Arizona tire pros is no joke.... just get done with my wheel alignments... story start yesterday- so after I make an appointment (yesterday) and i get home, i called Arizona Tire Pros and ask if they can install a cv axel assembly.. because there is a popping sound on my passenger side, every time i turn to right, backing up, hit a pot hole or even on uneven road it make a popping noise, also searched that online/google, and its annoying... but anyways so i spoke to skyler and said yes/ok bring my car and they will look at it before they do a wheel alignment on it. So me search online/autozone.. there is no cv joint that will fit on my car in autozone near me.. and had to go to autozone phoenix .. so i dont have a choice i want to get rid of that annoying sound.. (wont make it if i order online) (my appointment is 9am next day). Long story short , i got my cv joint from autozone put it on my back sit. Day of my appointment. I walked in the lobby told my name and skyler remember right away about my concern before doing the alignment. Give my key.. roadtest, Inspect my car... an hour and so later ... skyler said there is no wrong with my cv axel its just my lower control arm bolt was loose.. after that get taking care of they went ahead and did a wheel alignment. My point on my story is this guys are real pro. Arizona tire pros they are honest and take care their customer in the right way not on an easy way. Others might just lie and go ahead install that cv axel assembly for extra money. Arizona tire pro save me a hundreds of dollar.. These guys are AWESOME!!! I was sent to Tire Pros for a warranty tire replacement as my normal provider Is no longer operating under their original banner and were unable to cover the replacement. Scott was so helpful and courteous from my initial call through to completion of the work. The techs were very conscientious about the work needed to be done and I was in and out in just a smidge over an hour. Scott was aggressive in ensuring the warranty company covered the work and sent me on my way completely satisfied. These guys wholly earned my business and I'll be keeping them on tap for future tire needs. In a time when the word "service" means less and less to companies, it was refreshing to be treated so well in my hour of need. I've been around the block, when it comes to auto shops, but I am always left extremely satisfied with Arizona Tire Pros, 1 employee stands out like a nail ready to be hammered, German. This young gentleman treats me and my vehicles as if we are his children. He takes extremely good care of us. He is polite, reasonable, and knows how to show excellent customer service. He doesn't charge me an arm and a leg like most auto shops would want to. If the owner is reading this, please do 2 things, one give German a pat on the back followed by a 2 arm hug and 2nd, a raise. I could not be a more pleased customer at Arizona Tire Pros! I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. I think I talked to Skyler on the phone to make the appointment and then again when getting the car serviced in shop. He was so accommodating on the phone and in person, really taking the time to make sure I got the tires that best suited my needs. All the guys seemed approachable as well, something I appreciate when getting work done on my car. My car feels like it's driving much better thanks to the wonderful work they did. They had my car ready after having to get tires transported from their warehouse etc in under three hours. Scott and his team have been able to take care of any issue (tire or otherwise) that I've brought to them- but that's not why I keep returning. They earn lifetime business relationships because of how they treat their customers. The customer service is excellent. I live in Flagstaff and was visiting a friend in Scottsdale in March. My vehicle needed some maintenance work. They emailed a quote, called to explain which items were critical and then those that could wait. Their quote included more preventative maintenance updates and was $1200 less than the quote I received from my normal repair shop. My vehicle started making a random noise several months ago. I contacted them and they were able to schedule me in quickly at my convenience. A part had malfunctioned and they warrantied the work and corrected it the same day. Evan in Mesa, AZ is a first class service advisor. He, and i assume his techs, identified all potential problems correctly and did not at all try to use any upsell pressure. I just needed a 4 wheel alignment for now and it was done perfectly. I will be using this shop to replace my tires in the near future. My vehicle overheated on the freeway and after getting a recommendation from an Auto Zone employee I found myself at Az Tire Pro's. German was great and assured me that they would get my car in a bay within an hour which they did. They replaced or repaired all of the issues causing the overheating issue. Chris my mechanic was awesome and kept me in the loop the entire time. I was able to have my car back by the end of the day. Pricing was fair and thoroughly explained up front. I went there to get a flat fixed. I wasn't familiar with the area and ended up there by chance. They immediately fixed my flat tire (it had a nail). When I asked how much I owed, they told me me nothing, it was free. They asked that I come back if I needed service again. I definitely will, not just because of the free flat repair.
