So I was trapped in Arizona, as my turbocharger decided to die. After the dealership took care of it. It I discovered I had a screw in my back tire. Having spent a week in Arizona. I was looking forward to getting home, so I of course went to Yelp to find a tire store near me. That's how I found Arizona tire pros. I called them up to see if they had time to fix my tire, they said sure bring it on in, which I promptly did., and you really can miss the building because it is so huge tons of service bays, ready to take care of your car. They were able to get my car in straight away. A few moments later, they came out and said the tire was not repairable as there had been a couple of botched repairs earlier that did not make the tire safe to drive on.... Let alone be repaired. I told them my situation that I had already ordered a new set of tires, and that I didn't want to spend a million dollars on a new tire just to use it as a spare later. They were able to hook me up. Up, get me in and out with a new tire mounted and balanced for 129 bucks. I really appreciate places that don't try to do the upsell, especially when you're in a hurry to get in and out. And I would definitely go back again. Bottom line? Nobody likes a flat tire. But I'll tell you this Arizona tire pros made a bad experience much better. read more

I called this place, which was nearby, and asked if they could squeeze me in before I started my long commute home. Not only did they fit me in, they did the patch in only about half an hour, and comped the cost for me. "Thanks for coming in and giving us a try!" they said as they handed me my keys. I just arrived from out of town and needed a tire for my Tesla which picked up a nail. I called AZTP first thing on Monday morning, they ordered and had the tire in within a couple of hours and then installed it in less than an hour. I went back a couple of days later to have the remaining tires spin balanced and the service was just as prompt and professional. I will recommend this business to anyone needing any mechanical work done to their car. I've had a couple disappointing experiences elsewhere, and frequently hear from others who have had conflicts with repairs on their cars. You don't have to worry here, you will be treated fairly and with respect. I was referred to Tire Pros by Gilbert at the Shell Repaid Lube in the same complex (also excellent customer service there). My car was making an odd noise, and the young technician figured it out, sorry I forgot his name, but he did a great job. Scott the owner is a very kind, professional, and ethical human. You can tell that you can trust him when you speak with him. There was not any overselling here. Recommendations for in the future, but only took care of what was necessary, and that eased my concerns. Scott's son Evan was also very polite. And even the young man who gave me a lift home while they did the repair work was extremely kind and wise for his young years. I think his name was Hunter, and he mentioned that his dad also owns a Tire Pros in Payson. I just have to say, since it's Father's Day today, you dads did a great job with your boys...raised them to be intelligent, courteous, and thoughtful humans in a world that seems like its lacking that these days. I called ahead to make sure they could replace the tire pressure sensors in the tires they replaced about a year ago, made sure they would be open and could do the work today if I came by right away. They said no problem, I drove the 30min it takes to get there, and apparently they closed +40min early today. I was disappointed along with the 3-4 other customers that arrived when I did. What could they improve on? Staying open when they say they are open and being honest when they say they will be open. read more

I brought my vehicle to Arizona Tire Pros to have a simple repair done to my vehicle. It was an inexpensive repair and I assumed they would try to "up sell" addt'l services. They did. I listened for what I knew was coming and politely declined. The owner attempted to push forward with "upselling" me. Again, I listened and politely declined. Again, he attempted to push forward. Again, I listened and politely declined. Moments later, the owner pulled my car back up. Arizona Tire Pros had not fixed my simple issue and was now introducing me to a new one caused while on there premises. I now had an additional issue with my vehicle and they were sending me off? I immediately let the owner know my disgust with his behavior/shop. Then, I informed him of my experience. I have run car dealerships all of the world...entire dealerships (service, parts, sales, finance, wholesale, etc.). I also informed him that at the time of my career I was No. 4 in the world for customer service and that it was for the world's leading manufacturer. I let him know his horrible service and attitude of dominating customers into higher bills would not get him very far in 2021. I also informed him his pathetic attempt at "upselling" was an obvious untruth to anyone with experience. I've been going here for years. Here's why. I hadn't driven my car for a few weeks and it wouldn't start, I got a jump and went to them. They said the battery is fine but could use a charge. They said I may have left an interior light on that drained the battery. They charged my battery free of charge, and I got an oil change, out the door for $20. I had a coupon, they email them a few times a year. They are so honest, I will never trust anyone else with my car. read more

Went to these guys for a couple years always thought they were good and was happy with most of the service. However, The last time I went they fixed one issue but as soon as I picked up my car and a new very random noise was coming from my wheel area. I told them about it and tried to nicely hint for them to take a look at is the next time its in but instead of fixing whatever they did to make the noise start they quoted me something in the ball park of 400. The real issue was i needed a big repair done. They quotes me nearly 2,000 for this repair I thought it was high, turns out i was right. And the lady who i was speaking to told me I NEEDED a part for the repair but i knew you didn't unless absolutely necessary. They basically over quoted me around 1,200 dollars. I got it done at another reputable shop down the road for half the price. read more

I was trying to pump air for my car's tires, and after numerous attempts at various gas stations (they all were out of service for some reason). I decided to call a local tire shop to see if they can help with this. The front desk person said they can assist and to stop on by. I checked in and they told me to just stop by the designated bay. As I pulled in, the associate, Luis, immediately knew why I was there and went straight to work. They did this free of charge and were really nice about it. The service they provided was phenomenal.
