Took me over 3 hours to get a simple DOT physical. The nurse was kind though. Sean's like they are short staffed on doctors.

Be advised if you are utilizing this clinic for a Workers Compensation Claim, this clinic was caught providing falsified reports to the insurance carrier that sent me to them. Travelers Insurance sent me to this clinic for an initial evaluation for a workers comp injury and PA Nazneen Ingram knowingly and willingly provided a false report regarding my symptoms and condition. If you have to utilize this clinic for care I would advise to bring a witness to hear and see exactly what occurs at the visit. Texas is a one-party consent state which means you can record the doctor without their knowledge or permission. I had a personal recorder and recorded the entire 7 minute visit with this PA. If you are in one of the 38 states that are one-party consent states, I would advise to bring a personal recording device. Today, I received my amended medical records after the initial reports provided to the carrier that sent me there had adverse consequences on my claim. I supplied the actual recording of the visit to the clinic director with an amendment request, and after about a month finally received the amended records. Truly sad in 2020 to receive a different standard of care for utilizing the Workers Compensation system for a workplace injury. These clinics will write a report the way that an insurance company wants them too simply for profit but at the expense of injured employees. I intend to expose what is going on with Concentra and Travelers Insurance. Evidence and recordings have already sent sent to TDI Fraud unit as well as the State Medical Review Boards. I am also being assisted by more than one congressman and senator to attempt to cut the red tape from the TDI processes preventing me from getting the appropriate care for my workplace injures that have worsened as a direct result of the deception and falsified reports provided by this Clinic! read more

It's not going on 2pm and I'm still sitting in a room that I've been waiting for a doctor to come finish my exam for over an hour. I've used concentra for a work injury. They got me in in less than an hour and started PT on my knee that morning. They are caring and efficient. The front desk is not as friendly as I feel it should be but you don't have to deal with her much. read more

I got to the facility around 12:30, filled out my paperwork and was sent to the back. 3:20 I still have not see a doctor or had any to check in with me even though I was In excruciating pain. if you have time to waste go ahead and visit if not find someplace else to go. I waited for about an hour and a half before I got called back, the nurse seemed like she didn't want to be there, it took her 4 times to get my blood pressure correct and she asked me why I just didn't go to my primary doctor and I had to state I didn't have one. I was throwing up water, migraine so bad that I couldn't see or stand and the dr came in checking my stomach! She knew before she came into my room that she couldn't help me she just stated 4 or 5 times to go get an CT from the ER. Last time I was there they said they couldn't help me and they told me to go get an x-ray done and I wasted money on that as well. I'm officially done with Concentra. read more

It's really not that bad. Just bring a book. Ask to make sure you have filled out all your forms, and then just read and chill.

They did tell me I could check in and they would call me so that would explain the empty waiting room. Seems they will hire any and everyone at this place. The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at a medical facility. The girl who checked me in yesterday was constantly touching her face, covering her mouth with her bare hand and sticking her fingers in her mouth appearing to be biting on her nail, several times while checking me in along with the gentleman in front of me. She never once sanitized her hands while she handled my debit card and paperwork along with other's as well. I had to call back the today to inquire about a follow up appointment and the attitude of Sarah, who answered the phone, was very unprofessional as well. She said "mhmm" when I asked her a question and then literally laughed out loud at another. If the behavior weren't bad enough, yesterday, the staff left a clipboard sitting up on the counter in view of anyone who approached the front desk with another patient's intake form and ID on it visible. I could see his full name, address, marital status, gender, etc., and for what he was being seen for. This is a violation of HIPAA! I will never give this facility my business again and I suggest that anyone reading this look elsewhere for "care." read more

I arrived at 9:30am for a pre-employment physical and drug screening. I checked in and waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half while people that arrived well after me were called back. I did not address it initially because, maybe they were being seen by different staff then I required. When I finally questioned the front desk she stated "You didn't fill out the form". I advised I had completed the only form I was provided, which she texted me. She then informed be that I also had to fill out a paper form, which she handed to me and walked away. I was called back relatively quickly after that, so I was hopeful. I have now been sitting in the back for over an hour to be seen by the Doctor. HOWEVER, Dr Khan was very pleasant and efficient. She completed a through exam and was personable. I had rated this location 1 star (because zero was not an option) but her interaction improved my perspective. As a drug testing facility..I strongly suggest ya'll drug test your employees. Not only do they look like they hate their job, they also sure as heck act like it. When you walk in they take of you but the fact that you have to wait 2hours to take a drug test doesn't make sense. The ppl at the font clearly see you waiting. and there's literally only 5 ppl here when I walked in. When I first came in they were very nice. Then I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours before I was called to a room. I was in with back injury. When I went to room. I gave them ex rays and MRI results. Finally dr came in. At this point pain was bad. From waiting so long. I was in tears. He tells me my primary dr was lying and test results were wrong and that dr have wrong meds.and they send people back to work even if they are missing an arm. He then proceeded to check my ears and throat, and nothing to do with why I was there. Looked and me and said I don't know why I did that. Dr walked back and forth in room, like he was confused. And wanted to send to physical therapy right away. While I'm sitting there in pain. I left. I did not feel comfortable with. Them at all. Worse experience ever. read more

What a pleasant surprise! I needed my annual TB test for work, and I went to the Concentra location in Fort Worth on Forest Park, where I've gotten TB tests in the past. The Ft Worth location is busy, crowded, dark, hot and feels outdated, and they didn't have serum for the test I needed. What?! I called ahead to this location and was told they could test me. Needless to say, my expectations were pretty low based on my previous Concentra experiences. Was I ever wrong! This facility is beautiful and clean! The staff was friendly and efficient. I waited less than ten minutes in the lobby (it was after 7:00pm, so there were only a couple other people waiting). The technician was lovely and offered me a bottle of cold water when she saw I got a little queasy from the test. When I returned in two days to have my results signed off, I waited for less than 5 minutes! I live more than 20 miles away, so this would not necessarily be a good solution for me in a truly urgent situation. But I would highly recommend Concentra Arlington to anyone in the neighborhood, and I will likely return next year for my work screenings. read more

I wasnt impressed by the service this time around. My employer ordered a time-sensitive test to be performed and I was told that I didnt need an appointment. Several people were behind me coming in and managed to go ahead of me. When I asked, they told me that they had an appointment but I was next. When I asked the others in the lobby if they had an appointment, I was told they did not. My test took 5 minutes and everyone else was in the back the entire time. I asked again when I would be going back, and the lady responded I would be next. I am going to talk to my employer and ask, next year if I can go to another company because I dont like to be lied to not to mention my company pays a lot of money to have this test performed. The phlebotomist was helpful, but other than that, I wouldn't recommend them. Also we were forced to watch a 70's game show which was awful. read more

When I first walked in I was very disappointed. Front desk staff did not greet me, barely made any eye contact, handed me paper to fill out. When I returned the paper work back up to the counter the other receptionist, barely even acknowledged me, just took the paper work, asked for my ID and insurance card and not once did she look up at me. I was very disappointed with the front desk staff. Yhe back office was a whole different story the guy that took me back and did my vitals was awesome, friendly, and very professional the Dr. That treated me also was very friendly I would give back office 5 stars but that front office needs to work on thier customer service. read more

During police academy I had to climb a 6 foot wall, I am 4'11. Needless to say, I ended up at this lovely facility where they basically did as much as a school nurse would do. I was bandaged up, given an ice pack and even a peppermint. 3 months later i needed surgery for a hernia. Way to go Doc... how'd ya miss that??? read more

Most pathetic service I ever saw. I waited over there for 3 HOURS for general checkup and at end they said they forgot to tell me that my CT reports are required to perform checkup. Then they said, they will call me for appointment once they received my reports from MCA. Its now more than a week, so I called them asking for an update and they said they haven't got my reports yet and they trashed my medical history that I submitted to them during my first visit. I was like, what the hell!!!!!! I went to Mca and took my CT reports and hand it over to Concentra. The reply I got was "reports are in CD and we don't have any DVD to open these reports" ... The main thing is, they treat patients as a "SUBJECT" , and they don't even care about patients. read more

Does not treat the patient. Spoke to me from the hallway and did not come in the room. Pro: Some staff like the PT and the nursing staff are exceptional and will do anything in their power for YOU putting your needs first. People in particular like rita and jessica.
