This guys is the man! Albert is a no nonsense guy - he does a good job for the right price. He can be a little slow but frankly, it's only because he does stuff right. I would never go anywhere else. He has worked on my car, my parents car, my brothers car, friends of mine etc. He once did coil overs for me and it took him double what he quoted me for time and he only charged me for the time he originally quoted - like holy crap. I ended up purchasing the battery from costco but they installed it for me and got me taken care of within the hour! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. This is a reliable and dependable place to take your vehicle, we brought our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder here last summer for bushings, they quoted nearly less than half of another shop, did the work and it was excellent! He shoots you straight and the new location is squeaky clean, shines with a nice waiting area. Just had them save another bunch of money when a Brake Masters indicated all 4 shocks needed to be replaced, they disagree, had vehicle aligned after replacing all tires. I called on a Tuesday about my windows not working. They told me to bring it in on Thursday at 2pm. I arrived promptly to be told to wait 15-20min. After 40min, and no waiting room in 95 degree heat, I went back inside to ask why am I still waiting and he tells me infront of other customers "As long as it takes". I had a close encounter with a concrete pole in the parking lot as I was dropping my car off at Albert's Garage for an oil change in the rain this morning. Totally my bad. Cracked and dented the front bumper and left a big red swatch of paint. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick up my car. Not only had they done the requested oil change, but they put the bumper back in place, knocked out the dent and cleaned up the paint swipe. AT NO CHARGE. Don't bother! I went there several times trying to get a free estimate on my AC, because there is always a long wait. I finally decided to drop off my car and leave it there to be looked at. When I left they told me it would take 2 hours. I retuned after 2 hours and asked if it was almost done, I was told that a diagnostic machine was finishing it's job and it would be about another 20 minutes. That was fine and understandable. I waited patiently for another 45 minutes, with no update or interaction from Albert or staff. I asked again if he was almost done, he said, "almost". When I asked him how much longer he would be, he stormed over to my vehicle, disconnected it, and gave me my keys. He said, "You should go somewhere else, I don't like to be rushed." So, now I wasted 3 hours and still don't have a quote or know what is wrong with my car. A little communication with your customers and not acting like a primadonna would help immensely! read more

Albert was great! He installed a catalytic converter and O2 sensors on my truck. I had every intention of installing myself. But glad I didn't..He had a difficult time getting the bolts out which from what I read was a pretty common thing. But he got it done... there were some other issues I knew about as well that he gave me a pretty fair quote for. He was great about communicating and keeping me up to date and letting me know my options. He was super busy so it did take some time but I look at that as a good thing. If he is that busy, it means he is doing something right! I will continue to bring my vehicles to him as needed! read more

Brought my car in for the cheapest oil change (BMW) around. They let me know that my car needed repairs and so I gave them the go ahead. My ride for the day had to leave by 4pm but Al's garage was kind enough to help me out to get me back to my car when they were done. My car developed a new squeak and when I called them about it, they gladly let me bring it back in that day to take a look. The squeak was a costly repair but they seem like honest guys in that they let me know that my car was safe with the squeak and I did not have to repair it. I'm sure we all know many shops who would have told a non-car person that the repair had to be done, but they didn't. Will be coming back when my old car develops a new ailment! Thank you! read more

Da Bomb...4 real!! So grateful that I found this place on Yelp. Need various repairs. Albert was quick at getting to the work and honest about what was needed. Instead of replacing the ignition lock cylinder he confirmed it was my key that was worn, replacing the key was vastly cheaper. Also requested brake l system rebuild and instead he verified the front brakes were fine and showed photographs of the worn shoes and leaking cylinders in the back. He was willing to do everything I initially requested but clearly was showing me it wasn't necessary and that we could save money while reaching the same goal. I went in for a rather expensive repair. I was aware of this. I was quoted a price for a refurbished part with a year warranty. I choose to go to dealership for $500 more, for a brand new part with a five year warranty. That day it was posted on the mechanic's Facebook about how people go cheaper places and then get worse work done. There were a few back and forth jokes thrown in. This place is amazing! The breaks in my car started to act up and make noise. Considering the car is only 18 month old, I found this odd. I called Albert's the same day and they got me in for an inspection working a couple hours. As I suspected, the breaks were bad and needed to be replaced. They ordered the parts and had me back within a week to get them replaced. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. First, the entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions with patience. At no point did I feel like I was being ripped off or pressured into doing anything.
