above and beyond to personally assist me. Kathy in the front showroom was patient with me and so helpful with product inquiries I was making to compare merchandise. Then Nicole C. (Customer Service Rep) in the back warehouse part of the location, who I worked with before 2 years ago. She was truly great in assisting me to find just the right quartzite slab for finishing up an important project. She researched her database then isolated the perfect piece, in the desired color scheme, from the sale section - for my viewing. It - was ideal for what I needed. This saved me time and effort. We were in the beginning stages of reno our kitchen counters. I had the opportunity to visit a few places prior to finding Arizona Tiles and I have to say that Arizona has a great selection and their slabs are laid out very well. They give you a map of the area so that you can understand what you are looking at once you are walking around. Other places I visited nothing was labeled and i received zero help. Kathy was so helpful in reviewing the process and helping us with putting our slabs on hold while we finalized our process with our fabricator selection. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Kathy's customer service. She was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. read more

This was by far the best place for granite selection! I was always greeted at the door and offered assistance, if needed. The selection was vast and great quality! Also, we found the pricing (per quotes from our fabricators) at Arizona much more competitive than other granite places in Dallas. We love the new slabs of granite in our remodeled kitchen and get soo many compliments. When we remodel our bathroom, we'll return to Arizona again. read more

Because my husband just had surgery, and we are both semi retired, getting this done was enough. Now several days later with the GC starting Monday, we find the order is incomplete. Buyer beware. We purchased glass tile here for our pool. We checked with them before the purchase and were assured that it would work for an outside environment on a pool . Our pool guy used an experienced tile guy to install it ( who has done thousands of pools) and they followed the install guidelines. Not a year later and the tile is cracking in multiple areas dumping glass shards into our pool and hot tub. We checked the gunite and that is not the issue . The way the tile is used is no different then hundreds of other pools we have seen. My pool guy used the same glass tile on another pool who liked the look of ours and it is doing the same thing. No other pool he has ever built using other glass tiles has ever done this. They refuse to stand behind the product and now we are facing the cost of a total redo on the tile. read more

I used Arizona Tile years ago for a remodel with no problem. However, this time I went and wanted to pick out some granite. The woman working (tattoo on pinky finger) was rude, abrasive, and simply unprofessional. When I asked to pull a slab because I couldn't see it in between two other sections, she very rudely stated that they weren't pulling a 1,000 pound stone unless it was my final choice. How can I know it was my final choice if I couldn't see it? So, she showed me an iPad photo. Again, I'm not spending thousands of dollars to redo my kitchen to select something that important off of an iPad photo. Despite their policy, the tone in which she spoke to me was RUDE. Find another place for stone. It's not worth the hassle to attempt to buy from them. read more

We are currently in the process of remodeling our kitchen and living space. Our GC brought us here to look at their tiles for our kitchen backsplash, fireplace, and stone slabs for our kitchen countertops. This place is very impressive, organized and clean. They have a few nice displays set up and quite a selection of tiles and granite/marble/quartzite. You have to sign in when you get there and someone will help you with what you need. We went here three times trying to make up our minds and each time, someone was there to greet us. We never had a problem finding someone to answer questions and each associate was always pleasant to talk to. Also, this place is open to the public, so you don't need a GC to take you there. We ended up getting the stone from our countertop somewhere else because by the time we made up our mind about a special stone, someone had gone in and swiped up the nicer slabs :( All in all, good experience. read more
