I made a same day appointment on the app. Arrived, filled out a few forms and was seen about 20 minutes later. The nurse practitioner was kind, funny and very informative. Four prescriptions later and I'm out. I didn't have to pay anything and I'm guessing it's because of their partnership with my doctor's hospital Baylor Scott White. Six days later and I'm feeling 100% better.

Twenty minutes was almost three hours. Front desk & healthcare providers were wonderful. The girl the desk was SO patient & helpful with everyone that came through, it was just her & she rocked it... trust me, there were some needy people. Physicians were very personable & helpful. Overall it's pretty clean, but people are messy. The water station was a bit meh. When we came in someone had even left their cup of water on the floor beside the chair & another on the table. I think with how busy they are the staff doesn't get to check on the lobby, maybe add another trashcan... or a larger one. The clinic wasn't dirty but a few lazy people who can't throw stuff away affect the appearance. Hand sanitizer, safety precautions (used pens, new pens etc) & such are put in place. A+ on those things!

We made a trip to Urgent Care of Texas figuring we would be evaluated, provided a prescription for antibiotics/steroids and be on our way. That was not the case, we were assessed by Dr. Umar Saeed, and he immediately diagnosed us with bronchitis and bilateral ear infections with the possibility for ear drum rupture. We were taken from the exam room to the treatment room and started on IV fluids, steroids, antibiotics, and pain medication. Everyone from the front office receptionist, nursing staff and physician were professional, personable, kind, and caring. The facility is clean, comfortable, and quite large. After our IVs completed, discharge instructions were provided including worst case scenario for ruptured ear drums. Dr Saeed explained in a very calm, reassuring manner what an ear drum rupture would feel like, how to treat it and how long it would take to heal. Prescriptions for 10-day antibiotics and 5 days of steroids were submitted to our pharmacy and instructed to follow-up with our PCP in one week. However, if we were unable to obtain an appointment, we could return to the Urgent Care Center, and they would provide the check-up. I have never had the need to visit an Urgent Care Center, but I am ecstatic that my first experience was with the BEST one in Arlington, Texas. I had no idea the facility provided IV therapy and was treating five other patients ahead of us. Although we were there for four hours it was not an uncomfortable experience like lying on a gurney in the Emergency Room. Thank you, Dr. Saeed, and Staff, we are doing much better after your excellent care.

I was dealing with respiratory infection and they got me in right away, ran tests upon my approval, and I was in and out in under an hour. The entire staff was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. They were thorough and very helpful. All in all a wonderful experience when you're already not feeling your best. I also found out if you do not use your insurance/if you go out of network with them, it is a $205 flat rate but that includes any tests they run there at the office, medicine they provide you there, and any examinations there as well. I know some may be cheaper but when you factor in extra tests and things the bill can typically add up fast. Overall I would highly recommend. Very clean and well kept also!
